The Extra's Harem is Full of Losing Heroines
Chapter 23: Fifth Prince is a Supportive Junior Brother
In a rented warehouse on the edge of Gilishon City, a divine encounter was happening.
You could also call it an erotic encounter in a way.
Many men can be called lucky when they see free money on the floor. Other men can be called lucky when they wake up in a bed full of women. Even one naked woman would do.
For an otaku whose soul traveled into the face of the most handsome man in the kingdom, he can’t call any of that luck.
But maybe he can call his current situation that.
It’s an early morning and he’s laying on a bed full of magic tools. But that’s not all.
Two very soft pieces of meat were pressing softly against his thighs and he can’t stop looking up in surprise.
And why would he?
There’s a beautiful, naked dragon girl sitting on his crotch like it’s the most comfortable thing in the world. The gentleman in his pants was well-behaved for now, but being lodged between the soft walls of this dragon’s butt crack is not easy.
"Hello..." she said with a soft, mature voice.
She’s more perfect than the ones in manga. Long, curved black horns. Messy black hair. Slender waist and perfectly wide hips. Small, round breasts and a petite but sexy body he’s tempted to scoop into his arms.
"Hm?"
The dragon girl tilted her head.
"Something is poking me... down... there..."
She’s unfamiliar with this feeling but it felt like she was sitting on a long tube made of meat? Perhaps that’s it.
Adonis swallowed hard.
"That must be the runic calipers."
Truly, he was the only man that can wake up to a dragon girl on his crotch.
How did this happen?
It starts with a letter from a month ago.
A month earlier, in the Duchy of Soron.
Mariella turned side-to-side in her bed as her slender fingers enjoyable moved between her legs. A slight pinkness colored her cheeks as she muffled into her pillow.
Hearing footsteps outside her door, she bit the fabric tightly as her heart raced.
’Ah, doing this so early feels so good... that must be Geena coming to tell me there’s no letter from Adonis again.’
How perfect. She’s almost at her limit.
The door burst open. "Milady!" Geena shouted.
Mariella jerked upward, instantly pulling her hand away and wiping her fingers on the silk sheets.
"What’s wrong?!"
She gasped innocently, forcing her expression to look like the usual heartbroken girl Geena worried for.
She clutched her chest and sighed.
"I know, I know. You don’t have to tell me. Adonis didn’t send a letter today either, did he? Geena, please... I just need to be alone in my bed for a few minutes."
She was already secretly excited to return to what she was doing. But Geena shook her head vigorously, waving an envelope with a bright grin.
"He finally sent one, Milady! Look!"
Mariella’s brow twitched.
’He did?’ ಠ_ಠ
Suddenly, the overflowing water lily between her legs had now become a waterless cactus.
Still, she felt a strange oddness in her chest.
’He actually wrote me? Could he feel my intentions? Is he really that eager to see me? Gosh. I thought he’d never forgive me for breaking off our engagement for a moment of pleasure. I’m so disgusted with myself...’
A genuine look of sadness dulled Mariella’s eyes.
Spotting the expression, Geena rushed to her side, worried.
"Milady, are you alright?"
Mariella wiped away a small, stray tear and smiled faintly.
"Yes... fine."
...
A few days later, Mariella arrived in the Falsbane Kingdom.
To honor her arrival, Grand Chamberlain Hershant organized a big gala inside the royal castle. After all, Mariella was the fiancée of Third Prince Leander, the kingdom’s new golden boy.
King Aldrius sat high on his throne, glowing with pride.
Leander had awakened a legendary combat class, gotten the romantic interest from highborn ladies across both Soron and the Marsofian Union.
What other ways could his son make him prouder?
The King is beaming. Nothing can go wrong!
Lately, the entire realm could talk about nothing else.
The King had even heard from Old Hershant that Adonis, his disgraced former heir, had been walking around praising Leander to anyone who would listen.
"My big brother charmed Prussia of the Dunamis family!"
"My big brother will be the next king!"
"Come for the gala today, you’ll see how great he is!"
Classical music blessed the grand ballroom as Old Hershant stepped forward to greet the crowd of nobles.
"Announcing the arrival of Lady Mariella of Soron!"
As the doors opened, she received a standing ovation.
Unlike everyone else, Adonis was quietly seated in the corner doing nothing. He yawned slothfully.
"This should be good..."
Then there’s Queen Lucelia who didn’t feel comfortable in the slightest. Something felt terribly wrong.
She leaned toward her son and whispered harshly,
"How did we not know she was coming? When she was with Adonis, she always sent letters ahead of time to let him know when she was visiting! What changed?"
Leander shook his head.
"I don’t know. I wrote her quite some letters. She didn’t reply to any of them. And now she’s come here out of nowhere. I don’t have a good feeling about this."
Old Hershant looked at Queen Lucelia, hoping to see her approval of his hard work.
She just had a stern look on her face.
’Hm? Is... isn’t she impressed?’
The old man looked at Adonis in the corner.
Adonis shook his head like even he wasn’t impressed.
Then he pointed at Leander.
Hershant panicked.
’Oh, how foolish of me! I have to also present the Third Prince before the nobles so Queen Lucelia’s son doesn’t look inferior to Lady Mariella! How could I be so foolish!’
He grinned and flashed Adonis a thumbs up.
’Thank you, boy!’
Adonis flashed him one back with a grin.
"And now! Allow me to introduce a golden light, a future of our wonderful Falsbane Kingdom. He’s our pride and a user of a legendary combat class, Third Prince Leander!"
The nobles clapped enthusiastically as Leander stepped forward to greet his fiancée.
He looked calm and handsome on the outside.
But only on the outside.
’WHY IS HE INTRODUCING ME—?!’
If he wasn’t in the presence of so many nobles, he would’ve lost his head already.
Mariella blinked like a lost puppy.
’I only came here to see Adonis... why are they treating this like a major political event? What is going on?’
The Third Prince stopped before her, offering a warm smile and a gentle hand.
"It’s lovely to see you again, my love."
Mariella smiled awkwardly. "Uhh... yes..."
Just as her fingers brushed his hand, the double doors at the back of the ballroom slammed open once more.
Prussia stepped into the hall.
The moment Leander saw her, any bit of color he had left was gone from his face. She looked like a stunning swordsman of Falsbane... a short, layered skirt paired with light armor that accentuated every curve of her body.
He was so sure she put this on for him.
Perhaps, Prussia had a naughty side.
Leander’s grip loosened, and dropped Mariella’s hand.
"Huh?" Mariella blinked.
She quickly realized no one was looking at her anymore. Every eye in the room had shifted to the doorway. As one of the continent’s top maidens, the number of women prettier than Mariella could be counted on one hand.
Unfairly enough, Prussia was one of them.
Nobles didn’t waste a moment to gossip.
"Why is Lady Prussia back here?"
"Isn’t that trouble? I heard the Third Prince had a secret arrangement with her!"
"Nonsense, that’s just a rumor—"
"No, it’s true! Queen Lucelia and Adonis haven’t stopped bragging about it for days now!"
Now the hall was uncomfortably silent.
Even King Aldrius looked unnerved; to him, Prussia was just as intimidating as Darius. The King lowered his head and hoped Leander was smart enough to handle the situation. A member of royalty taking multiple wives was allowed, even if the Church disapproved, but public timing was everything.
Queen Lucelia was internally screaming.
’MADNESS! How did this happen?! They weren’t supposed to meet in public like this!’
If anyone could see her head loss, they’d call it explosive.
Before anyone could regain control of the room, a voice full of sunshine and roses screamed out.
"Kiss Lady Mariella already, brother! Kiss her! Kiss her!"
It was Adonis. He was yelling from the back row, cheering with so much brotherly support... the exact opposite of how he’d been boasting about Prussia being the best for Leander.
Anyone with half a brain could tell what he was doing.
The surrounding nobles glared at him in disgust.
"Look at him..."
"He’s a snake."
"Did you hear what he said last week?"
"This and that, so and so. BASTARD!"
Lucelia’s blood boiled as she gritted her teeth.
"He’s dead!"
Give her a sword then and she’d slash his pretty face.
Mariella’s legs felt cold and limbless. "Uhm..."
She could tell there was something big being kept from her.
She looked suspiciously at Leander.
"What’s going on here?"
Leander grabbed both of her hands urgently.
"Mariella, I can explain everything! Just trust me, plea—"
"Oh no, no, no, brother. Why explain later when you can jus clear the air now? Wouldn’t that be way more fun?"
Adonis supportively told his big brother.
"Silence, Adonis!" Lucelia had lost her patience.
From the side, Queen Minerva casually raised an brow.
"I’d like to hear him speak, Lucelia. Perhaps you should take your own advice and shut up for once."
Lucelia turned red with rage. "You bitch..."
Minerva smiled and looked away, unfazed.
Ignoring the killer glares of the nobles, Adonis casually strolled over to the center of the room with hands behind him. Mariella got a clear look of his face and her heart skipped a bit... even after all these years she wasn’t used to his looks. She opened her mouth to greet him, but Adonis walked straight past her without so much as a careless glance.
He stopped beside Prussia, slipped his arm smoothly around her waist, and pulled her tight against his side. Looking straight at the King across the grand hall, Adonis announced with a dazzling smile, words he’d been so eager to say.
"Everyone, I’d like to introduce my lovely assistant and very beautiful, very willing fiancée!"
Silence...
Then, the nobles burst out laughing.
"Has he completely lost his mind?"
"Is he so desperate to copy his brother that he’s making up stories? What a loser!"
"How pathetic... he still thinks he has a shot at the throne."
King Aldrius merely shook his head. Nothing useful ever came out of Adonis’s mouth.
It was a hilarious joke to everyone in the room... until Lady Prussia, gnashing her teeth to suppress her annoyance at his hand resting squarely on her butt, gracefully leaned her head against his shoulder.
She looked up at Adonis with a sweet, smile, placed a soft hand on his chest, and rubbed him slowly there.
"H-, He’s right..." Prussia said softly.
Words enough to make the entire ballroom scream.
"WHAAAAAAATTTT—?!"
Mariella snatched her hands away from Leander’s grip as her eyes scorched with pure rage.
"I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS!"
[Ding! Critical success detected!]

In this same ballroom, Adonis saved the first losing heroine and now he planned to save the second.
Falsbane’s golden-haired saint smiled at Mariella.
