When Sane brought Sunlight back to the tribe, Kaelen had just finished cleaning up a wave of demonic seeds spreading near Black Scale.

The targets of these demonic seeds were the beastmen present everywhere on the Western continent. This thing had autonomous consciousness, and they aimed at objects having Beast Energy like beastmen and magical beasts.

When sniffing a large amount of delicious Beast Energy, they naturally had to take advantage of the opportunity.

Now Kaelen finally understood why in the tribe only the Golden Peafowl clan beastman branch had demonic seeds, yet Sunlight still ate until perfectly round. It turned out while they did not know, quite a few demonic seeds had sneaked in to eat secretly, and were counter-hunted by Sunlight.

When the light of the instant teleportation spell just dispersed, Kaelen almost fell backward. Could someone tell him, what was that pitch-black thing as big as a pickle jar?

It was not until that pitch-black object let out two pitiful ’meow meow’ sounds that Kaelen realized this was his youngest son.

"Oh Supreme Being above, how much stuff did this brat eat?!"

Sane wanted to bring his son inside the house, but unfortunately that brat was stuck right at the door. Thus they could only temporarily put him in the sunshade hut near the field edge. Sane just placed Sunlight on the wooden table, the table immediately made two tragic ’crack crack’ sounds then ’passed away’.

Kaelen looked at the chubby brat trying to flip himself up, the green veins on his forehead twitching continuously. He extended a finger pointing at the fat snake nose, scolding:

"Papa told you to eat less! Look what shape you have become fat into. So fat you cannot even slither!"

Ignis carried in Draven’s arms, covered his mouth giggling. Everyone also held back laughter to the point of almost suffering internal injuries. They truly had never seen a cub so fat. Especially this kid was a Snake clan cub, looking no different from a water jar attached with a head and a tail.

Sunlight being scolded by Papa, and laughed at by everyone, felt aggrieved wailing out loud. Kaelen massaged his forehead, saying in a low voice: "Crying is also useless, Papa cannot coax you. I cannot lift you!"

The baby cried too tragically, Draven could not bear it, speaking up to defend:

"Probably just because he is still small now, later when the boy grows up, his body lengthening out he will be handsome right away."

Hearing that, Kaelen also tried to think more positively. However, just as he blinked, he saw Sunlight’s tail tip twitch slightly, a demonic seed hiding nearby was immediately dragged out by the boy using Divine Energy, popped straight into his mouth.

Kaelen: "..."

Sane: "..."

Draven: "..."

Finally, Sunlight was tied up tightly by Kaelen, hung on an ancient tree. The tree branch was weighed down so heavily it bent, but it still stubbornly did not break.

Kaelen set a table sitting right under the place Sunlight was hung, drawing up a weight loss plan for his son. Sane then went to carve the house door a bit wider, enough for his son to fit through.

The weight loss plan was drawn up in half an hour, comprising exactly some words: dieting and exercising. Dieting here was exactly abstaining from demonic seeds, only eating things newly born children should eat which was skimmed and unsweetened fresh milk.

Draven finished reading then frowned: "But demonic seeds keep crawling over by themselves, how to forbid?"

Kaelen pulled out his communication bracelet, calling Arthur: "You send me twenty-four large-sized magic stones containing your Divine Energy, I will pay you back a light sword."

This light sword only had one, Kaelen intended to save it for Orion. Now exactly for Sunlight’s weight loss campaign he had to take it out to exchange. He planned to use these twenty-four light magic stones to set up an array surrounding the Black Scale tribe, that way demonic seeds would not be able to sneak in anymore.

The downside was even Sunlight himself would feel uncomfortable.

As expected, after Sunlight heard the words Kaelen said he immediately knew his intention. The boy immediately thrashed strongly once. The tree branch cracked, leaves falling continuously onto Kaelen’s head.

Kaelen brushed off the leaves, looking up glaring: "Still thrashing then Papa will hang you for two more days."

Sunlight immediately lay dead still.

Arthur was always vexed because he could not find a suitable weapon, now having a sword bearing the light attribute matching his Divine Energy, of course he did not refuse. Anyway, after transmitting Divine Energy into twenty-four large-sized magic stones, he would take half a month to recover.

The two immediately carried out the exchange through the teleportation array connecting the Northern continent and Western continent.

After receiving the magic stones, Kaelen immediately set up the protective array. Sunlight inside the array uncomfortably wagged his tail, his eyes welling up with tears. However, after Kaelen checked and confirmed the light array’s effect on Sunlight was not much, he ignored it.

The first day drinking bland milk, Sunlight drank a mouthful then spat out a mouthful, until being threatened by Kaelen to be hung up did he finally agree to swallow it. The boy drank milk while sobbing softly, crying a kind of gentle sobbing, sounding like a kitten losing its mother, crying to the point a few Sub-Beasts passing by all turned their heads to look with pitiful eyes.

The first soft-hearted person was Jesse.

He secretly brought out a bowl of minced meat rice porridge, tentatively approaching: "Uncle feed Sunlight porridge okay? Porridge is not fattening..."

Kaelen abruptly appeared behind him, clearing his throat coughing once.

Jesse was startled, carrying the whole porridge bowl running away.

The second day, confirming Sunlight no longer resisted drinking milk, Kaelen began letting the boy practice exercising. He placed a bowl of minced meat rice porridge emitting a sweet fragrance about one meter away from the boy’s head, saying:

"If you can crawl yourself to this porridge bowl’s place, Papa will feed you."

Sunlight lay crawling on the ground, his belly scraping the floor, just like that exerting effort to wiggle left wiggle right. He wiggled then wiggled again, tired to the point of panting heavily, yet Kaelen only measured exactly one finger joint from the initial position to the current position.

Kaelen didn’t know whether to laugh or cry, immediately picking up the porridge bowl to put away. Wherever he carried the porridge bowl, Sunlight’s head eagerly followed there. Until he put the porridge away in the cupboard and brought out a bowl of bland cow’s milk, the boy could not hold it anymore, bursting into loud cries.

---

The third day, Kaelen still followed the old way. Perhaps because bland milk was too hard to drink, or perhaps because gluttonous instinct urged him, this time the boy used all his strength for nursing to drag himself a whole hand span.

Kaelen was very satisfied with this effort. Although not achieving the goal yet, Kaelen still fed Sunlight a whole bowl of meat porridge. Tasting the first sweet and fragrant flavor in his life, Sunlight was so joyful he narrowed his eyes.

Seeing this coaxing to feed method had an effect, the following days, Kaelen continued applying this method. Some days it was sweet millet porridge, some days minced meat pumpkin soup,...

Ten days later, although the belly did not shrink much, Sunlight’s slithering speed was faster. By the end of the month, Sunlight’s body shape had visibly shrunk. Although compared to other snakes he was still very fat, at least the head - body - tail had a proportional ratio.

During this process, Draven also researched the demonic seed antidote. This was entirely thanks to the Light defensive array Kaelen set up. Draven sat by the edge of the defensive cage, staring intently at a demonic seed crawling close then being burned by the light. In his head suddenly flashed an idea, then buried his head in the laboratory to research.

Finally he successfully refined the antidote having a purifying effect like the Light Divine Energy.

Having the antidote, they could take action now.

"Sunlight, you look." Kaelen placed a mirror in front of Sunlight, also helping the boy adjust the bow tie on his chest, putting an additional black aristocratic hat on the snake head: "You truly are a handsome snake guy exuding an imposing aura~"

Sunlight tilted his head looking at the jet-black snake with golden scale edges heavily imbued with aristocratic qualities in the mirror, proudly holding his head high. Sane pursed his lips turning his head to another direction, his shoulders trembling.

Kaelen saw Sunlight’s expression, smiling brightly: "Your body shape like this is just beautiful, if you get fat you won’t be beautiful anymore, right?"

Sunlight’s body slightly paused for a bit, then twitched his tail tip showing agreement.

Kaelen immediately coaxed: "Therefore you must obediently stay inside the array not going outside, you know. The demonic seeds out there will make you lose this handsome appearance~"

Sunlight lowered his head thinking for a bit, then felt Kaelen’s words made sense, therefore tapped his tail on the ground twice, showing extreme determination to diet. Kaelen contentedly rubbed the small snake head gently, saying:

"Promised you know~ Papa and Daddy have to go outside to fight bad guys, you stay put in the tribe not going outside. If bored then find the small friends in the tribe and Brother Ignis to play, waiting for Papa to return I will make cake for you to eat, okay?"

Sunlight although not very willing, still slowly nodded.

Having persuaded the youngest child, Kaelen turned to the fifth child, rambling instructions. Ignis obediently blinked his ruby eyes, ’ya ya’ guaranteeing.

At this time Sane and Kaelen finally handed the two children back to the people staying behind to take care of, leading ten thousand Crimson Warriors and three thousand Sub-Beast Warriors of the Western continent tribes, heading straight up North.
