Chapter 1071 - 1072 - Triangular building
Chapter 1071: Chapter 1072 – Triangular building
All the Saints and Sam were deep inside the danger zone. Some time ago, they had received a call from Gloria: she, Fiona, and others had discovered something unusual there.
When Sam arrived, he too was surprised by what he saw. In the middle of the area, there was a triangular-shaped building—unlike anything he’d seen before.
Although it was nighttime, the structure glowed brightly like the sun. Oddly, if someone moved 500 meters away, the shining building seemed to disappear from sight.
The structure wasn’t very large, but Sam felt certain it was connected to the monsters inhabiting the danger zone.
He was determined to uncover the truth. First, he instructed Gloria and the others to step back from the building.
Using his inspection skill, he examined the triangular structure. As he suspected, the material used in its construction was unlike anything from Eden Blue.
It was his first time seeing this material: star coal. The inspection skill even identified the building’s name—The Monster Altar. As expected, it was closely connected to the monsters.
’Is this where monsters are created?’ Sam wondered, uncertain but deeply curious.
At the moment, the building shone with a golden light, but he knew that wasn’t the true color of star coal.
Another mystery was the absence of any obvious entrance. Sam found himself increasingly intrigued about what lay inside.
“Don’t attack the building. We have no idea what’s inside. Before acting rashly, we need to observe it closely.
There could be dangerous mechanisms within that trigger if we attack.
I don’t want to bring disaster to our planet,” he cautioned.
Saint Veena and the others agreed. No one knew what the structure contained, and without a clear entrance, forcing entry could be disastrous.
“Everyone must remain extremely vigilant. If possible, dispatch more warriors to the border cities—there’s a chance the monsters could suddenly assault the safe zone if anything happens with this building.
We just have no idea what might trigger it.”
Sam refocused entirely on the triangular structure. Gloria, Fiona, Hina, and the rest kept their distance.
As expected, the moment they moved 500 meters away, the golden light disappeared completely from their view. This continued to astound them.
’I just hope my son didn’t place himself in danger,’ Hina worried as she watched Sam observe the strange building.

“Quickly! Send more warriors into the dungeons. Under no circumstances can monsters be allowed to escape!” a command echoed.
It had been two hours since the discovery of the triangular building, and so far, no one had touched or attacked it.
Saint John and the others kept their distance, allowing only Sam to continue his investigation.
Suddenly, a report came in that something strange was occurring inside the safe zone—monsters in the dungeons were behaving erratically.
It seemed as if they had become more savage, even attempting to break through the dungeon walls.
The Warrior Association was doing everything possible to stop the monsters from escaping.
The situation became so dire that warriors had to return to the safe zone to reinforce the dungeons.
Even S-grade and SS-grade dungeons were affected. Saint Veena, Saint Markus, and others went immediately to deal with the threat inside the safe zone.
Only Sam and Saint John stayed by the triangular building.
Although they had previously killed almost every monster in the danger zone, new—and stronger—monsters kept appearing.
Gloria and the others were busy holding them off. Luckily, there were no SS-grade monsters among them.
Clearly, everything was connected to the mysterious building, and Sam was determined to uncover its secrets.
“Sam, we really need to learn the truth about this building. Everything seems linked, and there may be great danger inside,” Saint John said.
“Don’t worry, I’ve found a way in,” Sam replied, “but you won’t be able to use the same method.
So, while I’m inside, you need to guard the perimeter.”
Saint John grew serious. Even for Sam, this was risky. No one knew what danger awaited within, and Sam’s life could be at stake.
“Don’t worry; I won’t put myself in unnecessary danger,” Sam reassured him, sensing his concern.
After some time, Sam approached the building and began channeling spiritual energy into it. As expected, he immediately felt a powerful suction around the building.
Fortunately, Sam didn’t feel weak and kept channeling his energy. Eventually, the building ceased its absorption.
Suddenly, the structure began to shake, and soon an entrance materialized.
Without hesitation, Sam entered, while Saint John watched anxiously from a distance—knowing he could do nothing but pray for Sam’s safety.

“This is unbelievable. How could a part of Terraria appear in this building? And why is there a teleportation platform? Could it connect to Terraria as well?”
Upon entering, Sam was stunned. The interior resembled the danger zone of Terraria. The air, the spiritual energy—everything felt the same.
At the center, he saw a massive teleportation platform, surrounded by four tall pillars, each topped with a glowing green orb.
It was nothing like the teleportation platforms in other dungeons.
All of those were connected to Terraria. Could this one be similar?
Sam pondered these questions as he surveyed the chamber.
Soon, he noticed a barrier not far from the platform. When he tried to touch it, a force repelled his hand.
But the repulsion was not strong enough to push him back—he simply touched the barrier.
’It seems to be a ten-layer spiritual barrier. The question is, can I break it? And if I do, what will happen?’
As Sam contemplated this, something extraordinary caught his eye.
He saw a group of people nearby—not from Eden Blue or any planet he recognized.
They were Oni humans from Terraria.
How was this possible?
For a moment, Sam was speechless. This was clear evidence that he was inside Terraria, even without using the teleportation platform.
The Oni humans didn’t notice his presence, likely due to the barrier. Even if he called out, it was unlikely they could hear him.
What should he do? Should he use the teleportation platform, or try to break the barrier?
After a moment’s thought, Sam decided to test if he could break through.
Without hesitation, he unleashed his bloodline technique and fist techniques.
“Boom!!!”
A powerful shockwave rattled the area, and although Sam used only 30% of his strength, the effect was formidable.
Surprisingly, the barrier remained mostly intact. He realized he had only broken through a single layer out of ten.
This made Sam happy, and he decided to use more power behind his attacks. He continued striking the barrier, breaking through each layer one by one.
However, he noticed that with each additional barrier destroyed, he needed to use even more power to shatter the next.
Five hours later,
Sam had already destroyed six barriers and was now using 60% of his full strength. If you’re wondering why he wasn’t using all his power, it was because doing so could be risky and might harm him.
Once again, Sam shattered another layer of the barrier, then immediately put some distance between himself and it. Another powerful shockwave rippled through the area, and the repulsion force increased the shockwave’s impact.
Not only did the repulsion force grow, but it also seemed as if another mysterious force was trying to resist Sam’s efforts to break the barrier.
Unfortunately for the barrier, that force was still not strong enough to stop him. Instead, its resistance seemed to motivate Sam even more to completely break through.
Meanwhile, Sam was unaware that outside the triangular building, the situation was becoming much more dangerous.
Suddenly, more monsters began appearing in the danger zones, and even the number of monsters inside the dungeons increased.
The sudden surge of monsters left everyone fearful and anxious.
Fortunately, the Saints were present to absorb much of the pressure from the attacks, enabling the rest of the warriors to focus on defending against the danger.
All ordinary people and weaker warriors were teleported to strongholds, keeping them safe from harm.
Many people didn’t understand what was happening, but the escalating crisis made them deeply worried. Everyone prayed for things to return to normal.
At least, with the Saints’ assurance, people refrained from doing anything reckless that could put them in further danger. Though they were afraid, they still put their trust in the Saints and the Miracle Maker.
Thankfully, enough warriors had been stationed around the border cities to handle the monsters attempting to breach those areas.
Saint John and the others were also fending off monsters—both in the open and within the dungeons.
All the Saints realized that everything started the moment Sam entered the triangular building. They could only hope he would quickly solve the problem so that there would be no casualties.
At the same time, they were all worried about Sam and desperately hoped that nothing would happen to him.
Sam is not aware what is happening outside the triangular building. But he has predicted that definitely something happened to Eden blue.
The four pillars around the teleportation platform begin to glow more brightly. He did not know what this meant but this is not a good thing for Eden blue.
