Just as Lin Mu was about to make a move, his phone suddenly rang. He glanced at the caller ID—damn, it was the old man from home. What the hell was he calling for?

With a bundle of questions, Lin Mu picked up the phone.

"Hey, old man, long time no see. Have your dementia symptoms gotten any better?"

"Shit, you little bastard, if you insult me one more time, I’ll fly over there right now and castrate you!" the old man cursed fiercely.

"Come on, old man, you really have dementia. If I’m a bastard, doesn’t that make you the old bastard?" Lin Mu grinned slyly,

"Uh..." The old man was momentarily speechless. As expected, after not seeing each other for a few days, this kid really has become more eloquent!

Of course, Lin Mu hadn’t just improved in eloquence; his martial skills had progressed rapidly too! He had even mastered the Divine Skill of the White Qi Realm. "Tang Hongwei is a friend of a friend. Since he asked nicely, I have to give him some face. So just let him go!"

"Damn it, that’s too easy on the old fart!" Lin Mu was displeased. After all the effort, having finally beaten him, and now he had to let him go. Who wouldn’t be upset, feeling like they just worked for nothing?

"Of course not. When have I ever let you suffer a loss? Sparing his life is giving face to my friend, after all, he’s no small figure. You can handle everything else as you see fit, just don’t kill him. He’ll receive a call soon and everything will be according to your arrangement," the old man said.

Upon hearing this, Lin Mu was thrilled. He understood the old man’s intentions; knowing Tang Hongwei had assets worth billions. If he could get a part of that, wouldn’t he strike it rich?

And Lin Mu picked up on it too; the old man wanted him to extort money, just without explicitly saying so.

"Haha, alright then. I’ll leave it at that. I got it." Lin Mu grinned, feeling quite good. From what the old man said, not only could he give face to his friend, but he’d make sure Tang Hongwei called and get the money without a hitch.

Sure enough, as soon as Lin Mu hung up, Tang Hongwei’s phone rang. After answering, Tang Hongwei nodded respectfully, and without saying much, he hung up.

Looking surprised, Tang Hongwei asked, "You, who exactly are you? What’s your background?"

"Haha, this is fun, you ask who I am? Haven’t you heard the saying, ’Know yourself and know your enemy, and you will never be defeated’? How could you be my opponent if you don’t even know who I am?" Lin Mu joked.

"Haha, I honestly didn’t expect this. If you know him, you must be no ordinary person. This time I admit my defeat wholeheartedly, I underestimated you." Tang Hongwei said, looking at Lin Mu.

"Really? People who go against me always end up saying that." Lin Mu chuckled.

"Whatever your demands are, just say it. I’ll try my best to meet them," Tang Hongwei told Lin Mu.

"Haha, my demands aren’t high at all. Here’s the thing, I’ve had enough of your trouble, and Flying Dragon Company has suffered quite a bit too. You know the losses, and I expect you to compensate me threefold." Lin Mu said, looking at Tang Hongwei.

In fact, Lin Mu was quite pleased. Threefold compensation would be no small amount, at least two billion. Thinking about how easy it was to earn this money felt incredible!

"Alright, four billion. I’ll arrange for it to be transferred to your Flying Dragon Company account tomorrow." Tang Hongwei agreed without hesitation.

Hearing this, Lin Mu felt a bit regretful; Tang Hongwei so readily agreed. Originally, Lin Mu planned to ask for two billion, but the old guy casually doubled it to four billion without grimacing. Had he known, Lin Mu would have asked for eight billion.

But since he already said it, asking for more wasn’t nice. Four billion wasn’t bad either; injecting this fund into Flying Dragon Group and Su’s Great Enterprise would at least double the entire group’s size.

Thinking about it felt good. After a few busy days, it seemed like at least it wasn’t all for nothing—earning four billion felt like getting paid to work!

Lin Mu nodded slightly, holding back, "Alright, I’m an easy-going person. That’s it, it’s getting late, Boss Tang, you should rest first."

Tang Hongwei got up, looking at Lin Mu, "Do you really not want to reveal your true identity to me?"

Lin Mu, holding Haihua’s shoulder, turned back with a smile, "Boss Tang, you probably know even better than I do that knowing too much can be worse than not knowing at all!"

Tang Hongwei nodded, "Uh... take care, no need to see you out..."

"No need to see me out." Lin Mu said, then left Tang Family’s mansion with his arm around Haihua’s fragrant shoulder.

After a busy night, Lin Mu planned to relax well, and of course, relaxing meant a session with Haihua; this really was the best way to work out the muscles, leaving Earth Wolf and King Kong, those big guys, to go pick up soap.

The Tang Sect affair concluded quite satisfactorily, and it ended very well, earning four billion in the end. It was worth it.

Lin Mu and Haihua didn’t return to the Hai Family; they went straight to the hotel instead.

After all, hotels are quiet, and they could have as much fun as they wanted without making too much noise and embarrassing the Hai Family.

After returning to the hotel, Lin Mu and Haihua immediately engaged in a primal human struggle. With everything resolved, Lin Mu was especially relaxed, making the exercise especially thorough!

The next day, they woke up past ten. Last night’s activities had drained them of most of their energy, and together they got up and went to the hotel’s buffet restaurant to eat some food.

"Honey, now that things are settled here, are you leaving?" Haihua asked unhappily.

"Of course, I’ll have to leave sooner or later, but you can come with me, so we can be together every day," Lin Mu smiled and said.

"But I’m worried about my old man here; I can’t just leave him alone at home, right?" Haihua said worriedly. Clearly, she was reluctant to part with Scarface, her father, bonds of blood run deep after all!
