The golden roots also extended throughout the landmass like the roots of a tree. They didn’t stop when they reached the edge of the broken landmass. Instead, they extended across the gaps between the broken landmasses into the nearby landmass.

The golden roots also penetrated the nearby broken landmasses. Then they pulled the pieces of land towards the golden mountain.

The broken pieces of land that were pulled joined with the first landmass, fusing them together and making one larger landmass. This continued for a long time until the golden roots had snagged and bound 0.1% of the total area of the Sea of Worlds.

During this process, the golden mountain was consuming his lifespan. It consumed 10 million years of lifespan, which wasn’t a lot to him, so he didn’t mind this. However, the golden mountain was doing other things that he very much minded.

As the golden mountain was establishing itself in the third heaven, it was also creating a channel between the third heaven and the second heaven. To be specific, the relationship was between the golden mountain and the River of Death.

A dark pillar formed beneath the golden mountain and penetrated the barrier between the upper and lower realms until it reached down into the River of Death. Once this channel was established, his Entropy began to decrease.

Apparently, the golden mountain was siphoning his Entropy and sending it into the River of Death. It was doing this at a rate of 10 units of Entropy per second. But it was also costing 10 years of lifespan per second to do this work.

"So this is how Dao Lords are supposed to offload their Entropy," he said in enlightenment.

Then he looked at the River of Death in the second dimension and said, "No wonder that place is so deadly. It really isn’t a place to be swimming in."

However, Dao Lords didn’t need to enter a dimension to see what was in it. So every Dao Lord, regardless of where they were, could see the black pillar. They could also see the golden mountain.
