Deed-178: Guardian deities

{ 3rd January 2016 A.Y. Yokai Realm inside Naimisha Kingdom's Palace }

[ Nearby the new guardian deities ]

[ Sampath with hope, trust and faith in his dad, prays to the new guardian deities ]

Sampath: Oh, Guardian deities! Please protect my brother!!!

Sampath: I request you to please protect my brother!!!

[ No response came from the new guardian deities ]

[ Sampath while crying, begs the new guardian deities to protect his brother, or at least talk to him and tell him about his dad, but the guardian deities didn't speak anything ]

[ While Sampath continued praying to the guardian deities, other princes and kings walked towards the guardian deities ]

[ On seeing them all coming towards him, Sampath felt embarrassed for standing there and talking with some stone sculptures, as everyone knows stones don't speak, and if someone asked him what he was doing there, then they would all laugh at him ]

[ Hence, out of embarrassment and anger, he left from there as he didn't get any response, just as Queen Hori said ]

[ Sampath returns to the palace with a dull look on his face, as he started assuming that he had been manipulated all his life until that day, and only Queen Hori was the one he could trust ]

[ Sampath with rage and anger, walks towards the treasure room ]

[ Guards outside the treasure room looked at Sampath approaching the treasure room and silently prostrated, letting Sampath enter if he wished to ]

[ On seeing the guards not stopping him, he started trusting Queen Hori more, as he was allowed to enter ]

[ Sampath with confidence, enters inside the treasure room after leaving his footwear outside the treasure room ]

[ The treasure room was as big as a stadium, full of gold blocks, gold ornaments, diamonds, diamond ornaments, 1000's of treasure chests, and 1000's of carts filled with golden treasure ]

[ None of that was able to steal Sampath's attention, as Sampath wasn't there to steal, but to know the truth ]

[ Sampath searched inside the treasure room for hours and later, at the very end of that room, he found the old guardian deities ]

[ On seeing those guardian deities, Sampath got a bit nervous and started doubting, what if these guardian deities also turned out to be normal stone sculptures!?! ]

[ With all these thoughts in his mind, he approached the guardian deities with anxiousness ]

[ Suddenly, a dominating, aura-filled tone ]

Guardian deities: What happened, my dear Sampath!?!

Guardian deities: Why are you here!?!

Guardian deities: Do you want something from us, my dear!?!

[ On hearing that voice suddenly, Sampath got shocked yet happy, as the guardian deities spoke to him first and called out his name ]

[ Guardian deities in a curious tone ]

Guardian deities: What is your wish, my dear!?! I will grant it!!!

[ Sampath starts trusting the guardian deities and Queen Hori, as the guardian deities asked what his wish was without him even asking them anything. It strengthened Sampath's trust in Queen Hori ]

[ Sampath with obedience and reverence, asks the guardian deities ]

Sampath: Oh great guardian deities! Please protect my brother Sri Hari!!! Please save him!!!

[ Guardian deities sarcastically laugh ]

Guardian deities: Well, your brother is on his way to the palace!

Guardian deities: We are your well-wishers, my dear! We have already erased your tension as soon as you entered inside to find us!!!

Guardian deities: How could we let your brother get hurt? We know how depressed you would have become if something were to happen to him!

Guardian deities: That's why we have protected your brother Sri Hari beforehand!!!

[ On listening to the guardian deities' words, Sampath with gratitude, prostrates, bows down and thanks them ]

[ Guardian deities while smiling ]

Guardian deities: Sampath, we have taken a liking to you!!!

Guardian deities: Ask us anything and we will grant it to you!!!

Guardian deities: Ask something for yourself, not for others!!!

[ Sampath with a bit of greed ]

Sampath: Oh great guardian deities! Would you make me stronger?

Sampath: Please make me stronger!!!

[ Guardian deities laugh out loud ]

Guardian deities: How innocent are you, my dear!?! Why didn't you ask to become the strongest in the realm!?!

[ Sampath with reverence replies ]

Sampath: My brother Gunaniddhi must be the one who has to be the strongest in the realm, I would never want to outrank him!!!

Sampath: That's why I wished you all to make me stronger, someone who is stronger and is only a step down from my brother Gunaniddhi!!!

[ Guardian deities got amazed by Sampath's reply, as princes think about killing their siblings to have the throne to themselves, but Sampath loves his siblings, which is a rare thing in the yokai realm ]

[ Guardian deities smile ]

Guardian deities: We grant you weapon mastery in dual-wield swords!!!

[ By hearing the words "weapon mastery," there were no limits to Sampath's happiness, as weapon mastery was never a joke ]

Guardian deities: You can change your swords' dimensions at will and even merge them to fight like a double-bladed sword!!!

Guardian deities: You can only change the dimensions when you aren't attacking someone, you can't change dimensions while attacking!!!

Guardian deities: Your swords can't generate aura! Do you want such a weapon!?!

[ On listening to those features, Sampath happily nodded his head to accept such a weapon ]

[ Guardian deities smile and tell Sampath to approach the treasure chest with a seal. At the bottom of that chest, he would find a weapon wrapped in a silk cloth ]

[ On the guardian deities' directions, Sampath goes, unseals the chest, unwraps the silk cloth, and hugs his new weapon ]

[ Guardian deities with a bit dull tone ]

Guardian deities: We could have given you an aura-generating weapon and a much better weapon, but as we aren't worshipped by anyone nowadays, we have lost most of our powers!!!

Guardian deities: We are ashamed to give you a half-perfect weapon!!!

[ Sampath without any change in his expression, replies with confidence ]

Sampath: I respect my weapon. Please don't insult it by saying what it isn't capable of! It is capable of lots of great things!!!

[ Guardian deities smile at Sampath's reaction and words, as he is so innocent and gets satisfied easily ]
