Chapter 1429 - 1405: Deadlock!

Ren Feng sat down on the sofa, and Agamemnon also took a seat, starting to pour wine.

"Captain Feng, you didn't come to India just for tourism, did you? You're always so busy; traveling doesn't seem like your style."

"I'm here for the Brahma Sect."

"The Brahma Sect, Captain Feng, you truly have guts." Agamemnon remarked, placing a glass of wine in front of Ren Feng.

"To be honest, most people can't even come into contact with the Brahma Sect. Even for us, we can only access the outer layers; the core elements are completely unknown to us."

"I know, but there's something I must acquire. It's in the hands of the Brahma Sect, so I have to go." Ren Feng said.

"Let's not talk about that for now, Captain Feng. What happened with that plane today?"

"My information was betrayed." Ren Feng started, "It's very likely there are more experts lurking in Mumbai, preparing to take my life."

"Ha, Captain Feng, you don't need to worry about that. In Mumbai, the Brahma Sect has hidden experts. If those people dare to act recklessly, they don't know what death means. Moreover, my family has a certain influence distribution that can monitor intelligence in Mumbai. If anything changes, I will inform you immediately."

Ren Feng nodded: "How is the data on the Brahma Sect? You mentioned a chance to take me inside last time?"

"Yes, the structure of the Brahma Sect is somewhat peculiar. It's not completely detached from normal society; it interacts with forces like our family through certain temples. In other words, if you can obtain the passage order from the temple host, you can enter the Brahma Sect."

"Does your family have connections with these temples?"

"Yes, we're somewhat close to one of the temples. I made the request before, they said they'd consider it, and after a while, they agreed."

Ren Feng's eyes brightened: "Then where's the passage order?"

"We can go get it. Tomorrow, you and I will go together to obtain this passage order." Agamemnon smiled.

Ren Feng nodded; however, at that moment, the door of the private room was pushed open, and a man in a suit quickly walked in.

"What's wrong?" Agamemnon looked at the man.

The bodyguard leaned in and whispered a few words into Agamemnon's ear, and Ren Feng saw that Agamemnon's expression immediately changed.

"How could this happen?"

"The subordinates don't know; they only said the order came from above."

Agamemnon frowned, "Alright, you may leave."

After the man left, Agamemnon spoke: "Captain Feng, this matter isn't that simple. I just received news that the host of that temple rescinded the decision and won't give me the passage order. They said the Brahma Sect issued a command prohibiting anyone from entering the Brahma Sect recently and absolutely no passage orders will be issued."

Although aware of possible unforeseen circumstances, this situation still made Ren Feng's heart sink slightly.

"Could it be that the Brahma Sect also received the news?"

"Captain Feng, you said you were attacked when you arrived, and now the Brahma Sect issued such a ban. If you connect these two events, it can only mean your operation was leaked in advance."

Agamemnon shook his head while speaking beside him.

Ren Feng's fingers tapped on the table, his eyes slightly squinted. Who could it be?

"Alright, I won't act for now, I'll hold off and reassess after some time."

Agamemnon nodded.

"How do the Brahma Sect and these temples communicate?"

"Mainly through the temple host, who is considered a member of the Brahma Sect. He possesses the unique secret techniques of the Brahma Sect to transmit messages and receive orders."

"So if the passage order was issued before this ban, is entry still possible?"

"I'm not sure. Passage orders are usually not issued to members of the Brahma Sect, but to outsiders. Anyone outside wanting to enter the Brahma Sect must have this order, but Brahma Sect members don't need it; they can enter directly, and those entering are all non-members."

Ren Feng frowned; if that's the case, it's a deadlock.

"Captain Feng, it's best to wait and see. Angering the Brahma Sect would be no joke. The Brahma Sect could easily crush our families; our kind are nothing to them."

"Like the Realm of Gods?"

"More or less, although the Realm of Gods isn't considered one of the strongest forces. My father told me there are four most terrifying entities in the world: two in Huaxia, one in South America, and another in India."

"Oh?"

"In Huaxia, it's the Dragon Domain and the Kunlun Divine Domain, in South America, it's the Maya Divine Domain, and in India, it's the Brahma Sect. However, this may not be entirely accurate, as a few hundred years ago, the list comprised five major forces, including Atlantis, which supposedly sank to the ocean floor."

Ren Feng frowned, indeed this task wasn't simple, standing side by side with the Dragon Domain.

The Dragon Domain is said to be one of the places in Huaxia with the most experts. The day he intruded, aside from them, most of the experts were in retreat and didn't come out. To them, Martial Arts is the most important matter, nothing else matters, like Long Yang not even attending his granddaughter's wedding.

"Alright, let's take one step at a time." Ren Feng said, "Wait a week and see if there's any movement from the Brahma Sect, or if there's another way to enter. If not, then I'll have no choice but to force my way in."

Ren Feng sighed.

This mission must be completed, not for him, but for Long Yue.

Agamemnon nodded: "Captain Feng, would you like to rest? I've prepared a room for you."

"Sure."

Agamemnon took out a room card and handed it to Ren Feng.

"This room card is for the Modern Hotel, top floor, presidential suite. If you need anything else, you can call the front desk directly."

Agamemnon laughed.

"Alright, I'm leaving. Within this week, if there is any information or movement, notify me directly."

"Okay."

Ren Feng walked out of the bar and headed towards the nearby Modern Hotel.

But just then, his mind stirred, turning into a nearby alley. Once inside, the surroundings suddenly quieted down, the atmosphere felt eerie and dead.
