Cassian immediately felt the change.

The moment Morghanna’s summoning was completed, a tremendous surge of power flowed directly into his core.

It wasn’t merely physical strength, it was something far deeper.

A Lord’s individual strength was directly tied to their summons. Ordinary troops collectively contributed only a fraction of that power, while Champions accounted for the overwhelming majority.

The difference between possessing one Champion and possessing two was not simply addition, it was multiplication.

Nyxara alone had already elevated his baseline power tremendously. Now, with Morghanna joining his ranks, the increase was immediate, violent, and unmistakable.

Mana flowed through Cassian’s channels with effortless smoothness, his senses sharpened, and even the world around him appeared clearer.

Despite being only a Common Grade Champion, Morghanna was still an SSS-Grade existence. The feedback boost she provided was monumental.

A satisfied smile appeared on Cassian’s face as he opened her ledger panel:

[Morghanna Bloodtusk III]

Classification: First Order Champion

Race: Undead Orc

Grade: Common

Potential: SSS-Grade

[Background:]

Born within the Kragmar Dominion to an orc father and a human mother, Morghanna inherited the raw strengths of both bloodlines while escaping many of their weaknesses. Possessing monstrous talent from birth, she rapidly surpassed every warrior of her generation.

Feared, hated, and ostracized by her own people, Morghanna answered hostility with overwhelming force. Every challenger who rose against her was crushed beneath her axe, and every rival who sought her position was slain. Through absolute might, she ascended to become the undisputed ruler of the Kragmar Dominion.

For years she remained unchallenged, until the arrival of a tyrannical, arrogant Lord. A conqueror who invaded her territory, tormented her in battle, and ultimately ended her life.

[Authority:]

[Weight of the World]: An Authority that grants absolute dominion over mass. By increasing or decreasing the mass of objects, Morghanna can influence gravity itself. Mountains may become weightless; pebbles may carry the burden of worlds. With sufficient power, entire battlefields can be brought beneath her crushing gravitational dominion.

[Traits:]

[Battle Hungry]: Morghanna actively seeks powerful opponents, growing stronger and more excited as combat intensifies.

[Skilled Axe User]: A master combatant capable of wielding axes with extraordinary proficiency, lethal speed, and battle instinct.

[Earth Affinity]: Naturally attuned to the earth element, granting increased compatibility with earth-based abilities, seismic force, and terrestrial environments.

[Absolute Loyalty]: As an undead Champion, Morghanna’s loyalty toward her Lord can never be shaken. No force, temptation, manipulation, or fear can alter this devotion.

[Status:]

Condition: Healthy

Loyalty: 100%

....

Cassian continued staring at Morghanna’s description.

More specifically, the Background section.

Morghanna stood right beside him, peering at the floating panel and reading it as well.

His sky-blue eyes paused on a particular sentence: "Until the arrival of a tyrannical and arrogant Lord."

Cassian narrowed his eyes slightly. "tyrannical and arrogant Lord?"

He slowly turned his head toward Morghanna, the question clearly directed at her.

Yet the new Champion showed not the slightest trace of guilt. Instead, she folded her arms over her chest and asked in a respectful, yet unmistakably sarcastic tone, "Has my Lord become troubled by what the Ledger writes?"

Cassian looked at her, his expression remaining perfectly calm. "Of course not."

Morghanna nodded as though she had expected as much.

Then Cassian continued smoothly, "I’m merely bothered that it forgot to add handsome."

"..."

Morghanna went completely silent as her mind briefly stopped processing.

The statement had been delivered so naturally, so confidently, and with such utter sincerity that she genuinely couldn’t tell whether her Lord was joking or being completely serious.

Before she could formulate a response—

Shing!

A pitch-black scythe blade suddenly materialized beside her neck, its razor edge hovering mere inches from her throat.

Morghanna didn’t flinch. Not because she couldn’t react, but simply because she didn’t care.

She casually turned her head to see Nyxara standing there with an icy expression, her grip on the scythe white-knuckled.

Morghanna raised an eyebrow as a wild grin spread across her face. "Do you wish to fight?"

The sheer excitement in her voice was impossible to hide.

Unfortunately for her, Nyxara completely ignored the taunt. Instead, the shadow elf’s violet eyes remained locked on her, cold, sharp, and lethal.

"If you ever try that stunt with my Lord again..." The scythe pressed slightly closer against the orc’s neck. "...I will remove your head."

Morghanna’s grin only widened. The threat made her blood boil with delight, what would happen if she provoked the elf just a little more? The thought was tempting. Extremely tempting.

"Ahem."

Cassian cleared his throat softly, the sound instantly drawing the attention of both Champions.

Nyxara lowered her scythe immediately, while Morghanna’s grin became slightly more restrained.

Cassian sighed softly. "Nyxara."

The elf straightened her posture instantly. "Yes, my Lord?"

"You don’t need to worry," Cassian gestured toward Morghanna. "That’s simply her personality. Don’t take it to heart."

Nyxara frowned slightly, clearly disagreeing with the leniency. However, she still gave a crisp nod. "As you command, my Lord."

Morghanna smirked triumphantly.

Unfortunately for her, Cassian wasn’t finished.

"And If Morghanna is truly itching for a fight..." Cassian’s gaze shifted slowly toward the orc Champion. "...she can always challenge me again."

Morghanna’s smirk vanished instantly.

"..."

Her body froze as several deeply unpleasant memories resurfaced in rapid succession: twenty-seven relentless [Aura Slashes], a shattered core, and the excruciating sensation of repeatedly being blasted out of the sky.

Meanwhile, Nyxara’s lips curved upward into a rare, triumphant smile.

For once, she was the one enjoying the view.

Morghanna quietly looked away, suddenly finding a patch of mud deeply fascinating.

Cassian nodded in satisfaction. Peace had been restored, at least temporarily.

Now that his second Champion had been successfully summoned and his new legion organized, there was no point lingering in this graveyard any longer.

His gaze shifted toward the distant horizon, beyond the bloody battlefield, beyond the ruined Kragmar Dominion, and toward the heart of his territory.

A confident smile appeared on his face.

The conquest of the Graveshade Expanse was officially complete. His legion had grown stronger, his Champions had increased, and his own strength had multiplied.

Which meant there was only one thing left to do.

It was time to upgrade his territory to the next tier.
