Chapter 512: Chapter 500: Super Heavy Construction

In the Quiet Chamber of the Deep Blue Residence, Allen sat cross-legged on his Meditation mat.

When he first submitted his application to become the Deputy Minister of the Anomaly Threat Response Department, he requested a five-year buffer period.

The reason he gave was very official: his cultivation realm was unstable and needed consolidation.

Five years sounded like a long time, but for a Morning Star Wizard, it was merely the blink of an eye.

His real reason was that while he now possessed the realm of a Dawn Star Level, his actual combat power was likely at the very bottom of his peers.

Housed in a temporary Alchemy Puppet, he had nowhere to channel his immense power. He felt like a max-level player in a top-tier game who was still stuck wearing beginner’s cloth armor.

But that didn’t matter. As a Wizard of the Alchemy School, Allen’s greatest strength had never been the size of his Golem Legion, but rather his financial power!

Right now, a staggering 2.736 billion Low-Level Magic Stones sat quietly in his personal account.

Moreover, Wesren Heavy Industry steadily generated over 200 million in profit for him every year. With this money, he could forge Dawn Star Level combat power in the shortest time possible.

Three clear plans had already formed in Allen’s mind.

The first item on the agenda was to manufacture a genuine Level 4 Golem—a Dawn Star Level Golem.

This was the facade of a Dawn Star Level Golem Wizard. If he didn’t have a signature Golem capable of going toe-to-toe with experts of the same level, he would be laughed out of the room.

"The only pity is that I invested in the wrong ’tech tree’ during my advancement," Allen thought helplessly.

He hadn’t managed to touch his intended Metal Law and had instead plunged headfirst into the far more esoteric Soul Law. This meant he couldn’t use the Power of Laws to synthesize the crucial shell materials for a Level 4 Golem and produce it himself like the big shots did.

"If worse comes to worst, I will just pay to win, buy the materials, and build it myself," he decided.

His Morning Star privileges in the Association’s knowledge base had been unlocked. It contained recipes and manufacturing processes for completed Level 4 Golem shells, and he could even place orders for finished products.

But when it came to the price, Allen did a quick estimate and realized that even the most cost-effective option would shrink the numbers in his account by half.

"I’ll pass on the finished products; I should save wherever I can," he quickly made up his mind.

As for the engine, the Association also sold them. Although they weren’t the most cutting-edge models, their technology was mature and reliable. Making up for quality with quantity had always been his specialty.

The second item on the agenda was to replicate the Purification Battleship.

Just thinking about the blueprints he had scraped from the core database of the X-7734 Plane made Allen’s Alchemy Soul burn uncontrollably.

The "Zero" Antimatter Annihilation Main Cannon! Its peak output was equivalent to a full-power strike from a top-tier Morning Star Wizard!

In theory, a single shot could wipe a small continent right off the map!

It was important to note that completely obliterating everything on a continent’s surface alone required a terrifying amount of energy.

Allen couldn’t help but compare it to the weapons of his past life. Taking Asia on Earth as an example, a small nuclear bomb with a yield of one kiloton of TNT had an effective blast radius of about 0.7 kilometers. In theory, it would take around 30 million of these nukes to cover the entirety of Asia.

Even using far more powerful 100-kiloton nukes, the combined global arsenal of nuclear weapons still wouldn’t be anywhere near enough.

To literally "shatter" a continent was even more mind-boggling. Using the Kangaroo Country’s continental plate as an example, it would take the equivalent of 320 trillion tons of TNT detonating simultaneously to achieve such a feat. If converted into the Tsar Bomba—the most powerful weapon in human history—it would require detonating approximately 65 million of them all at once.

Allen’s greatest combat achievement in the past was merely leveling a Wizard Academy, which required an amount of energy roughly equivalent to destroying a mountain range.

"Is this the power of a top-tier Morning Star Wizard... and here I am, having only just stepped over the threshold," Allen thought.

Taking a deep breath, what he felt wasn’t despair, but an unprecedented thirst.

"I will bridge this gap, step by step!"

Not to mention, he had also obtained the manufacturing blueprints for the Purification Battleship’s dimensional navigation engine. This engine could sustain a battleship’s voyage across a Plane Crystal Wall and allow it to sail freely through the boundless Sea of Magical Power—a truly remarkable piece of technology.

"Always relying on Star Gates is so embarrassing. It completely lacks the prestige of a Morning Star Wizard," Allen complained.

Although he had only acquired some key blueprints—meaning the structural design, energy circulation, and material technologies for the complete battleship were lacking—he still had the core weapons and engine. Cobbling together a "stripped-down version" was absolutely feasible!

Once this thing was built, its strategic value would likely far exceed a hundred thousand Credit Points.

The temptation was so great that Allen felt he wouldn’t even be able to focus on his Meditation if he didn’t start working on it right away.

The third item on the agenda, which served as the foundation for the previous two, was expanding Cybertron.

To manufacture Level 4 Golems and build a star-faring battleship, his current production capacity was severely lacking.

Allen’s gaze turned sharp and profound.

The Half-Plane fragment he had originally purchased from Master Mercer had a total area of ninety-three square kilometers. Because he hadn’t needed the space, he had previously developed less than a third of it.

It was time for a production explosion!

"Jarvis," Allen commanded in his mind.

[I am here, Commander.]

"Prepare to expand Cybertron’s workshops to the limits of the plane." He would do it all in one fell swoop and build it out entirely!

Allen’s consciousness instantly linked with the entire Half-Plane. He felt as if he had incarnated into a god, looking down upon this small world that belonged solely to him.

"You are authorized to use all of my stockpiled scrap metal. Furthermore, allocate an additional budget of one billion Low-Level Magic Stones to purchase any missing materials," Allen commanded.

"Build twenty new Earth Vein Magic Furnaces.

"Construct seventy new fully automated standard production lines, dedicating ten of them specifically to processing high-precision battleship parts.

"Expand the storage area to three times its current size, and add ten independent high-risk isolation spaces to the testing zone."

Finally, Allen designated a massive empty tract of land on the outskirts, three kilometers long and two kilometers wide.

"Here, establish a large-scale shipyard."

[Command confirmed... Generating procurement list... Executing...]

One by one, the commands were converted into massive streams of data by Jarvis, instantly sweeping across every corner of Cybertron.

The city of steel, which had laid dormant for three years, reignited its furnaces!

A colossal wave of material orders flooded into the Plane Exploration and Development Association’s vast, ocean-like trading system.

Tons of Superconducting Mithril, tens of thousands of high-energy crystals, highly active Magic Sources sealed in Force Field Containers... Under normal circumstances, these high-level resources required a lengthy approval process, but faced with Allen’s Dawn Star Level privileges and five hundred million Magic Stones, they were fast-tracked without a hitch.

The entire Association’s logistics system experienced a momentary bottleneck simply due to this single person’s massive procurement.

Just half a day later, Cybertron’s Space Gate opened and never closed again.

"Mountains" stacked hundreds of meters high from various metal ingots and ores rose from the ground.

RUMBLE—

At the edge of Cybertron, right on the boundary between chaos and order, thousands of Factory Servants activated simultaneously.

They laid down newly synthesized plates of Black Patterned Magic Steel over the void, engraving Runes to stabilize the space.

The territory expanded in a tyrannical manner, madly encroaching upon the chaotic nothingness.

The ground stretched further, the sky rose higher, and the entire Half-Plane trembled under Allen’s Dawn Star Level will.

Brand-new facilities sprouted from the earth, and massive arrays of circular Magic Furnaces began constructing their frameworks, looking much like the exposed ribs of giant beasts.

Meanwhile, on the easternmost side of the Half-Plane, construction had already begun on an enormous drydock capable of housing a kilometer-long colossal warship.
