Chapter 316: New Site

Leaving the village clinic, Chen Erbao checked the time and saw it was getting late, so he decided to head straight home.

'I've already been to Zhao Ruoying's, and seeing Shuzhen isn't urgent. I'll go home and check if Fang Yun is asleep!'

Back at the courtyard, the lights were already out. Chen Erbao listened carefully for a moment and heard the sound of even breathing coming from Fang Yun's room.

'If she's asleep, I'll just let it be.'

"Xiaoqing, hand off your work to the other managers for today. You and Zhiqing are coming with me to the city to check out the security company site."

The Land Rover soon arrived at the suburban factory. Lin Zhiqing and Bai Xiaoqing were standing side-by-side on the roadside, waiting.

A faint smile touched the corners of Lin Zhiqing's mouth as she looked away.

Chen Erbao ignored the subtle exchange between the two women and drove toward the city.

The weather wasn't great today. The sky was gray and overcast, looking like it could rain at any moment.

'This kind of weather is perfect for staying home, playing on your phone, and sleeping!'

Following the address Lin Cheng had sent, Chen Erbao turned on his navigation and soon arrived at a large, open area.

A Hongqi sedan was parked at the entrance. When the Land Rover pulled up, a middle-aged man immediately ran out.

"President Chen, Young Miss, President Lin told me to wait for you here!"

The man greeted Chen Erbao and Lin Zhiqing in the passenger seat with a broad smile.

Chen Erbao nodded. After parking the car, the group walked through the main gate and into the open grounds.

The area was indeed quite large, like an oversized soccer field. To one side stood a seven or eight-story office building with a decent-looking exterior.

Behind the main grounds were the employee dormitories—two rows of buildings large enough to house several hundred to a thousand people.

The middle-aged man led Chen Erbao and the others on a tour around the vast training ground. Chen Erbao felt it was pretty good.

The guards only need to train here for a period before they can be sent to their posts. They don't all need to live here. The permanent on-site security staff plus the office workers will only be around a few hundred people. A place this big is more than enough!"

Chen Erbao understood at once. The security guards would definitely be dispatched to various locations; they couldn't all stay here.

Since there were no other issues, Chen Erbao took the two women to Medicine King Hall.
