Chapter 1785 - 503: Soul Mysteries! Lu Changsheng Passes 100 Layers of the Soul Staircase and Enters Sky Dragon City! (Part 3)

To pass the soul ladder, it's not just a matter of time.

Lu Changsheng analyzed it over and over again.

Year after year, he analyzed.

Perhaps for others, it would be challenging to analyze.

Maybe even impossible to analyze.

After all, this is a subject only a Master would study.

But, Lu Changsheng is different.

He possesses top-level comprehension.

From his cultivation until now, Lu Changsheng has thoroughly understood how terrifying his top-level comprehension is.

Even those Second Realm experts are far from matching his top-level comprehension.

By analogy, even a Third Realm Master probably cannot compare to his top-level comprehension.

Therefore, with the blessing of top-level comprehension, Lu Changsheng indeed made some progress in analyzing the so-called "soul" within the soul ladder.

It's just that limited by his cultivation and knowledge, Lu Changsheng's progress was very slow.

Although progress was slow, Lu Changsheng had time.

The soul ladder has a hundred-year limit.

This time is enough!

Ten years, twenty years, thirty years, forty years, fifty years...

Finally, after fifty years, Lu Changsheng suddenly looked up.

"Swish."

A gleam flashed through Lu Changsheng's eyes.

"Soul, so this is the soul..."

Lu Changsheng's fifty years of analysis finally bore fruit.

He "found" the soul.

Or rather, he deduced the soul.

At least, fifty years of analysis let Lu Changsheng understand what the so-called "soul" is all about.

"I once heard a saying that everyone exists in infinite parallel worlds."

"Each plane is him, yet not him."

"But if one can merge with 'oneself' from each parallel world, they will become incredibly powerful."

"The so-called soul is somewhat similar to this concept. It's just that it's not parallel worlds, but a sort of 'dimension'. It seems that in another dimension, or many other dimensions, there exists a 'self'. These dimensions are completely different in terms of consciousness, body, cultivation, etc., but there is one thing that is completely the same, and that is the soul."

"The soul is the unique entity among many dimensions! If one can absorb the souls from other dimensions, even absorbing just a little bit, it can enhance one's essence tremendously."

Lu Changsheng's heart trembled.

This "soul" seems to involve time and space, and also involves dimensions.

This is definitely not a power that a Second Realm Transcender can contact and understand.

It can only be contacted by a Third Realm Master.

No, even a Third Realm Master cannot contact it, only deduce, only research.

This might involve beyond the Third Realm's cultivation.

Otherwise, Flying Dragon Master wouldn't be obsessed with researching the soul.

"Everyone's soul is unique. Those naturally strong in soul may have accidentally absorbed the souls of themselves from other dimensions, thus naturally having a strong soul, and then passing through the soul ladder."

"As for Qingluan, her soul is not strong, but she relies on the Luck Divine Tree. The Qi Fortune of the Luck Divine Tree seems to be able to inexplicably absorb souls from other dimensions, thus enriching Qingluan's soul, so she could easily pass through the soul ladder in one go."

Lu Changsheng had some speculation in his heart.

Although it was just speculation, Lu Changsheng felt it should be like this.

The Luck Divine Tree is far more useful than he imagined.

Since he understood the soul, then how to enhance the soul?

Without enhancing the soul, Lu Changsheng couldn't pass through the soul ladder either.

"To absorb the souls of oneself from other dimensions, one needs to open the dimensions. But I can't open dimensions; let alone me, even a Third Realm Master can't open dimensions."

"Dimensions can't be opened, but the essence of the soul in countless dimensions is the same, and there is an intermittently apparent bond between them. The key to maintaining that intermittent bond is a special frequency."

"As long as one can align with that special frequency, even if just once, one's soul can absorb a fraction of other unique souls. But adjusting to this frequency requires a long time and a bit of luck."

Lu Changsheng thought and acted.

He had already found a way.

But exactly how long it would take, and whether it would succeed, Lu Changsheng was unsure.

In this situation, it's all up to man.

Thus, Lu Changsheng began adjusting the frequency.

However, the success rate was not high.

Sixty years, seventy years, eighty years, ninety years...

In the blink of an eye, it had been ninety years since the soul ladder at Flying Dragon Mountain opened.

Only ten years left until the hundred-year limit.

Many people are aware of this.

If you can't pass the soul ladder in ninety years, then doing so in a hundred years is also difficult.

In the remaining ten years, it's nearly impossible for anyone to enter Sky Dragon City.

Lu Changsheng remained on the forty-second layer.

Over the years, many have surpassed him.

But very few have successfully passed through the hundred layers of the soul ladder to enter Sky Dragon City.

Lin Qingluan has been in Sky Dragon City for ninety years.

She has made astounding progress in these ninety years.

She had managed to complete a total of five Soul Maps.

This might not be enough to become a Direct Disciple.

But she is surely qualified as a named disciple.

Even as a named disciple, she is still a Master Disciple!

However, Lin Qingluan continued to pay attention to Lu Changsheng.

Seeing him still on the forty-second layer, she was more anxious than Lu Changsheng himself.

"If Changsheng cannot pass the soul ladder, I will not remain in Sky Dragon City..."

Lin Qingluan had long made up her mind.

Cultivation is important, but Lu Changsheng is more important!

Besides, even if she misses out on the opportunity at Flying Dragon Mountain, with her Luck Divine Tree, her future accomplishments definitely won't be lacking.
