Chapter 1347: He Cares

The two of them dawdled around for quite a while, until they got hungry, and then slowly crawled out of bed.

Because they woke up late and Zhou Chengchen was leaving soon, Xi Siyan called Liu Xiaoyu to check if there was anything going on at the company. Zhou Chengchen looked at Xiao Rou’s message and remembered what was said when she went to find Zhou Qi that day. In the end, Zhou Qi didn’t give her any response.

Although Zhou Chengchen thought Zhou Qi wouldn’t just leave Xiao Rou alone, what if her brother randomly decided not to help? Then she’d have to step in herself.

After Zhou Chengchen sent the message, it took a while for Xiao Rou to respond with a voice message: "Didn’t you ask your brother to help me? Did you forget? He told me he found a few store locations and will take me to see them when I’m free. Didn’t he tell you?"

Zhou Chengchen listened to the message, recalling how Zhou Qi seemed so indifferent when she went to find him.

And yet, just a day later, he’s already found store locations for Xiao Rou?

Zhou Chengchen’s mouth twitched repeatedly, and she turned to Xi Siyan: "Are all you men this contradictory?"

Zhou Chengchen guessed this but felt her brother wouldn’t be so trivial.

If it were before, she might have believed it. But they’re grown-ups now; if he’s still that childish, he might need a doctor.

Xi Siyan also shook his head: "I don’t know, but he should understand what he’s doing."
