The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 2313: They Seriously Underestimated Nicholas Fuller

  • Next Chapter

Nathalie Quinlan was the only one among the twenty people who looked "normal."

But she looked way too normal!

So much so that in the crowd of people who all became "abnormal" after getting the question, she instead seemed out of place.

Sadam Vinson watched for a long time without figuring anything out and said, "Is Nathalie able to do it or not? She looks pretty calm to me, doesn’t look like someone facing a tricky problem."

"I also feel Ms. Quinlan looks like she has a plan and can pull it off." Vincent Moore pressed his fingers to his brow, even more anxious than Amadeus Yancey: "But didn’t Amadeus say the question Mr. Fuller gave is really devious?"

"Who the hell knows."

Sadam Vinson shrugged like some hooligans, wearing a "I don’t get it" expression all over his face.

Alfred Garland, however, kept his eyes on his nose and his nose on his heart, staring straight ahead at the row of laboratories, and when his Line of sight landed on the people in Lab No. 1, his gaze froze.

Zevaney Kingsley looked rather bedraggled at this moment.

The Petri Dish in front of her had blown up, the lab bench was a complete mess, shards of broken glass were scattered everywhere.

Zevaney probably hadn’t expected herself to suffer such a severe failure.

She just stood there in a daze, both hands leaving the lab bench, helplessly raising her hands as a fine layer of sweat seeped out on her forehead.

Everyone could clearly see the tension and panic.

Alfred happened to see this scene and immediately bent down, lowering his Voice to the man sitting in the chair: "Amadeus, look at Zevaney."

Amadeus Yancey finally moved his Line of sight away from Nathalie, taking a moment to glance at the situation in Lab No. 1.

"Zevaney’s situation doesn’t look too good." Alfred lowered his Voice, scratched his head, and said in a hard-to-describe tone, "In the parking lot Zevaney and her teacher were still shooting their mouths off, saying they were going to teach Ms. Quinlan a Lesson. I don’t think she’s doing so Alright."

Amadeus didn’t seem surprised at all by Zevaney’s sorry state. His Long Hands rested on the table, tapping lightly. Not a ripple crossed his stunningly handsome face as his thin lips lifted slightly. "They underestimated Nicholas Fuller."

What did that mean?

Alfred didn’t quite get what he meant for the moment.

Amadeus had no intention of explaining to him. He lifted his chin slightly and said, "Wait for the Results."

Alfred straightened up respectfully and stopped leaning over to whisper, his face taut with nerves as he waited for the final Results to be announced.

Even outsiders like Sadam and Alfred could see Zevaney’s situation was bad; naturally, these old foxes from Inderia could also tell Zevaney was about to lose.

"Why is Zevaney just standing there not moving?"

"Don’t tell me she can’t do it?"

"She’s pushed out three SCI rank research Results just this month. I thought this was in the bag for her; I didn’t expect her to collapse this fast. This is... way too dramatic!"

Hansel Kingsley still had some illusions at the beginning, but seeing Zevaney already fail once and the chances slim to none...

His old face flushed red from his blood pressure spiking, anger and embarrassment clear to see: "What kind of impossible problem did your dean give them?! How could Zevaney have no countermeasure at all?"

"Nuclear decomposition." Nathan Garland’s Voice dropped.

Hansel’s brows knit tight. "Nuclear decomposition?"

Nathan looked at him expressionlessly, put his thermos cup back down, and said in a flat, matter-of-fact tone, "Twenty years ago, someone worked on this project and achieved some minor Results."

"Who?" Hansel sat up straight.

Nathan concisely gave a name: "Lynette Kingsley."

Hansel was stunned at first, then almost shot to his feet.
