Chapter 362 - 359: Giant Octopus

Yun Jiao took them for a few spins around the sea before having them move onto a Humpback Whale’s back.

Humpback Whales are enormous; one adult Humpback Whale can carry several people at once.

The moment they got on, they began touching everything, their expressions a mixture of curiosity and caution.

"Yun Jiao, how did you do that? This is incredible."

"Do all the fish in the sea listen to you?"

Standing on the Humpback Whale, Yun Jiao tossed a small fish she had just casually caught into the water. A young killer whale leaped up and caught it in its mouth.

Yun Jiao said, "No, not all of them."

"I often help the Humpback Whales clean the barnacles off them, so they don’t refuse when I ask for a favor now and then. The killer whales listen because I saved their calf."

She told them the story of how she had rescued a beached killer whale and helped a killer whale calf that had gotten sick from eating something it shouldn’t have.

"Of course, they also like hearing me sing, and they like it when I play with them."

The dolphin immediately began pushing Daniel toward the surface.

A single one of those tentacles was thicker than her arm.

Yun Jiao didn’t know where this giant octopus had come from, but now, it wasn’t going to get away.

Meanwhile, Daniel, who had been carried to the surface, was coughing nonstop.

When the discomfort subsided, he began to frantically look for someone.

"Hey, Daniel, how’d you end up choking on water? Hahaha..."

Eva and Barry, still unaware of the situation, surfaced for air and couldn’t help but laugh at the sight of Daniel.

"Yun Jiao is in danger!"

Daniel said hurriedly, "Down there! A huge octopus monster, as big as a boat!"

It was the Humpback Whale.

Yun Jiao and the killer whales chased after it, and with their combined attacks, they finally managed to kill the giant octopus.

The others had long since run out of air and gone up to breathe. Yun Jiao and the killer whales brought up the giant octopus’s carcass, along with the severed tentacles that had fallen into the sea.

Everyone surfaced.

"Yun Jiao, are you hurt?"

Yun Jiao was just about to shake her head when Eva grabbed her small arm and exclaimed.

"Yun Jiao, you’re injured!"

Yun Jiao looked down. ’Oh, those are just the marks left from when the giant octopus’s tentacles wrapped around me.’
