Sugar Daddy System: Starting With The Goddess Next Door
Chapter 90: Like An Erotic Novel
The following day was Saturday.
After finishing breakfast, Kitahara Chiki went out together with the Hayami mother and daughter.
Aya-chan hadn’t been over to see that single-family house yet, so he was going to take her to check it out.
The car was parked downstairs at the apartment building, and the family of three got inside. Hayami Rina skillfully took the driver’s seat, while Kitahara held Aya, sitting in the spacious back seat.
Today, Aya-chan was exceptionally happy, wriggling around in Kitahara’s arms like a little rabbit, her mouth chirping away non-stop:
“Kitahara-oniisan, is the new house pretty? Where is it, is it far? I’m so looking forward to seeing it so, so much!”
“It’s not far—it only takes a few minutes with Mommy driving. As for whether it’s pretty, once we get there in a bit, won’t you know by seeing it with your own eyes?”
Holding the soft, tender Aya, Kitahara said with a smile.
In truth, regarding the matter of heading over to the new house, it was only during breakfast earlier that Kitahara Chiki and Hayami Rina discussed and decided on it together.
Aya-chan was present at the time, and upon hearing about it, she immediately showed great interest, eagerly hoping to see the new house sooner.
After all, children always possessed a strong curiosity about fresh new things.
“Alright then, I’ll just wait a little bit! Kitahara-oniisan is so good to me; ever since having you, I feel so happy every day!
Every day there’s tasty food, new clothes, and a big car! Soon we’ll even have a big house to live in! I like Kitahara-oniisan so much, I want to be with Kitahara-oniisan forever!”
“Alright! I like Aya-chan too, so we’ll be together forever, never to part…”
…
Before long, the car came to a stop in front of the single-family house. Aya-chan pushed the car door open impatiently, running off the car ahead of everyone.
Her face was full of excitement, her footsteps light as she approached the wooden fence. Grasping the railings with both hands, she stared curiously and excitedly at this big house with a yard right before her eyes.
This house is so big!
So pretty!
At the thought of being able to live here in the future, her mood inexplicably turned joyful.
Only… why did this place seem a bit familiar?
Just like she had seen it somewhere before?
Especially after her mother unlocked the yard gate and she followed her into the house, seeing the furnishings inside, Aya-chan grew confused, her brows knitting tight.
“Mommy, have I been here before? Why is this place so familiar?”
She spoke up, asking her mother.
Hearing her daughter’s words, Hayami Rina’s body trembled slightly, tears welling up in her eyes.
Trying her best to control her emotions so tears wouldn’t fall:
“Familiar? How could it be familiar? Could it be something Aya saw in a dream? That you came here in a dream?”
Clearly, this was a lie Hayami Rina had made up on the spot.
What Aya-chan said was actually the truth.
She had indeed been here before, and more than just once or twice.
Back when Hayami Rina and Aya’s father were building this place together, they had brought Aya along here quite often when she was still a toddler.
Although Aya-chan was young back then, perhaps because she had visited too many times, some memories had already been stamped deep into her soul.
As a result, even now, relying on those vague yet precious memory fragments, she was still able to feel the familiarity here.
Thinking up to this point, Hayami Rina’s mood turned a bit heavy. Hiding it from Aya with a lie was because she didn’t want her daughter to recall those past events ever again.
After all, those past matters were far too heavy and painful. Mentioning them again would likely inflict trauma on her young heart.
Just let all those past things blow away with the wind. In the future, we mother and daughter will welcome a brand-new life together with Kitahara-kun…
Hayami Rina silently murmured in her heart.
Just then, a warm, broad hand clasped her hand. That palm was so warm, giving her strength and dispersing the gloom in her mood.
Turning to look, it was Kitahara wearing a tender smile.
At this moment, Hayami Rina felt an incomparable sense of peace and reassurance.
“Aya-chan, did you really dream about this? Hurry upstairs to take a look; there’s a room belonging to you up on the second floor! I heard Mommy has already decorated it for you—inside there’s an exquisite little bed and lots of cute plush toys. Maybe it’s exact same as what you saw in your dream!”
Holding Hayami Rina’s hand, Kitahara spoke to Aya.
Hearing this, Aya immediately forgot what had just happened. Seeing her mother nod to her as well, she cheerfully ran toward the second floor.
Hayami Rina also allowed Kitahara-kun to hold her hand as they walked toward the stairs.
“Kitahara-kun, I’m sorry. I didn’t expect Aya-chan would still remember all this; I thought she wouldn’t remember.”
Hayami Rina spoke apologetically to Kitahara.
“What’s the big deal? It’s fine even if she remembers. She’s still young and will slowly forget about it over time. Rina-nee doesn’t need to apologize; as you know, I don’t care about these things,” Kitahara said nonchalantly.
“Mm, I just feel like this is somewhat unfair to Kitahara-kun. Aya and I have received too much of your kindness. For us to be together makes you suffer too much of a loss…”
“How can you talk about a loss? I like Rina-nee, and I like Aya-chan too. I’m willing to do anything for you two…”
“No, Kitahara-kun, listen to me. I’m preparing to have my younger sister come over earlier to live together with us!”
“Sugoi, that works! Rina-nee’s idea is great, I completely agree! I remember your younger sister is named Rena-chan, right? Rena-chan has an unfortunate life, so coming to live with us to get a change of scenery is really good. Getting a divorce is a big matter that can’t be resolved overnight, so coming to stay here first is great—it’ll be lively with everyone together!”
Kitahara was extremely pleased; he loved liveliness.
Yet he saw Hayami Rina shake her head:
“It’s not purely for that reason! Kitahara-kun, to be honest, over these past few days I’ve been feeling increasingly exhausted. I feel that relying on my own ability alone is truly limited, so I want my younger sister to… come help me. Kitahara-kun, you understand what I mean, right? Do you agree?”
“…”
Kitahara was dumbfounded.
Holy fuck, isn’t this literally a plot straight out of an erotic novel?
Did a fantasy actually come true in reality?
Isn’t this absurdly ridiculous?
“Uhh… Rina-nee, how could you have such an idea? To tell you the truth, you know my personality too—I’m relatively introverted and never thought I’d ever face this kind of situation. I’m afraid I might be… too shy to let loose!”
“Naturally, it’s because I want to repay Kitahara-kun’s kindness! Of course, there are other considerations as well, including those things you mentioned earlier, as well as my sister’s happiness and the like.
Kitahara-kun, I know you are an upright person, with a kind and traditional nature. But please trust me, I will definitely handle this matter properly, allowing it to proceed smoothly without causing extra trouble.”
Hayami Rina persuaded earnestly.
In her view, bringing this up now was indeed a bit sudden, and Kitahara-kun’s reaction was completely normal.
She had been a little overly hasty.
She should have had her younger sister come over first, let the two spend some time together, create some opportunities, and let a mutual affection develop before talking about it.
However, she didn’t know how long she’d have to wait that way; she couldn’t afford to wait any longer and wanted to bring this about sooner.
After all, this matter was good for everyone.
Kitahara Chiki pondered for a moment upon hearing this, before finally agreeing reluctantly:
“Alright then, Rina-nee, I’ll give it a try!”
