Basement?

The original Huo Yingsu listened to Lu Liang’s explanation and fell into deep thought.

She had the faint feeling that her intelligence didn’t seem to be as high as Huo Yingsu.

How did she make a plan in such a short period of time while she couldn’t even think about anything?

It was unreasonable!

...Oh well, the original Huo Yingsu could only sigh.

As the pampered young miss of the Huo Family, she was indeed living in luxury and comfortable life, not having to use her brain much most of the time.

This resulted in her intelligence being quite limited.

Forget it.

She just had to follow Huo Yingsu now.

"Do you have any idea where to find it?" The original Huo Yingsu asked curiously.

"No." Lu Liang shook his head. "Let’s just wait until we can encounter a tornado that’s big enough so that we can still move around at the center. If we’re targeting the small tornadoes, we’ll only end up dead."

There were some tornadoes that were so big that the center was so wide.

But from the recent tornadoes formed that they watched in the news just now, it seemed to be quite uncommon.

Most of the time, it was just small tornadoes that formed from time to time.

But since the Live Stream Horror Survival Game gave Huo Yingsu the mission to take some things from the middle of the tornado, then it would definitely be possible.

Anyway, the night passed by quietly.

In the morning, Huo Yingsu was woken up by the scream from outside followed by the sound of glass shattering.

"Hide!" the original Huo Yingsu shouted and Huo Yingsu quickly moved while the two ghosts had floated to the window to check the situation outside.

They could see that the once bustling neighborhood has become deserted. Everyone quickly hid wheel the sky outside the window darken rapidly followed by the arrival of the tornado.

Boom! Bang! Bang!

The trees were uprooted, the trash cans were carried upwards. Cars were dragged over and various other things were thrown out.

"Is it possible to enter the center?" Even though Huo Yingsu was hiding in the bathroom, which has the strongest construction in this building, she still asked the two ghosts.

If there’s a chance to complete the missions, she would take it no matter how dangerous it is.

Risk and opportunity coexist.

And Huo Yingsu didn’t want to let go of this chance.

"No, the tornado’s size is too small and you will be torn apart if you get close," Lu Liang said without hesitation.

Prang!

The glass of the apartment where Huo Yingsu stayed shattered and various furnitures in the room were blown around the room, swaying back and forth, causing a mess.

This situation happened for a few minutes before things calmed down.

The tornado only passed by this area.

"We’re not at the center, so the power is not that strong," the original Huo Yingsu commented.

"And that tornado is not big enough for us to enter. Also, you might need to rent other places, some buildings have fallen down nearby," Lu Liang commented.

Huo Yingsu came out of the bathroom and looked at the mess in the apartment, feeling a headache.

Even if she has some money from the Live Stream Horror Survival Game that was given to her current identity, it was definitely far from enough to fully reimburse this apartment. Thankfully, there was no need for her to pay for damage caused by natural disaster.

Still...

"Property owners in this city would have all been crying because of the damages," Huo Yingsu murmured as she took a bag and walked out to return the key.

As she came out, she noticed that she was not the only one and many other people also returned their keys. The building owner seemed to have gotten used to it and simply called the repairmen to repair the broken windows and so on.

Looking at their practiced action, Huo Yingsu understood that this was just how everyone in Manggi City has been living.

It was a sad reality.

"...You know, if this is a real world and not just a dungeon developed by the Live Stream Horror Survival Game, then the government in this world is really cruel," the original Huo Yingsu said quietly.

Because it was obvious that for the sake of the resources in this city, the government allowed many people to live here.

Most of them were people who have relatives who worked in the related departments for them and also the rescue teams. The remaining few were those who didn’t have any connection outside and could only stay in this city.

The identity that Huo Yingsu received was one of them.

"This is a real world," Huo Yingsu said quietly.

She knew the difference between the dungeons and the real world within the Live Stream Horror Survival Game very well.

A dungeon would follow a set of rules.

While a real world... would follow a real world set of rules.

It would not look that much difference from their original world but they had to survive in a different way.

"Then is this world also going to experience an apocalypse or something?" Lu Liang asked curiously.

If the apocalypse were series of tornadoes, he felt that the entire world would never last long.

Huo Yingsu arched her eyebrows and then said, "No, this world has already experienced their apocalypse and this city should be the remnants of the time..."

"Huh? What did you mean?"

"I mean that the people in this world should have overcome their apocalypse by now. After all, the time when each world experienced apocalypse differ from one after another and if the people could survive and rebuild their world, they’ll become intermediate world watched over by the Live Stream Horror Survival Game and the remnants of the disaster would be used for their entertainment. This Manggi City’s special environment should be one of them."
