"It’s nothing." Jing Hanye replied, his gaze falling on Gu Feimo. "What about Feimo?"

"Arrange something for her." Gu Beicheng cut in coldly.

Gu Feimo still didn’t sit down; he raised his glass and downed another drink.

Aside from eating a bit at the beginning, he’d been drinking the whole time. By the end of the meal, he’d gone through more than half of the wine the servants had brought over.

Ye Shushu tilted her head and glanced at the person over there, but said nothing.

By the time everyone dispersed, it was already ten o’clock.

The servants cleared everything away and left, and Shen Qing’s place returned to its original state.

Xia Yinian stayed behind and sat back down on the sofa in the living room with Shen Qing.

"Mom, I’m going back tomorrow." After holding it in all day, she finally couldn’t help but say it.

"If you’re going back, then go back. If we’re meant to, we’ll see each other again." Shen Qing stroked the head that had leaned against her.
