Chapter 1526: Suspicion

Anna used her fastest speed to head to the Beast Kingdom. Obviously, she had to sneak inside because not many people knew about her. Their biggest connection was with the elders.

Fortunately, she had already known the way, so she headed straight to their capital city, where the elder council was hidden.

The moment she reached the council, she was surprised to find Old Ru already waiting for her.

"Mhmmm? Old Ru?" Anna raised her eyebrows. Old Ru was truly standing in front of the council's building.

"You have finally arrived." Old Ru smiled.

"Have you been waiting for me?"

"I have foreseen your arrival." Old Ru nodded, telling her he had already known everything. "Come inside. Someone would like to meet you."

"..." Anna paused for a moment before following Old Ru.

The person who had been waiting for him was none other than the ruler of the Beast Kingdom, the lion king.

Even though he didn't have the greatest strength, royal blood flowed in him.

"Your Majesty." Anna nodded politely as a greeting.

"Miss Anna. Welcome to the Beast Kingdom. It's unfortunate that I can't give you a grand welcome."

"Not at all." Anna shook her head.

"I'm aware of what you're doing right now. So, I will skip the pleasantries. Right now, everyone is in danger."

"Danger? What do you mean?"

Old Ru stepped forward, explaining everything. "Several months ago, there was a movement from further north. We have been trying to figure out the situation over there, but it always comes back with nothing.

"We don't know what's going on, so the elders are currently investigating the north.

"One of the seven elders, Gluttony, has passed away."

Alexander Ardagan had to face two demon kings: the Land Demon King and the Sky Demon King.
