Every sensible part of his mind told him not to trust the woman who had kicked him between the legs, bitten his shoulder and accused him of kidnapping her within the same night.

Yet somehow, he still indulged her. He leaned forward. Their faces drew closer until their breaths mingled. Kaden could feel the warmth of her breath against his face. Her lips, slightly smudged from the night’s drinking, were barely an inch from his. Yuki’s smile widened. It was the smile of someone who knew she had him exactly where she wanted him. Kaden’s eyes narrowed.

"What are you planning?" he muttered.

She didn’t answer. Instead, her fingers suddenly released his jacket. Kaden almost sighed with relief, but it didn’t last. Her hand shot up. Her fingers caught his collar. Before the Alpha heir could react, Yuki yanked him towards her. Their lips collided.

Kaden’s entire body froze. For one stunned second his mind went completely blank. He waited for the revulsion. The instinct to push her away. But it never came.

Her hand tightened on his collar, the fabric bunching between her fingers as she clumsily pressed her mouth against his. The kiss was messy, uncoordinated, tasting strongly of wine.

She nipped at his lower lip, then began to nibble it slowly, almost experimentally. A second later her tongue slid between his lips that parted voluntarily like a snake, warm and wet and insistent. Kaden gasped into her mouth as her tongue swept inside, coating his with the lingering heat of alcohol. The taste of wine and something sweeter that was purely her flooded his senses.

The kiss deepened. Her other hand tangled in his hair, fingers curling against his scalp as she pressed closer. He could feel the soft give of her chest against him, the warmth of her body seeping through the thin fabric of her dress.

His mind remained blank—completely blank—not even the slightest hesitation. His hand found her waist. The deep cut of her dress left her back bare, and the soft trail of his fingers over her spine made her shudder. A low moan spilled into his mouth as she called Kieran’s name in a slurry, breathless tone. "Kie..r..an," she moaned.

His gaze darkened at the sound of his brother’s name. Something dark sparked in his chest. His grip tightened on her waist. He broke the kiss, pulling her flush against him.

A soft gasp left her wet lips as she stared up at him, eyes half-lidded and glassy. Her cheeks were flushed, her mouth slightly swollen and glistening, and there was something almost innocent about the way she looked at him. He could describe it as soft, unfocused, and strangely seductive in her drunken haze.

Kaden’s voice dropped. His gaze flickered as he listened to her uneven breathing, felt it rise and fall against his chest.

"What’s my name?" he asked, the words low and rough.

She blinked, brows furrowing as though the question required serious thought. Then she murmured, "Kieran."

Kaden couldn’t stop the dark laugh that escaped him. "You really think I’m Kieran?"

He leaned down and whispered against her ear, the heat of his breath making her shiver. "You’re playing a dangerous game, little wolf." He hissed, still unable to accept it.

He groaned softly as he nipped at her earlobe. Her fingers tightened in his hair. His eyes flickered. A sadistic urge rose in him. His fangs elongated just enough to graze the sensitive skin at the side of her neck. She shuddered, gasping the wrong name again. Kaden’s hand closed around her chin, tilting her face up before his mouth claimed hers once more.

This kiss was slower. More deliberate. Almost punishing. He took his time, mapping her mouth with his tongue, swallowing every soft moan and shaky breath she gave him.

Her body reacted instinctively—her fingers clutching at his shoulders, then sliding up into his hair again. He felt the soft press of her breasts against his chest, the way her nipples had hardened beneath the thin fabric of her dress. She pressed her thighs together as his lips trailed lower, along the line of her jaw and down the column of her throat. The scent of her arousal was already rising; it was thick and sweet in the quiet room.

Kaden nipped the sensitive point just above the swell of her cleavage. She fell back against the pillows with a broken moan, Kieran’s name spilling from her lips once more. "Oh..Kieran."

His eyes flashed gold. A low growl rumbled in his chest. He was starting to fucking hate that name. His hand closed around her throat—not hard enough to hurt, just enough to tilt her face toward him. His eyes glowed pure gold as he stared down at her.

"It’s Kaden," he growled. "Not Kieran."

Yuki didn’t struggle. She simply looked up at him with those same dreamy, unfocused eyes that could be his undoing. Then she reached up and slowly ran a fingertip along the underside of his jaw.

"Didn’t know you liked to play dirty, Kieran," she murmured, a soft chuckle in her voice.

He almost lost it. He couldn’t tell if she was doing this deliberately or if the alcohol had completely scrambled her sense of reality. She tilted her head, the daring curve of her lips still in place.

"Choke me harder," she whispered, the words edged with a breathless laugh.

Her legs trembled. That was when Kaden realised the sick reality of the situation. The little wolf was getting wetter at this. The scent of her arousal thickened, coating the air between them until it was almost impossible to ignore. She was driving him insane.

"You’re begging to be broken," he muttered, voice rough.

Her grin remained. She leaned forward, climbing over his thigh, then slowly ground against him. The soft heat of her through the fabric of her dress pressed against his already hard cock, drawing a low, involuntary sound from his throat. She whispered against his ear, her breath warm and uneven.

"I love it when you lose it."

He released her neck. She giggled, the sound soft and triumphant, then wrapped her arms around his waist and continued the slow, deliberate grind. Her voice turned breathless.

His cock was already so hard it was torture. The friction of her movements, the scent of her, the way she kept murmuring the wrong name—it was all pushing him closer to a line he had no business crossing.

Then she suddenly stopped. Her eyes went wide. A strange expression crossed her face. Before Kaden could react, she bent forward and threw up all over the front of his shirt.
