"Drink more, finish this whole bowl of soup."

Yan Xue added another sentence.

Song Yinyin felt rather helpless, but fortunately, the soup was quite tasty, so she drank it all.

Lu Jihan’s eyes were fixed on Song Yinyin, never leaving her. He was only satisfied when he saw her finish the bowl of pigeon soup, nodding in approval.

After lunch, back in her bedroom, Song Yinyin finally pulled Lu Jihan aside and said:

"Jinhan, don’t you think my sister-in-law is too anxious about me? First, making soup, then accompanying me for a walk... I feel so pressured."

"You feel pressured?" Lu Jihan asked softly.

"Yes." Song Yinyin nodded.

She thought for a moment, then cautiously suggested, "Why don’t you talk to my sister-in-law? If I get too pressured, doesn’t it affect my health, like they say pregnant women shouldn’t stress too much, I..."

She was lost in thought, biting her lips, her small hands tightly clutching, looking very troubled.

Lu Jihan could also see that she was genuinely feeling pressured, so he nodded, "Alright, I’ll talk to her."

Then, he gently held Song Yinyin’s waist, "You should relax too. Actually, my sister-in-law doesn’t mean any harm, that’s just her way of showing concern, so don’t feel too pressured, okay?"

"Okay."

Song Yinyin nodded and breathed a sigh of relief.

......

Curtis Art College.

Wen Duoduo, after work, didn’t go straight back to her apartment as usual, but headed to the commercial street near the art college.

Going home alone is boring, so why not steal a half-day’s leisure, go out for a stroll, and have dinner before returning to the apartment.

She turned onto Green Avenue, browsing one small shop after another.

She was just idly wandering without the intention of buying anything, but unexpectedly, an eye-catching pair of creative couple spice jars caught her attention.

"Boss, how much is this?" she asked.

"A hundred and eight."

She clicked her tongue in surprise; she didn’t expect such a small creative couple spice jar would cost a hundred and eight yuan.

She couldn’t bear to spend that, so she shook her head and decided not to buy it.

Then, she continued walking south along that road, passing through the commercial street, until she reached the riverside food street.

She wondered if it was just her imagination, but she felt like there was a tail following her.

However, every time she turned around, she saw no sign of anyone stalking her.

She suddenly remembered a recent news report on the city’s TV station about a perverted stalker harassing several young women in the city...

Uh, could it be that she had encountered that perverted stalker?

Thinking about it made Wen Duoduo’s skin crawl.

But then again, that perverted stalker wouldn’t be so bold as to cause trouble in such a crowded area, right?

She must have been overthinking it.

She thought this way, turned around for one more look, found nothing, and let her guard down.

She walked through the food street and passed by a small theater, where a play called "Secret Love for the Peach Blossom Spring" was being performed.

She suddenly became interested.

So she bought a ticket for a central seat and sat down to watch the play.

Not many people in the Imperial City are fond of theater, so few tickets were sold.

Additionally, this small theater was not well-known, the actors were just debuting, and the plot was a bit thin, making Wen Duoduo lose interest as she watched.

In the darkness, people were coming and going, and the rustling of movement never stopped.

Suddenly, someone sat down next to her on the left.

Out of instinct, she looked up and was stunned.
