Chapter 1002: Grand Refining of Magic Treasures (Part 2)

Chapter 1002: Chapter 1002: Grand Refining of Magic Treasures (Part 2)

Shen Mo did not immediately recast the Soul Refining Flag.

Firstly, the flag was continually refining Demon Soul General, and he didn’t want to interrupt this process;

Secondly, recklessly refining might destroy this magic artifact, causing the obliteration of the million soul generals, including the Sixth Rank Demon Soul General, rendering years of effort futile and losing a major trump card!

Thus, he took out the son flag that was modeled on the Soul Refining Flag and started implementing his ideas on it.

These son flags were originally meant to provide a shelter for the Sixth Rank Demon Soul General and serve as a nexus with the main flag, allowing sect leaders ruling the Horned Flood Dragon Nine Realms to command the Demon Soul General to handle strong enemies when expanding their influence. Now the Lower Realm is stabilized, and with the Stars Circulation Array covering, the son flags released along with the soul generals in the flags were all retrieved by Shen Mo.

As replicas of the original, the materials, structure, and runes of these son flags were almost identical to the Soul Refining Flag, and they could be used for trials without much concern if destroyed.

Time flew by, and more than a month passed in the blink of an eye.

Jade Spring Fairy delved into the Demon Tide again, joining other Earth Immortals to arrange the Immortal Mountain killing Formation.

The number of soul generals in the Soul Refining Flag broke through a billion, and Shen Mo withdrew all Demon Soul Generals, no longer continuing to refine them further, as they would advance and he will refine more Sixth Rank Demon Soul Generals in the future, hence leaving some space.

After destroying five son flags, he gained roughly 80% confidence in his plan.

He immediately summoned the Samadhi True Fire, took out many top-tier spiritual materials, and began reforging the Soul Refining Flag...

Three months later, a brand new Soul Refining Flag appeared in Shen Mo’s hands.

Compared to the previous version, the overall shape hadn’t changed much, except the main pole was thicker and longer, the flag face heavier, and the inscribed runes on the flag more intricate.

The blood-colored flag surface was covered in dense golden marks, resembling stardust clouds, appearing extremely luxurious and mysterious.

Shen Mo held the evil flag in his hand, letting his mind immerse into the flag, and saw an unimaginably vast world of blood sea... The thick and sticky demonic primal intent was like seawater, filling all directions; the ordinary soul generals in the flag couldn’t survive in this environment, already merged by minor Heavenly Demon Soul Generals, leaving over a hundred million Demon Soul Generals of varying strength, suspended in the blood sea in the arrangement of the God Slaying Array.

"Clatter!"

Shen Mo urged the mana within his body, silently chanted the seal, then shook the Soul Refining Flag vigorously.

Instantly, amazing spiritual intelligence spread, as if unfolding a bloody world, the entire Torch Dragon Mountain Range was submerged in the blood sea, and the God Slaying Array constructed by over a hundred million Demon Soul Generals unfolded, wherever the blood sea reached, was covered by the array!

Shen Mo shook the blood flag again, the blood sea stirred up overwhelming waves, and the Demon Soul Generals shifted positions rapidly, changing formations, using Demonic Qi as fuel to drive the array’s killing power.

Rumble——

The array’s power exploded entirely, numerous profound and complex runes flashed and intertwined, the killing power surged to the extreme, manifesting many terrifying visions; endless thunder, evil weapons, fire, and ghosts filled the blood sea, rushing towards a small Immortal Mountain near Yinsu Mountain with Shen Mo’s mind, and in an instant, it was reduced to ashes!

"A solid hit on a True Immortal of the third realm’s Earth Immortal might end in death and obliteration." Shen Mo satisfactorily retracted the blood sea world, restoring clarity between heaven and earth, with only the small Immortal Mountain wiped out in its entirety nearby.

Now the soul general array’s power had grown considerably stronger than before, able to directly confront Earth Immortals.

However, Earth Immortals typically possess strong defense life-saving methods like magic treasure robe armor, magic skills, etc., unlikely to use their Dao Body to withstand the array’s killing force, even when caught in the blood sea domain, they can escape or accomplish a counterattack through other incredible means.

Therefore, no matter how strong the array’s power is, Shen Mo will not provoke an Earth Immortal easily.

The Soul Refining Flag and soul general array are like a sharp sword, easily piercing a strong man’s chest, but if the wielder is a three-year-old child, it’s almost impossible for the sword to harm the strong man, and the gap between Shen Mo and Earth Immortals is far greater than between a child and a strong man!

Regardless, the soul general array has overcome its biggest weakness, the speed of using this trump card is nearly comparable to ordinary spells.

As for other aspects, it remains unchanged, allowing him to summon individual Demon Soul Generals for his use.

However, if too many Sixth Rank Demon Soul Generals are summoned outside, the array core doesn’t meet levels like nine, eighteen, twenty-seven, etc.; the soul general array within the flag needs readjustment, or simply retract the outer Demon Soul Generals to form the array core!

Shen Mo flicked his robe sleeve, Fairyland sword light flashed, moving the Soul Refining Flag into the Sword Zone, then brought out the Demon-corrupted True Dragon captured by Jade Spring Fairy.

Taking advantage of the successful recasting of the Soul Refining Flag, he’s preparing to forge the Mountain-moving Whip in one go.

He had already collected the other 107 types of spiritual materials when returning to Five Dragon Mountain, only the True Dragon spine needs some handling, requiring a spell to refine its primal Essence and Qi into the bone.

Compared to normal True Dragons, the Demon-corrupted True Dragon’s primal Essence and Qi contain the primality of Heavenly Demon power; once transformed into the main material, it requires special treatment to remove its demonic nature;

Fortunately, Shen Mo has [Martial Performance] to assist, various magical skills and secret techniques are abundant, reaching out with five fingers, radiant spirit light shone from the fingertips like countless fine needles piercing into the Dragon Body...

The process of crafting the Mountain-moving Whip was ordinary, with Shen Mo’s forging skills, there were virtually no mishaps during the forging.

"Roar!"

Just as the Mountain-moving Whip birthed its Artifact Spirit, Shen Mo sensed a fierce aura spreading out.

Using Demon-corrupted True Dragon spine for forging inevitably affected the Artifact Spirit’s disposition, making it like a miniature Demonic Dragon, aggressive and unruly; however, Shen Mo was the creator of this magic artifact, thoroughly familiar with it, and his sense and mana were exceptionally robust, he subdued the whip’s Artifact Spirit’s ferocity in just a breath, dripping essence blood to refine it into his Lifebound Magical Artifact!

"Luck is pretty good, it’s a high-grade Spiritual Artifact."

Shen Mo infused mana into the Mountain-moving Whip, its body surged with spirit light and runes, waves of mighty aura rippling, vaguely visible was a fierce Demonic Dragon gnashing its teeth.

"Snap!"

Like thunder on flat ground, the distant Immortal Mountain hit by the whip shuddered, even the earth’s veins rumbled and moved, shifting like waves a thousand miles away.

"Barely usable!"

Shen Mo smiled as he put the Mountain-moving Whip into his Dantian, using [Sword Escape] to flee toward the northwest.

Jade Spring Fairy and other Earth Immortals were arranging killing formations in the northwest of Demon Zone, Shen Mo had crafted the Mountain-moving Whip, ready to use its power to help move the earth’s vein and Immortal Mountain;

If they successfully kill the Big Heavenly Demon "Chunyang Zi," quell the demon disaster, he would also gain a share of the merits!
