Chapter 426: Blooming Roses Academy (02)
Ysara, as always, was enjoying the calm, laid-back routine she led in Goldenveil.
She was a little bored, since she had no work to do, but she was happy all the same. After all, she knew that Ethan would finally build Goldenveil’s first academy soon.
She had already been the director of an academy about two hundred years ago, but she had eventually lost interest in that sort of thing.
Fortunately, having her beloved daughter back in her arms was more than enough to rekindle that interest.
She could no longer just wait around and waste away.
Ethan, Amelia, Mireya, Evelyn, and all the many people she had met in Goldenveil had helped her rediscover her love for life.
"Ah..."
Ysara’s golden lips parted slightly in a soft sigh as she felt the air around her stir.
A giant empress bee buzzed right above her, clearly excited, the wind from its wings gently ruffling the strands of her hair and brushing across the bare skin of her neckline.
Those little ones always got this excited when Ethan or Arwen showed up, so even without using her superhuman senses, Ysara already knew very well who was approaching.
A smile spread across her face as her eyes turned toward the door leading to the inner garden.
"Ethan, do you have a surprise for Auntie?" she asked the very moment his figure appeared in the doorway, her voice laden with that same sweet, teasing tone as always.
Ethan didn’t even have time to answer.
In the blink of an eye, Ysara was already upon him, grabbing his arm with both hands.
Her heavy tits bounced once from the sudden stop before settling into a slow wobble. A warm, sweet scent washed over him.
"Let’s go! I can’t wait to see what you’ve got in store!" Ysara declared, excited like a little girl about to receive a gift.
Her golden eyes sparkled as she pulled his arm straight into her cleavage.
Ethan felt the weight of those soft mountains engulfing his arm. The warm, plump flesh closed around him from both sides, spilling over his wrist and molding against his skin until his entire forearm sank into the deep valley between her breasts.
With his arm still firmly trapped, Ethan left his palace alongside Ysara.
It was early morning, and the streets of the noble district were empty, except for the paladins of the Order of the Silver Wings and the guards of the Golden Rose, who were silently making their rounds.
The air was still cool, and the pale light of dawn was only just creeping over the rooftops.
Ethan and Ysara walked leisurely to an empty lot right next to the Elven Cathedral.
Ysara didn’t let go of his arm for even a second along the way.
Her wide hips swayed in a gentle rhythm behind her, the plump curves of her backside rolling slowly with each stride.
Only when they reached the lot did Ysara finally let go of Ethan’s arm, taking a step to the side with her eyes brimming with anticipation.
She loved watching Ethan use that ability.
It was something so unique and incredible that it always made her heart flutter, no matter how many times she had seen it.
Ethan already had in mind what he would build there, so he didn’t need to search for long.
Stepping forward, he held out his hand and activated the Instant Construction ability. A window opened before his eyes.
[Name: Academy of Blooming Roses
Description: An ancient and famous all-girls academy offering a variety of subjects. It has educated countless legendary swordswomen and even great empresses of the past.
It is completely surrounded by a wall and covers a total area of about three million square meters.
The academy is divided into four regions.
The dormitory area, to the right of the entrance gate.
The service area, to the left.
The parks and recreational areas in the center.
The academic area, where the main building, the many classrooms, and the arena are located.
It has a capacity for about ten thousand students and offers facilities equipped to teach twelve combat training courses, in addition to twenty civilian courses.
Effects (applied to students): +300% learning rate, +300% recovery rate and reduced mental fatigue, +150% attribute gain rate.
Price: 7,500,000 gold coins]
Ethan read everything carefully before clicking to purchase, paying a total of eight million gold coins, including the additional cost to integrate everything into Goldenveil’s infrastructure.
He immediately stepped back a few paces.
That would be a relatively large academy, slightly larger than the built area of Harvard on Earth.
Considering the size of the other structures there, Ethan knew he would soon need to expand the walls again.
There simply wouldn’t be room for anything else if he kept building those gigantic structures.
A low tremor ran through the ground, a deep rumble that Ethan felt in his chest as much as he heard it.
The streets immediately opened up as the terrain reshaped itself to accommodate the new, gigantic structure, the black basalt parting with a heavy grinding sound, as if making way of its own accord.
From every corner of the lot, tall walls began to rise, stone piling upon stone at a steady pace, each block settling into place with a dull, rhythmic thud.
They were beautiful and elegant, clearly created with a focus on aesthetics rather than function, though they were obviously very powerful.
Beside Ethan, Ysara let out an enchanted sigh, her hands clasped in front of her chest. Her forearms squeezed her breasts inward, the soft flesh bulging up above her neckline and deepening her cleavage as she leaned forward.
In the center of the wall, a wide gate with golden bars took shape, already open, offering a view of the interior.
There, the black basalt of Goldenveil’s roads gave way to broad white pathways. The largest of these, about thirty meters wide, led straight to the main building, which rose on the horizon.
It resembled a massive and luxurious castle of white, slightly pinkish bricks, with more than thirty stories, its tallest towers exceeding one hundred and fifty meters.
The morning light struck the newly created walls, making that pinkish hue glow softly.
On either side, the dormitories and the service building also rose up, smaller and more modest, yet still impressive.
Then the tremor faded, and silence settled over the street once more.
Finally, Goldenveil’s first academy had been built. Before long, it would begin nurturing the young talents of the next generation.
Ysara admired the castle with sparkling eyes, already imagining the hallways filled with students coming and going.
She would do everything in her power to train the most extraordinary sword geniuses this world had ever seen.
