Chapter 1423 - 1399: Clash of Ice and Fire

What is that?

The captain was puzzled, these things didn't look like birds, and at such high altitudes, how could there be birds?

But in the next moment, several black shadows enlarged in the captain's eyes, and the captain looked as if he were dumbfounded.

Oh my god, what did he see?

He saw several people flying rapidly towards him!

The captain rubbed his eyes hard, as if he couldn't believe it; this was several kilometers high, and there were actually people?

The captain reacted quickly, attempting to turn the plane immediately, but those people were too fast, whooshing past on both sides of his field of vision!

He even saw one person, pointing a finger at him as if simulating firing a gun.

Whoosh whoosh!

Several black shadows whooshed by, and in the rear cabin, Ren Feng was sitting by the aisle seat, beside him was a young man preparing to eat, and just then, several figures rapidly whooshed by towards them.

Whoosh!

The young man seemed to have seen something amiss, and Ren Feng immediately frowned, turning to look aside.

"Do you want a drink?"

The young man offered a bottle of beverage.

"No, thank you."

Ren Feng replied with a smile.

"If it were iced, it would be better, iced is tastier."

The young man commented wistfully, while Ren Feng frowned, preparing to extend his awareness.

"Why is it so cold?"

"Yes, I feel it too, it's like the plane is getting colder."

At that moment, some passengers in the front suddenly spoke up, feeling an intense chill spreading throughout their bodies, as if the surrounding air had turned icy.

"Look over there!"

A passenger suddenly pointed forward with panic on his face.

Everyone looked up, and disbelief flashed in their eyes. Ahead, a layer of ice was swiftly encroaching over the aircraft's walls, as if attempting to cover the entire plane.

The ice layer spread visibly fast, covering the aircraft's walls up front with a thick layer of frost.

"Ah, it's so cold!"

A passenger at the very front screamed, wanting to stand up and leave, only to find his feet frozen in place, the ice creeping over him rapidly like it was turning him into an ice sculpture!

"Run fast!"

The passengers in front reacted and started running frantically backward.

"What's happening?"

The ice layers seemed like entities intent on devouring lives, spreading quickly towards them!

Ren Feng's eyes turned cold, and his awareness quickly expanded, discovering that the front half of the aircraft, along with the huge wings, were covered in thick frost!

If viewed from high altitude, the front half of this aircraft appeared like an apocalyptic scene, entirely covered in snow and ice.

Standing atop the aircraft was a woman, her white long hair fluttering in the wind, her face covered with frost, pressing her hands onto the plane as endless cold energy was emitted from her hands, rapidly encasing the entire plane!

Moreover, three masters were flying alongside the plane, each with an aura in the Life and Death Realm.

Their behavior seemed intent on using the entire plane as a toy, to crush and destroy.

But Ren Feng knew they wouldn't deliberately do so because no martial arts master would casually kill ordinary people; it was of no benefit to them. It was apparent they were targeting him.

This feeling was too obvious. Ren Feng's eyes flashed with a cold gleam, his gaze held a flickering golden flame, and the next moment, boundless Nine Yang fire flew toward the front of the plane under his control!

The white transparent Nine Yang fire, like spreading white lotus flowers, adhered directly to the front cabin walls, melting all the frozen objects!

Ren Feng's control over fire has reached a miraculous level, with the fast-freezing fuselage shedding countless droplets, with the internal ice layers melting rapidly, leaving only the surface covered with ice.

Meanwhile, the woman standing atop the plane's face changed abruptly, feeling an intense, fiery flame burning through her frost from within the plane.

"The intel was correct, he's indeed here."

The woman's face showed a cold smile, "Let's see just how powerful the magical artifact you obtained really is."

As her words fell, she vigorously activated her body's Qi force, causing more terrifying ice to spread rapidly, some penetrating the cabin, turning into thick ice blocks inside.

In the next moment, these ice blocks transformed into sharp ice spikes, like pointed cones and bizarre-tipped ice structures!

Ren Feng's eyes shot out cold gleam, and in the next moment, the surging Nine Yang fire burned even more intensely, melting the forming ice spikes back into water droplets!

The plane now exhibited two completely different states outside, solid like an Antarctic glacier, and inside, warm like a summer beach.

Both were masters of controlling energy, able to manipulate to a micro level, with battles of ice and fire in every corner of the plane, where even the plane's wings froze and instantly melted!

This was another form of contest between the two!

The panicked passengers suddenly felt the cabin calm down as Ren Feng sat in his seat, his eyes still filled with golden flames.

On the top of the plane, the woman's face became solemn; her ice was gradually at a disadvantage as the opponent's flame was extraordinarily peculiar, melting every inch of ice without damaging the plane.

"Tina, are you already struggling? Just say the word if you need help."

One of the masters laughed heartily from not far away.

"Shut your filthy mouth, or I won't hesitate to use ice to brush your teeth!"

Tina retorted coldly.

Her hands emitted an extreme, terrifying cold, with her body's Qi force being rapidly drawn out like a flood from an opened sluice gate, with her core spinning wildly. Continuing at this pace, she might not be able to hold on.

As time passed, cold sweat appeared on Tina's face, and the plane's top, initially supposed to be a thick ice layer, returned to normal as if melting snow, watching the ice rapidly recede to her feet!

The aircraft's wings were fully operating normally again, with everything frozen in the front half gradually returning to normal.
