Tier 1 and Tier 2 Exotic Beast Corpses × 12

Among these, Ryan had already done his best to collect the Sterling Family Black-Clad Elite Guards’ spatial rings while dodging Owen’s relentless attacks.

However, the rocks he had smashed into his enemies with tremendous force had sent limbs and chunks of flesh flying everywhere, leaving several corpses badly mangled.

Two of the spatial rings had been flung somewhere during the chaos. After searching for quite some time without finding them, Ryan had no choice but to give up.

The battle weapons he had obtained all came from Owen and the Black-Clad Elite Guards. Although none were particularly remarkable, most were swords and sabers, which were among the most widely used weapons by Bloodline Fighters.

As for the exotic beasts, Ryan had roughly inspected his haul before returning to the city, collecting thirteen in total.

Ten were already dead, while the remaining three had been on the verge of death. One was the Black Flame Leopard, while the other two were Tier 1 exotic beasts.

However, after returning to his mansion and examining them with his Origin Energy, Ryan discovered that the two Tier 1 exotic beasts had already died.

They had succumbed to their injuries inside the beast pouch during the journey back.

In the end, only the Black Flame Leopard remained alive, bringing his total haul to twelve exotic beast corpses and one dying beast.

"I really didn’t expect those dying exotic beasts to die so quickly. I need to save the Black Flame Leopard as soon as possible, but before that, I’ll need a substantial amount of Origin Stones!"

Ryan’s expression darkened at the thought, and his hands began moving even faster.

If he wanted more Origin Stones, his only option for now was to search the spatial rings he had just acquired. There was no better alternative available.

He first gathered all the unopened spatial rings and used his Origin Energy to crush the remaining soul imprints one after another.

Once he had gained access to them, he quickly tallied the valuable items inside.

Origin Stones and Consumables:

Lower-Grade Origin Stones × 60,452

Tier 1 Top-Grade Origin Power Pills × 18

Tier 1 Medium-Grade Origin Power Pills × 37

Tier 1 Top-Grade Healing Pills × 3

Tier 1 Medium-Grade Injury Healing Pills × 12

Tier 2 Beast Core × 1

"Great! Owen’s spatial ring actually contains this many Origin Stones!"

Ryan’s eyes lit up, and delight spread across his face. However, beneath that excitement, he couldn’t help feeling a lingering sense of relief.

The Sterling Family Black-Clad Elite Guards’ spatial rings had contained very little wealth. Even after searching all ten, he had found fewer than five hundred lower-grade Origin Stones in total.

Fortunately, Owen was Gareth’s adopted son. As expected of someone with such a background, he had nearly sixty thousand lower-grade Origin Stones stored in his spatial ring.

Otherwise, Ryan would have been in a difficult position when it came time to perform Creation.

After all, the higher the tier of a treasure, the more energy was generally required to create it.

The Black Flame Leopard was a peak Tier 2 exotic beast with an exceptionally powerful bloodline. Although it was still breathing, its injuries were so severe that its life force was rapidly fading.

Saving such a beast would undoubtedly require far more than a few hundred Origin Stones.

Apart from the treasures inside, Owen’s spatial ring was valuable in its own right. With a storage capacity of one thousand cubic meters, it was an impressive spatial container.

Ryan now possessed two spatial rings with considerable storage capacities, allowing him to carry even more treasures in the future.

"Wait, besides having so much storage space, there’s actually a Tier 2 Beast Core inside?"

He took another look at the beast core before shrugging.

"What kind of exotic beast did this come from? Never mind. Tier 2 Beast Cores aren’t particularly valuable anyway. I’ll investigate it later."

With that, he stored the beast core in his own spatial ring.

He now had a substantial supply of Origin Stones, and his confidence finally returned.

Without wasting any more time, he smiled faintly and summoned the Boundless Creation Furnace from within his body.

WHOOSH!

The furnace materialized in the cultivation room.

Its bronze-colored surface gleamed brilliantly, reflecting the surrounding light. The moment it appeared, an ancient and imposing aura spread throughout the room.

"Mira, activate Advanced Creation. I want you to perform Creation on the exotic beast inside the beast pouch."

"Understood, Master."

...

After receiving Mira’s response, Ryan untied the beast pouch hanging from his waist and promptly tossed it into the Boundless Creation Furnace.

SWISH!

The gray mist inside the furnace suddenly swirled, forming a vortex that drew the beast pouch downward.

Like a mud ox disappearing into the sea, the pouch gradually shrank before vanishing into the mist.

A moment later, a familiar notification rang out.

Ding!

[Energy value not met.]

"Good! This means the Black Flame Leopard can still be saved. There shouldn’t be any major problems..."

Hearing the familiar notification, Ryan finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Without hesitation, he grabbed a handful of Origin Stones and tossed them into the furnace.

The Black Flame Leopard’s injuries were exceptionally severe. Moreover, the two Tier 1 exotic beasts had died inside the beast pouch during his journey back.

He had feared that even the Boundless Creation Furnace might declare the leopard beyond saving. If that happened, the loss would be devastating.

Thankfully, the familiar notification indicated that the Creation process could still proceed. At least for now, there was hope.

As soon as the Origin Stones entered the furnace, another notification rang out.

Ding!

[Energy value not met.]

Ryan immediately understood what he needed to do.

Since higher-tier treasures generally required more energy, he began feeding the furnace Origin Stones by the handful. Each handful contained anywhere from several dozen to a few hundred stones.

At first, he remained relatively calm as the familiar notifications continued to sound.

However, as the number of Origin Stones he consumed steadily increased, his expression grew darker.

"Mira, I’ve already put in fifty thousand lower-grade Origin Stones, and it’s still not enough?"

Ryan paused to massage his right arm, which had grown sore from repeatedly throwing Origin Stones into the furnace.

"How many more do I need? Surely this should be enough!"

He hadn’t intended to complain, but he had already been working as quickly as possible.

He had thrown dozens, sometimes hundreds, of Origin Stones into the furnace in a single batch, repeating the process hundreds of times.

Even with his formidable physique, his right arm had become sore and numb.

Yet the furnace continued demanding more energy.

What made matters worse was that the Black Flame Leopard was on the verge of death. Every moment he spent feeding Origin Stones into the furnace was another moment the beast might not survive.

Continuing like this was simply too inefficient.

[Host,]

[To save you time in the future, I can calculate the total amount of Origin Stones required to compensate for an energy deficit.]

[When using Origin Stones as an energy source, I can provide the exact amount needed in advance, allowing you to supply everything at once.]

[If you encounter any problems in the future, please inform me directly.]

[Any aspect of the process that can be improved will be optimized as much as possible.]

"Now that’s more like it!"

Ryan’s eyes brightened at the new notification.

If the furnace had offered this option earlier, he could have saved himself a considerable amount of time and effort.

He hadn’t expected the Boundless Creation Furnace’s intelligence to improve after its advancement to the Bronze Tier. Its notifications had become noticeably more sophisticated, and it even seemed capable of adjusting its functions to make the Creation process more convenient.

Just as Ryan was appreciating this improvement, the Boundless Creation Furnace suddenly lit up.

Another notification immediately followed.

Ding!

[Energy value not met.]

[Please continue to input, Host.]

[Current energy deficit: 7,859 lower-grade Origin Stones.]

"Another 7,859? This is getting ridiculously expensive! At this rate, the Origin Stones I just acquired will be gone before I know it..."

Ryan frowned and sighed.

Nevertheless, he quickly counted out the required amount from his spatial ring and poured all 7,859 lower-grade Origin Stones into the furnace at once.

He had never imagined that performing Advanced Creation on a Black Flame Leopard would consume so many Origin Stones.

After paying the additional cost, he had only 2,751 lower-grade Origin Stones left from his newly acquired wealth and previous reserves.

His savings were disappearing almost as quickly as they had arrived.

Money comes in fast, and it goes out even faster...

Ryan couldn’t help sighing inwardly.

Fortunately, the next notification was finally the one he had been waiting for.

Ding!

[Energy value met!]

[Advanced Creation: Turning waste into treasure. Generating randomly...]

[Output probability: Exotic Beast Type — 99%; Mutated Unknown Type — 1%.]

"I wonder what I’ll get this time..."

Ryan stared intently at the Boundless Creation Furnace, unwilling to miss even the slightest change.

No matter how many times he used it, the furnace’s probability-based Creation process never failed to excite him.

There was always the possibility of an unexpected result, and that uncertainty kept him on edge.

Even though he had already witnessed its miraculous capabilities firsthand, the anticipation remained just as intense.

As he watched the swirling gray mist inside the furnace, Ryan found himself holding his breath.

After all, the difference between an ordinary result and an extraordinary one could be enormous.

And this time, with so many Origin Stones invested in the process, he was more eager than ever to see what the furnace would produce.
