Chapter 326: Hard-line

With business out of the way, the two men picked up their beer bottles and started chugging.

A music video played on the private room's screen as a shapely young woman swayed her body, singing to liven things up.

Since they were out to have fun, Chen Erbao naturally didn't hold back. His hands roamed all over the two women beside him as he occasionally shot the shit with Zhao Hai.

"Come on, sing a song… At this rate, you're going to rub a hole in my stockings…"

The beauty in black stockings to his left said sweetly.

Chen Erbao glanced at Zhao Hai and saw he'd already dragged his companion into the restroom. Who knew what the hell they were up to.

He checked his watch—the hands were nearing eleven. Chen Erbao pulled a wad of cash from his pocket and tossed it to the women. "Tell my friend I had to leave early."

Although he was uncomfortably hard, he had no real intention of getting involved with the kind of women who hung around places like this.

Was he kidding? He couldn't even keep the bevy of women at home satisfied; why would he need to come out here and chase tail?

He decisively left the club, called for a designated driver, and headed straight for Lin Zhiqing's place.

He was terrified Bai Xiaoqing would go home and be unable to stop herself from spilling the beans to Lin Zhiqing!

At 11:20 PM, he arrived at Lin Zhiqing's home and knocked on the door, but there was no answer.

'Is she asleep?'

'Don't tell me I'm going to have to get a hotel room tonight,' Chen Erbao thought.

Just as he was about to call Lin Zhiqing, the door suddenly opened. It was Bai Xiaoqing.

"What are you doing here?"

Bai Xiaoqing asked, her face stony and her tone hostile.

Chen Erbao slipped through the crack in the door. "I'm here to see my girlfriend, of course!"

Bai Xiaoqing was stunned by his shameless audacity. She slammed the door shut and sneered,

"You damn scumbag… You have so many girlfriends, you must have trouble keeping up!"

Chen Erbao walked to the fridge like he owned the place, grabbed a bottle of water, and took a couple of big gulps. A sweep of his Divine Sense confirmed that Lin Zhiqing was already asleep. He turned back to Bai Xiaoqing, silently activating a concealment technique he had learned to hide his own Spiritual Qi.

"Let me say it again, I'm not a scumbag. I just want to give every girl a home… Besides, isn't this all your fault?!"

Bai Xiaoqing laughed in anger.

"You're the one with questionable morals! What does that have to do with me?"

"Exactly. What does it have to do with you? I suggest you mind your own damn business!"

Chen Erbao said nonchalantly, slumping lazily onto the sofa.

'Since she's already found out, who cares!'

Bai Xiaoqing was so furious with Chen Erbao she was speechless, her face pale with rage.

'How can a person be so shameless!'

She was wearing a loose-fitting pajama set, and a large expanse of pale skin on her chest was exposed, reflecting a crystalline glow under the light.

Even the pajamas couldn't hide the prominent swell of her chest. Paired with her long legs and perky bottom, she had the body of a perfect mannequin!

Chen Erbao stared for a long moment. 'She'd probably be perfect as a human sex stand, too!' he thought.

'He really wanted to try it out, but he hadn't had the chance!'

Bai Xiaoqing noticed Chen Erbao's gaze fixed on her and quickly crossed her arms over her chest, saying guardedly,

"You damn scumbag, what are you looking at!"

Chen Erbao pouted. "It's not like I haven't seen it before…"

Seeing Bai Xiaoqing grinding her teeth in frustration, Chen Erbao found it quite amusing.

'He had been thinking about how to win over Bai Xiaoqing, but he never expected them to end up in this muddled situation!'

He said with a hint of a threat, "I'm your direct boss, you know. You'd better be a little more polite. And I'm not a scumbag!"

"Bah! If it comes to it, I'll just quit!"

Bai Xiaoqing had quit her last job because her boss had sexually harassed her. She definitely wouldn't compromise!

Chen Erbao chuckled. "You might not be able to quit!"

"Heh, what? Are you trying to threaten me now?"

"Of course not. But have you forgotten? We signed a three-year contract. If you quit, you'll have to pay a hefty penalty…"

'Chen Erbao felt like a villain right now, using threats and lures on his beautiful subordinate.'

Bai Xiaoqing hadn't considered that. For a moment, she was dumbfounded.

'Right… there was something like that…'

"I don't care! I'm not going to make money for a scumbag like you… At worst, I'll just let everything go to hell and make a mess of your company! We'll see if you still dare to employ me then!"

Chen Erbao's brow furrowed.

'If Bai Xiaoqing really did that, he'd be in big trouble!'

He rubbed the bridge of his nose, a headache coming on. "Look, big sis, at most I have some minor issues in my private life. I haven't done anything to offend you, have I? Don't mess with me!"

"You have the nerve to say that? In the stairwell tonight, you…"

Bai Xiaoqing stopped mid-sentence, her face flushing with shame and anger as she glared at Chen Erbao, grinding her teeth.

Chen Erbao stammered, "It's not like I did it to you on purpose, you were the one who insisted on going… Besides, it looked like you were enjoying it at the time…"

He mumbled the last sentence, but the room was so quiet that Bai Xiaoqing heard it perfectly clearly.

"You…"

Her eyes looked ready to shoot fire. Furious, she stormed towards Lin Zhiqing's room.

"I'm going to wake Zhiqing up right now and let her see your true colors… mmph…"

Seeing Bai Xiaoqing heading for Lin Zhiqing's room, Chen Erbao jumped in fright. He shot up, his figure moving like a flash of lightning, appearing behind Bai Xiaoqing in an instant. He wrapped an arm around her and clamped a hand over her mouth.

"Don't make a sound… Okay, okay, it's all my fault, I'm sorry!"

Chen Erbao apologized nervously.

But Bai Xiaoqing wouldn't let it go. She struggled and shouted,

"Mmph… Zhiqing…"

In his panic, Chen Erbao spun Bai Xiaoqing around and crushed his mouth against hers.

"Mmph…"

Her mouth blocked once again, Bai Xiaoqing was overwhelmed with shame and fury. Her small fists hammered against Chen Erbao's chest.

But due to the massive difference in their strength, her attacks were no different to Chen Erbao than being tickled.

Chen Erbao held Bai Xiaoqing's waist with one arm and grabbed her flailing arms with the other. He shuffled over to the sofa and, in one smooth motion, pushed her down underneath him.

Now, Bai Xiaoqing was completely trapped. Her exquisitely beautiful face, illuminated by the light, looked like that of a fairy descended from the heavens. But combined with her tear-streaked expression, it made Chen Erbao's heart tremble and filled him with a sense of conquest…

Chen Erbao's Joyful Technique began to circulate on its own. An invisible Dao charm emanated from his body, quickly enveloping them both.
