Tycoon: Binding with Young Mature Women
Chapter 40: Old Wang’s Whimsical Ideas
Chapter 40: Chapter 40: Old Wang’s Whimsical Ideas
Sometimes, people just live to prove a point.
Old Wang laughed as he scanned the QR code.
"It’s only 280 yuan!
"Every time I go to a Business KTV, I spend thousands.
"But... that damsel in distress would accompany me for hours. She’d even wait at the restroom door with a tissue in hand.
"Yet this performance of ’A laugh in the vast sea’ lasted less than three minutes."
After the beauty in Hanfu finished her performance, she knew there were no further opportunities to play. She stood up, gracefully excusing herself, her steps as light and delicate as a floating lotus.
Old Wang took a sip of white tea and poured himself another cup, still feeling somewhat indignant.
"It’s not that I can’t afford this small amount of money; I just don’t think it’s cost-effective," he muttered.
However, with a smooth operator like Old Wang around, the atmosphere of their chat became much more cheerful. Of course, showing off in front of wealthy and beautiful women was probably the nature of every man.
Time flew by. Soon, it was a quarter past five.
Liu Yiyi sent a message saying she had gotten off work fifteen minutes early and was on her way.
Su Yunzhou naturally understood that she had left early to avoid suspicion. After sending her the location for dinner, he sensibly went to pay the bill.
Old Wang caught a glimpse of the bill. Unsurprisingly, it was a little over a thousand yuan—not counting his own 280, of course. This fucking cost too much.
"Su, where are we eating tonight?" Old Wang asked in a hushed voice.
Su Yunzhou smiled. "Don’t worry about it! Just tag along for a free meal tonight!"
"That won’t do!" Old Wang shook the Guojiao 1573 liquor bag in his hand. "I was originally going to treat you to dinner, but since you’re doing so well now, I’ll just tag along for the food."
Ten minutes later, the three of them arrived at their dining spot—the Five Peaks Palace banquet hall.
Old Wang looked at the majestic characters on the storefront and the tall, beautiful waitresses standing at attention.
"Su, eating here isn’t cheap!
"I came here with a client last time. The two of us ordered a few specialty dishes and spent three or four thousand yuan."
Su Yunzhou’s lips curled into a faint smile. Of course, the more expensive, the better.
"I’m not asking you to pay today, so what are you afraid of?"
"True!" Old Wang’s eyes darted around before he added, "Then what are we still waiting here for?"
"Another friend is arriving soon." Su Yunzhou looked at the chat history on his phone.
A moment later, Liu Yiyi stepped out of the elevator.
Today, she wore a sleek, tight-fitting black business suit, her slender legs wrapped in an over-the-knee pencil skirt. Her soft, raven-black hair was tied into a high ponytail, and her fair, delicate face bore a light, exquisite layer of makeup. She waved in their direction, her gait elegant and generous. Every movement of hers was a feast for the eyes.
Old Wang subconsciously tried to wave back, only to realize the beauty’s gaze had completely skipped over him and landed squarely on Su Yunzhou.
"Sorry! I had to wait for the elevator, so I’m a few minutes late."
Su Yunzhou smiled, assuring her it was no trouble, and then pulled Old Wang over for introductions. It was then that Old Wang finally remembered that this beauty with an outstanding temperament, as luscious as a ripe peach, was a senior executive at Su Yunzhou’s company.
He watched the three of them chatting and laughing merrily, suddenly realizing that something was very wrong.
Could it be? Was this kid clinging to the thighs of two wealthy women at the same time?
It really was true. When three people walk together, one of them must surely have something to teach me!
Thinking of this, he wondered what kind of natural talent the boy possessed to be this terrifyingly capable. Was it Teacher Bi’s oral skills? Child Emperor’s curved hook? Or perhaps the hands of Teacher Kato? Or was he just a late bloomer with a massive tool?
While Old Wang’s imagination ran wild, a waitress led the four of them inside.
The front hall was spacious and brightly lit. The lobby was filled with guests, all dressed lavishly and speaking with elegance, giving off a high-end and classy vibe.
Amidst Old Wang’s shocked expression, the waitress led them straight into a private room named Huashan.
Pushing the door open, a faint fragrance wafted through the air. In the center sat a round table adorned with an exquisite miniature bonsai landscape. Beside it were a sofa and a tea table.
The four of them took their seats, with Su Yunzhou swaggering over to sit at the head of the table.
Old Wang stealthily observed the expressions of the two wealthy women. They didn’t seem to find anything unusual about it; in fact, they looked as if they took it for granted. He wondered, "How on earth did he do it? I really want to know!"
"Hello!" The waitress spoke with polite refinement. "May I ask who will be ordering today?"
Su Yunzhou replied casually, "Whoever is paying gets to order!"
Li Yan and Liu Yiyi then started looking through the menu together, occasionally asking Su Yunzhou if he had any dietary restrictions.
Old Wang was so envious that his Jill was turning purple. This was the true definition of a kept man calling the shots.
After a few dishes were ordered, Su Yunzhou suddenly remembered that Old Wang had mentioned eating here before. "Old Wang, didn’t you say you knew what was good here? Why don’t you order a few?"
The two women naturally put down the menu, and the waitress immediately brought it over to Old Wang.
Old Wang wasn’t flustered by the call-out. He really had been here before, though he had only sat in the main hall and eaten a few perfectly ordinary dishes. He looked at the menu, where the dishes featured prices even more exquisite than their names, and slowly began to choose.
Having mingled in society for many years and taught himself numerous interpersonal skills during his entrepreneurial phase, he knew dining etiquette very well. The wealthy woman had previously ordered a topmouth culter fish that cost several hundred yuan per catty. He absolutely could not exceed those standards with his own choices.
He put on a show of ordering two vegetable dishes, as well as the high-end dish that was The Only One he had eaten last time—Blossoming Wealth.
Su Yunzhou joked, "Old Wang, why are you ordering these vegetarian dishes? Wouldn’t it be better to get some seafood or something?"
Old Wang blinked, knowing full well that Su Yunzhou would be ’eating seafood’ tonight. Filled with envy, he replied, "I can’t compare with a young man like you anymore. I’ve had too many social engagements lately, and my blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol won’t go down. Eating a little vegetarian food is good for my health."
The waitress smiled and advised, "Honored guests, I’d suggest holding off on ordering any more dishes. The current portion size is more than enough for four people."
Seeing the guests nod in agreement, she politely asked, "May I ask what you would like to drink today? Would you like me to recommend a few signature beverages?"
Li Yan and Liu Yiyi ordered two glasses of imported freshly squeezed fruit juice. Old Wang, meanwhile, asked the waitress to help decant his bottle of Guojiao 1573.
Looking at the liquor decanter, Su Yunzhou hesitated a little.
Liu Yiyi, being extremely considerate, sent him a message.
[Just drink! Let me experience what it feels like to drive a luxury car tonight.]
[Yiyi~ Finger heart~]
Before long, the waitress brought in plates of delicacies that were practically works of art.
"Four honored guests!
"This dish is called Dragon Soaring Over the Four Seas. It symbolizes steady promotion and smooth sailing for all four of you."
The Australian lobster, with its head severed from its body, had used the price of its life to elevate its prestige to a whole new level.
"This dish is called Blossoming Wealth!"
The waitress carefully set down a potted landscape that looked like dead wooden branches adorned with a few blooming flowers.
This was the expensive dish, The Only One Old Wang had ever eaten.
He rushed to introduce it. "These flowers are made of pastry and are very delicious. I think you two ladies will love them."
Li Yan offered a polite smile.
Su Yunzhou, however, curiously inspected the potted plant with its six or seven blooming flowers, noticing that the soil underneath looked a bit unusual.
"This soil...?"
The waitress immediately explained, "Sir, this soil is made of Coco powder and wheat flour, so it is also edible!"
Su Yunzhou nodded with keen interest. "I’ve learned something new! This is my first time seeing edible soil."
The two women couldn’t help but chuckle, revealing sweet smiles as they urged Su Yunzhou to give it a taste.
A moment later, all the dishes were served.
The waitress walked in carrying a tray holding a carved jade seal and a piece of Xuan paper.
"Honored guests, all the dishes have been served. Next is our dining commencement ceremony. Please stamp the seal."
Looking at the Xuan paper and seal before him, Su Yunzhou thought to himself, "The rich really know how to play. Even eating a meal has so many flashy gimmicks."
He picked up the seal and lightly stamped it on the Xuan paper, which was covered in flowing calligraphy.
The waitress congratulated them with a beaming smile, "With the fall of the seal, your careers will prosper, and your fortunes will flourish.
"I wish you and your friends a pleasant dining experience tonight."
"Thank you!" Su Yunzhou said with a faint smile.
Old Wang watched this incredibly pretentious commencement ceremony and made up his mind that if he ever got the chance, he would definitely do it himself one day. This gave you so much fucking face.
However, everything that happened next would make him share a certain sentiment with others every single time he visited this place in the future:
"This is the place where I met the noble person who changed my destiny."
