White Dragon Lord

Chapter 425: Yafeiawei Empire

  • Next Chapter

Elena and the Cat-Woman quietly departed, leaving the White Dragon Lord alone in the room to think. Tracing the plane's ley lines, he pondered how the terrain would affect the climate, the distribution of vegetation across various environments, the types of animals each ecosystem could support, the prey Very Young Dragons preferred, and how to foster hunting competition among them...

Mountain ranges, plains, highlands, lakes, rivers, and swamps took shape in his mind...

Seven days later, through the combined calculations of the Gold Finger and the White Dragon Lord, a complete planar topographical map was finalized. The White Dragon Lord immediately notified Gurgalu.

The Afiaiv Kingdom boasted immense operational efficiency.

At the White Dragon Lord's command, Gurgalu arrived at the Luoduoluo Plane within an hour, bringing twenty legendary spellcasters and a massive group of Master Tier casters.

However, this number of spellcasters was far from enough for the colossal project of remodeling a Medium Material Plane. The White Dragon Lord posted tasks in Sky City, summoning even more spellcasters to the Luoduoluo Plane.

A day later, the number of legendary spellcasters in the Luoduoluo Plane reached 307, alongside tens of thousands of Master Tier spellcasters.

The White Dragon Lord divided the entire Luoduoluo Plane into three hundred zones. Each legendary spellcaster led a team of Master Tier spellcasters to take charge of a zone, using magic to raise the flatlands into high mountains and carve out the rudimentary shapes of riverbeds and lakes.

Thus, the first phase of the Medium Material Plane remodeling project for the Luoduoluo Plane began in full swing.

Large-scale terrain-altering spells struck constantly, acting like surgical scalpels to transform the flat Luoduoluo Plane into a varied landscape of rolling mountains, deep valleys, plains, and highlands.

Of course, the peaks created by the legendary powerhouses were merely branch ranges. The plane's main mountain range was personally handled by the Abomination Rank white dragon.

High in the azure sky, the White Dragon Lord looked down at the flat ground below, rapidly chanting a spell.

Land Raising Spell!

The mighty power of magic acted upon the earth. The flat terrain bulged upward into a massive mound that continuously stretched toward the sky. Boulders and loose stones tumbled down with a clatter as a cloud of dust enveloped the ground.

Half an hour later, a barren mountain peak several thousand meters high took shape, looking entirely desolate.

But at least the framework was there. The construction of the ecosystem, including flora and fauna, would have to wait until the two High-Tier Legend druids finished purifying the Heart of the Plane.

The White Dragon Lord flew to one side of the peak and continued casting, using magic to forge a rolling, endless mountain range.

After four months, the first phase of the Luoduoluo Plane remodeling project finally concluded.

The Luoduoluo Plane had changed drastically. Mountains, plains, and highlands intertwined to form a rich geographical environment.

At this time, the celebration for the White Dragon Lord's advancement to the Abomination Rank was also approaching. After settling the wages for the numerous legendary powerhouses, the White Dragon Lord returned to Nordhill.

On the night before the celebration, the White Dragon Lord arrived at Sky City as promised.

For the general public, the highlight of the event was the celebration program on the second day. But for the White Dragon Lord, the true highlight was tonight's event—a gathering of Abomination Rank powerhouses.

The member planes within the Avengers Alliance shared a close bond. With Nordhill producing a new Abomination Rank powerhouse, the other planes naturally sent representatives to congratulate him. These envoys were at least High-Tier Legends, and planes with the means dispatched Abomination Rank powerhouses directly.

Tonight's gathering was prepared specifically for these Abomination Rank powerhouses.

Assuming his dragon-man form, the White Dragon Lord stepped into Sky City's main tower and arrived at a small room inside. Eight Abomination Rank powerhouses were already there, chatting amongst themselves.

Seeing an unfamiliar dragon-man push open the door, the Abomination Rank powerhouses turned their gazes toward him, sizing up this newly advanced Ancient Giant Dragon.

The White Dragon Lord also observed them. Among them were the familiar Merlin Heavenly Principle and Baldwin the Axethrower, whom he had met once before. The rest were faces he was seeing for the first time, though he could still recognize their identities.

Pitch-black lips, dark eyeshadow, robes as deep as the night sky, and an ominous gray Crow-Headed Staff. Her lips always curled into a slight arc, looking as though she were smiling, yet also seeming to mock. This was the founder of the Black Robe Wizard's Association, the Arcane Trickster—Vivian Ragmodi.

Skin as pure as moonlight, a flawless face, a princess gown adorned with fresh flowers, and colorful floral wreaths worn on her head and wrists. A dense aura of divine power emanated from her. This was the elven Goddess of Flowers, the Elven Princess—Sophia. Moreover, this was her true divine body.

Wearing formal attire that could barely conceal the bulging muscles underneath, this was the brown-skinned orc emperor of the Rudesiva World—Stam Sky-Cleaving Blade.

With deep blue skin, a burly and majestic physique, and an unusually thick left arm, this was the sea-folk powerhouse of the Hinamo World—Gude Left Hand of the Gods.

An aged, wrinkled face, yet possessing eyes as bright as the stars on a summer night, with a purple crystal sparkling on his forehead. He was the great elder of the Amethyst Humans—Durak the Dreamweaver.

A dazzling purple mage robe decorated with transparent amethysts, paired with a necklace, rings, earrings, a brooch, and buttons that all exuded a rich arcane aura. This was a Member of the Supreme Council of the Otag World—Roski. The female Abomination Rank mage smiled and nodded at the White Dragon Lord.

The White Dragon Lord, not understanding the reason for her friendliness, returned the smile.

"I'm not late, am I?"

"Of course not. We simply arrived early. It's been a long time since us old friends gathered to chat like this." Merlin Heavenly Principle chuckled. He then introduced the White Dragon Lord to the group and formally introduced everyone to the White Dragon Lord in turn.

Both sides already knew each other's titles, but Merlin Heavenly Principle's actions were not superfluous. It was a ritual, signifying that the White Dragon Lord was officially accepted into this small circle of Abomination Rank entities.

This was an informal, private gathering, so everyone chatted aimlessly. They exchanged magical insights or discussed major and bizarre events that had occurred recently in the multiverse. The Arcane Trickster and Sophia even huddled together, whispering to one another.

Roski approached the White Dragon Lord with a smile. "Lord Amos, greetings. Congratulations on stepping into the ranks of eternity. Since this is our first meeting, I've prepared a small gift for you."

Saying so, the Abomination Rank female mage handed over a small gift box.

An unmerited favor hides treachery or theft.

The White Dragon Lord hesitated slightly. After all, this was their first time meeting, and they had absolutely no prior relationship. For an Abomination Rank female mage to present a gift in a private setting was clearly an unusual gesture.

Seeming to see through his doubts, the female mage explained, "After our Alan returned, he frequently mentioned you and talked about how you fought side by side. During the battle at the Viper Temple, if you hadn't summoned the Abomination Rank Ice Elemental, Alan would likely have been in grave danger..."

The White Dragon Lord realized the situation. So Roski was Alan's elder; that made sense. He took the gift box. "Thank you for the congratulations. How is Alan doing recently?"

"After that child obtained what he needed, he locked himself away. He still hasn't come out yet..."

After the White Dragon Lord chatted with Mage Alan's elder for a while, Baldwin the Axethrower walked over.

"Amos, Lord Engru asked me to bring you some news. Recently, a Thunder Titan has been asking around for information about you all over the Abyss. You need to be prepared."

"Thank you very much. Please convey my respects to Lord Engru." A flash of killing intent crossed the White Dragon Lord's eyes.

A Thunder Titan inquiring about his whereabouts everywhere could only be Sindona, Mother of Lightning.

She truly haunted him like a lingering ghost!

The Mother of Lightning wanted to kill the White Dragon Lord, but he wasn't panicked in the slightest. Putting aside whether she could even find him, what could she do even if she did?

Both were newly advanced Abomination Rank powerhouses. If they fought, it was uncertain who would win.

The White Dragon Lord believed his chances of victory were actually higher. After all, he was proficient in Soul Magic, had a Divine Artifact in hand, and could summon the Winter Commander if necessary.

Although he wasn't afraid, being constantly targeted by a powerhouse of the same level was still a nuisance.

The White Dragon Lord thought about how to eliminate the Mother of Lightning, but after brief consideration, he gave up on the unrealistic idea. After stepping into the Abomination Rank, there were no fundamental differences in power levels among these existences. Killing a powerhouse of the same level in a frontal one-on-one fight was almost impossible.

While the White Dragon Lord pondered, Merlin Heavenly Principle told the group about the capture of the Lord of the Corrosive Marsh. This greatly astonished everyone, and they gathered around the White Dragon Lord.

"The Lord of the Corrosive Marsh is a veteran Abyssal lord comparable to an Intermediate Divine Power. Amos, how did you manage to catch him?"

"Good luck, combined with a certain degree of strength." The White Dragon Lord looked at Roski. "Speaking of which, this matter has a lot to do with Mage Alan..."

...

The next day, the celebration for the White Dragon Lord's advancement to an Abomination Rank powerhouse was held as scheduled.

Before a vast sea of people, the master of ceremonies first introduced the White Dragon Lord's deeds. He focused heavily on the story of his heroic stand against the Demons on the Blood War Battlefield, where he had nearly made the ultimate sacrifice. Afterward, the grand celebration officially began.

Meanwhile, the protagonist of the celebration—the White Dragon Lord—sat in his seat, watching everything unfold.

Although the celebration was held under the pretext of the White Dragon Lord's advancement to the Abomination Rank, its main purpose wasn't to congratulate him. Instead, it was to broadcast the strength of the Nordhill plane, boost morale, and promote the spirit of sacrifice and dedication... In short, to spread positive energy.

To the White Dragon Lord, the celebration was merely an entertaining, large-scale performance, and he quite enjoyed it.

Three days later, the celebration ended. As the representatives from the various factions across the multiverse returned home, the White Dragon Lord's title once again spread throughout the entire multiverse.

As for why it was "once again," it was because summoning the Winter Commander to put an end to the Viper Temple battlefield had already made the White Dragon Lord's name known across the multiverse once before.

This time, his fame spread far more intensely than before. It was because the White Dragon Lord himself had broken through to become an Abomination Rank powerhouse, and he had risen by stepping on the head of a veteran Abyssal lord—the Lord of the Corrosive Marsh.

Yet, the object of this multiverse-wide sensation—the White Dragon Lord—had locked himself inside the White Tower to research magic. He knew that no matter how far or how loudly his reputation echoed, the pillar supporting that fame would always be strength. Strength was the foundation of everything.

Right now, the White Dragon Lord's research subject was the gift Roski had given him—a Forbidden Spell incantation. Furthermore, this was no ordinary Forbidden Spell; it was a Forbidden Spell of Soul Magic.

During his time as a High-Tier Legend, the absolute limit of the Soul Magic the White Dragon Lord could research was legendary-grade Soul Magic. After breaking through to the Abomination Rank, he could finally step further and study Forbidden Spell-level Soul Magic.

...

Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, it was the year 180 of the White Tower Calendar.

Over the course of these several decades, the White Dragon Lord's strength took another massive leap forward. With his main body researching Soul Magic and his clone researching ice magic, this two-pronged approach drastically increased his magical proficiency. His Mage level broke through Level 29, bringing him right to the threshold of an Abomination Rank Mage.

On the other hand, after the Lord of the Corrosive Marsh's soul had endured more than ten years of uninterrupted torture from Old Jimmy—oh wait, "interrogation"—he finally began to cave, spitting out some ancient secrets and knowledge.

These secrets and knowledge were only surface-level things. They didn't offer much help in increasing the White Dragon Lord's combat strength, but they vastly enriched his horizons.

The Afiaiv Kingdom had experienced explosive development in recent years. By leveraging the White Dragon Lord's newfound title as an Abomination Rank powerhouse, the Afiaiv Kingdom had officially upgraded into the Yafeiawei Empire.

Thanks to the White Dragon Lord's advanced business mindset, the empire had extended its reach to numerous planes across the multiverse. The Star Realm, Mount Celestia, and many other planes all featured the empire's merchandise. In turn, the empire purchased various resources from all over, which ultimately became the fuel for its ongoing development.

The advanced education model for professionals was finally bearing fruit. Legendary powerhouses were springing up in a geyser-like surge. According to statistics, the number of legendary powerhouses born locally within the Yafeiawei Empire was on the verge of breaking the one-thousand mark.

However, there was only one newly advanced High-Tier Legend: the empire's prime minister, who had just broken through a few days ago—Gurgalu Skull-Crusher.

Under the White Dragon Lord's personal guidance, Gurgalu's Mage level broke past Level 25, leaving his Warrior level in the dust.

In the Luoduoluo Plane, the Dragon Academy had already been completed and put into operation.

With Grand Duke Silver Dragon acting as a lobbyist for the Metallic Dragons, and the White Dragon Lord's own immense influence swaying the Chromatic Dragons, the Dragons of the Nordhill plane had already grown accustomed to handing their dragon eggs over to the envoys of the Yafeiawei Empire.

In the specialized dragon egg care centers established by the empire, these future hopes of the dragons received excellent care.

Once the Wyrmlings hatched and passed through their initially weak newborn phase, they would be teleported to the Wyrmling zone in the Luoduoluo Plane.

The Wyrmling zone was populated with ordinary animals that posed a low risk of danger. As long as the Wyrmlings put in the effort, they wouldn't starve. To ensure the Wyrmlings maintained a sense of crisis, the zone also housed common predators like lions and tigers.

Upon entering the Very Young Dragon Stage and migrating further toward the center of the plane to the Very Young Dragon zone, they would encounter Transcendent Beasts. The closer they moved to the plane's center, the stronger the Transcendent Beasts became. The dragons would grow through combat.

Moreover, the White Dragon Lord had expended great effort to set up an Energy-Gathering Magic Array in the Luoduoluo Plane, using numerous Magic Towers as network nodes. This increased the elemental density, allowing the Very Young Dragons to grow up healthy and strong.

If no accidents occurred, the White Dragon Lord planned to continue his steady growth. However, a piece of news from a magic-less world—the Madilan Plane—disrupted everything.
