Chapter 1000 - 1000: Throwing Everything In Disarray [Part 1]

“What’s that?” Prince Zepharion asked with a grim expression. “I’ve never seen any monster like those in my life. Are they Jinns from Gomorra? Do any of you recognize them?”

The leaders of the different factions shook their heads. Just like Prince Zepharion, this was their first time seeing those alien-like monsters in their life.

“Could they be monsters that the humans have produced?” General Varrak of the Skavari said. “They might be one of their secret weapons in this war.”

Prince Zorren, who had more information about the Azothralls, frowned, not knowing if he should speak up or not.

‘I would have to send this information back to Master,’ Kessari thought. ‘I’ll move according to his instructions.’

“Zion Leventis had commanded Jinns to fight against us,” Prince Marten commented. “So it might not be impossible that this is also one of his trump cards.”

The sound of screams and static from the projection finally stopped because one of the alien-like monsters stepped on the communicator and crushed it.

Even the Jinn Factions, who initially felt extra smug after conquering a fortress city on their own, had ordered their armies to move in haste and group up with the nearest Jinn Army to ensure their safety.

After witnessing the earlier gruesome scene, the other factions were more than happy to accept anyone as they, too, felt a little fearful after seeing what had just transpired earlier.

“I think we should change our strategy for now,” Prince Zepharion commented. “It will be best if we form three main groups. That will make it easier for us to conquer the other cities, as well as guard against those monsters.”

The Prince of the Garuda Empire did his best to remain calm, but he failed to completely mask the worry in his voice.

He had already been defeated by Zion in battle, and to make matters worse, there was a new threat that was currently lurking somewhere at their rear.

Although some of the leaders could sense the anxiety in the Prince’s voice, none of them chided or ridiculed him.

They were also feeling a little restless after seeing such a scene. Given the power they had shown earlier, those Monsters certainly wouldn’t be easy to defeat.

“If they are really monsters working for the humans, then we cannot treat them lightly,” Prince Valen stated. “For now, we will form three Factions. One of them will be our Faction, the second group will be with Prince Zepharion. As for the last group, all of you can discuss who will become their temporary leader.”

“We should also keep all lines of communication open,” General Varrak commented. “At the first sign of those monsters, make sure to inform everyone so we can take appropriate measures to help you if we are close to your location.”

Everyone agreed with the general’s proposal.

For now, they ceased all activities of advancing toward the second line of defense of the Wanderers and prioritized regrouping with each other.

The humans had already managed to catch them by surprise, and they would not let it happen again.

Several hours later, the sun finally rose on the horizon, heralding a brand new day.

Thirteen opened his eyes and found himself wrapped in the loving embrace of his two lovers.

Erica and Sherry had stayed with him all throughout the night, making sure that he had a proper rest.

There were times when Zion would suffer from a bad dream when he slept alone, so they made sure that at least one of them would always be available to hold him whenever he slept.

Feeling the softness and warmth of Erica’s and Sherry’s bodies, Thirteen decided to stay where he was and enjoyed the peace he was feeling at the moment.

He knew that the moment he got off the bed, he would once again have to face a new day of battles against the Jinns and help humanity defend the Cygni Continent.

His plan was simple.

Since Renz was in charge of defense, he and his team would conduct guerrilla tactics and attack the Jinns from the rear, disrupting their battle formations.

Since his grandfather had still not arrived in the Aldebaran Continent, Nautilus was still on standby.

There was also an extremely small possibility that Aaron and Norman would get lucky and escape Erasmus’ grasp. And honestly, Thirteen would really like such a thing to happen.

With Athena and Nautilus paying close attention to the Aldebaran Continent, they would be able to act and neutralize the two Monarchs.

Since he didn’t want to do anything at the moment, he decided to focus on what was in front of him.

The teenage boy moved to kiss Erica’s soft hills that were pressing against his face. However, a few seconds later, Athena made a report that made him stop whatever he was doing.

‘Azothralls have been sighted in the Cygni Continent.’

As soon as Thirteen heard this news, he immediately pressed Athena for more answers.

Since he could directly connect to her, he was able to see the recorded images that happened while he was sleeping.

‘There’s no doubt they are indeed Azothralls,’ Thirteen thought. ‘And judging by their energy readings, those black ones are all peak Rank 8 Monsters. As for that golden Azothrall, peak Rank 9 Sovereign.’

The teenage boy could still remember his desperate fight against one of them. And seeing twenty-one of them, including the golden Azothrall, he knew this was bad news.

As he digested the information he had received from Athena, he felt a slight tingling on his fingers.

He was very familiar with this situation, which meant that someone was calling out to him from within the Domain of the Apocalypse.

Not wanting to waste any more time, Thirteen teleported to his domain and saw Princess Aracelle and Prince Zorren waiting for him there.

The moment Princess Aracelle saw Thirteen, who was practically naked, a blush appeared on her beautiful face.

However, when she saw the kiss marks on his neck, chest, and thigh, the princess pouted, making Kessari smile wryly.

He knew that Princess Aracelle was now one of his Master’s women, so he could understand that she felt a little down because she couldn’t always be by his Master’s side.

Especially at this time, when the continent was filled with many variables that could throw the entire war into disarray.
