However, the Disaster Core formed from the integrated source of power can just offset these losses.

Compared to external gains, this Disaster Core from Chen Ming’s power source is clearly more important.

The overall harvest is probably just these.

Although there are not larger scales, such as star systems or planets, that can directly belong to his gains.

But the things Chen Ming has obtained already paved the way for his future development.

Chen Ming took one last look at his gains and confirmed the direction of his next step.

He was ready to reshape his body.

The pure conscious form is convenient, but he is more accustomed to activities with a body.

With this thought, Chen Ming’s consciousness immediately came to the Insect Queen’s side.

After all, the Insect Queen’s location was very close to Chen Ming, on a planet in the star system where the temporary expansion was taking place.

He didn’t need to control any Insect Race units to meet with the Insect Queen; he could come over with just a slight move.

Creating a new body isn’t too troublesome; after all, the Insect Queen has made so many prosthetics, it had already memorized Chen Ming’s genetic sequence.

But that alone is not enough.

Chen Ming’s idea was to build a basic body based on human genes and allow the Insect Queen to enhance it with some components that are more suitable for a human body.

He still wanted to be human, not an insect.

All the organs are based on his own genes and achieve certain special effects by imitating the functions of Insect Race organs.

Additionally, Chen Ming prepared some nanorobots for himself.

Like imitating Mechanical Race units, relying on nanorobots to repair and maintain himself.

This can also improve his physical fitness to some extent.

This was a technology Chen Ming mastered as he acquired more robots, using it on himself as an experiment before deploying it on other units.

The toxic substances expelled by the nanorobots can be processed uniformly using Insect Race organs to render them harmless.

Not reaching the physical strength level of An Wuping, but at least ensuring his body isn’t easily destroyed by any weapon.

Though he was not afraid of his body being destroyed, if it happens too easily and carelessly, rebuilding a body can be quite troublesome.

He prepared his body over ten minutes.

Chen Ming also planned to start implementing his idea of creating new main ships using the corpse of the Phase Giant Beast Clan Leader from today.

But before beginning such long-term and large-scale work.

Chen Ming recalled one last unfinished matter.

The relic.

It was due to the relic that Chen Ming had a full-scale conflict with the Mechanical Race, resulting in him having to obliterate the main forces of the Mechanical Race.

Afterwards, the Mechanical Race did not have the capability to explore the relic further, nor would Chen Ming do so amidst a dominant position in direct warfare.

Thus, the relic remains preserved till today.

He decided to check it out, making sure not to forget this place.

Chen Ming immediately dispatched several cruisers newly produced by the Insect Queen, jumping to the star system previously marked by the Mechanical Race.

This was a location that the Mechanical Race marked first and did not develop promptly.

However, during Chen Ming’s initial investigation, no threats were found.

Even now, arriving with cruisers, no issues were detected in the star system.

Of course, this didn’t affect Chen Ming’s investigation into the Shimmering Civilization relic.

He didn’t even need to land the cruisers that came over.

He directly had the cruisers drop some materials controlled by his Spiritual Energy downwards.

Those materials delved underground, confirming the location of the relic according to the data gathered by the Mechanical Race.

Then Chen Ming discovered that this Shimmering Civilization relic was a very modern laboratory.

Thus, there wasn’t much to say.

He transported the Dusk Core, bringing the relic under his control.

Chen Ming first examined the relic, namely, the Shimmering Civilization laboratory’s defense facilities.

Which comprised some independent robotic guards, not connected to the Mechanical Race’s hive network, and locked in their logic running procedures, unalterable.

They are solely tasked with guarding the interior of the laboratory.

Yet, they seemingly protected nothing. The laboratory is in disarray, with traces of Thorn Insect Race activities everywhere.

Uncertain if they followed the pollution of the Mechanical Race.

Anyway, Chen Ming didn’t see any corpses of the Shimmering Civilization primary species.

Those invading Insect Race are likely eradicated, and their corpses outside turned to mud over the years, leaving no traceable clues.

In short, there were no survivors in the laboratory.

But there was something odd about the laboratory for Chen Ming.

Aside from the robotic guards, there were some independent nanorobots not installed on the Mechanical Race.

The program of these nanorobots is not just to protect the laboratory; it consists of an independent command.

Destroy the Mechanical Race.

Chen Ming didn’t understand why, unsure if the program of these nanorobots malfunctioned after countless years or due to other reasons.
