Everett Morgan and Jasmine stayed in Riventhal because Hailey was in the late stages of her pregnancy and could give birth at any time, so they graciously declined the invitation from the old King.

They promised to attend when Louis and Jocelyn got married.

The wedding was already being prepared in full swing.

Before Bertie’s departure from Riventhal, his last dinner was with the Morgan family, where the elders from both families communicated pleasantly about their children’s wedding.

A few hours later, the private plane landed at Lorelei’s royal family private airport.

As everyone stepped out of the cabin, Nathan Mills and Carlotta Sterling, who were there for the first time, were captivated by the majestic scene in front of them, as if it were out of a TV drama.

The architectural complex featured castles and manors, a variety of palatial buildings with striking national characteristics, both grand and solemn.

The welcoming army and high-ranking royal officials were dressed in formal attire, standing in formation, Catherine arrived with Julie as well.

When everyone disembarked from the plane, almost all eyes fell upon the girl being led by the old King.

With skin as if made of cream and face like a peach blossom, a faint smile graced her face; could she be the long-lost Princess Annie?

Under the bright sun, the princess’s brows were like mountain green, her eyes capturing hearts with their gentle movements.

Everyone respectfully saluted the King and the old King, and treated the guests with the highest ceremonial standards.

After Bertie got off the plane, he immediately brought Annie before Catherine, introducing, "This is Princess Catherine."

Janelle knew her identity because her brother in Riventhal had told her and mentioned a half-brother named Taylor.

This woman before them was the stepmother.

Catherine smiled warmly at the girl.

"She is the Princess Annie we’ve been desperately searching for." Bertie held his daughter’s hand tightly with affection, happily delivering this news yet again, even though it had already been communicated over the phone.

"Hello, Annie." Catherine proactively extended her hand to Janelle, her demeanor soft and approachable.

"Hello." Annie replied softly, reaching out to shake the Princess’s hand.

Then Bertie briefly introduced Old Mills, Sister Sterling, and Trevor’s identities, while Catherine, carrying the poise of a queen, greeted everyone and welcomed them.

Isn’t it delightful to have friends come from afar?

Everyone received the highest level of reception upon returning to Lorelei, in terms of accommodations and meals.

Over the next couple of days, everyone had scheduled activities.

Catherine wasn’t idle either; she actively befriended Annie, sharing the traditions of Lorelei’s royal family and often showing caring warmth, treating her like a daughter.

She showed exceptional respect and kindness to her foster parents as well, treating them like family.

Trevor and Ian Shelby noticed all of this.

On this day, Trevor, Annie, and the Mills family elders were arranged for a tour inside the castle, with Bertie and Princess Catherine personally accompanying them throughout.

Everyone walked leisurely, enjoying it as a casual tour.

Meanwhile, Ian Shelby took Jocelyn over to Taylor’s palace.

The servants at the entrance were initially surprised to see them, then respectfully bowed, "Greetings, King! Greetings, Miss Morgan!"

"Where is Taylor?" he asked calmly.

The servant replied, "Your Majesty, the Prince has been in the study reading medical books for four hours and hasn’t come out. Would you like me to inform him?"

"No need." Ian Shelby led Jocelyn inside hand-in-hand.

The servants dared not stop them, nor did they have a chance to warn Prince Taylor.

Inside Taylor’s study, most of the books had been swapped out. He was serious about his medical studies.

The door was slightly ajar, ensuring no one dared to disturb him, as he’d reached a state of eating and sleeping less. He had instructed the servants not to interrupt him even for meals; if he got hungry, he’d go downstairs to eat by himself.

So when the door was pushed open, Taylor, seated at the desk attending an online class and taking notes, was almost startled!
