Slowly Falling into His Love Trap

Chapter 660: Dreaming of Jumping Him, In and Out of Dreams

Returning to the villa, Caden Lockwood headed straight to the bedroom. As soon as he placed Evelyn Morgan on the bed, she opened her eyes.

She looked around, feeling a bit disappointed not to see the beautiful scenery she had dreamt of.

"It feels like being relegated from paradise to the human world," she mumbled with a smile, "Ah...I’m hungry."

Seeing Evelyn so dazed, Caden couldn’t help but laugh.

He reached out to tidy her tousled hair, his palm resting on her cheek as his fingers brushed her forehead. His lips parted slightly, and his voice overflowed with tenderness and affection: "I’ve prepared the meal for you. Shall we eat now?"

Evelyn nodded, sitting up, naturally leaning into Caden’s embrace again.

"Can we eat in the bedroom?" Evelyn lazily asked, "I don’t want to go downstairs. I’m so tired."

The smile on Caden’s lips deepened, and the tenderness between his brows spread around, infecting the air with sweetness.

Today, she unconsciously kept getting close to him. In that valley where there were only the two of them, he was almost her entire world.

"Alright." Caden responded, "I’ll bring the meal up."

Evelyn smiled happily. Seeing Caden close the door and leave, she finally covered her relentlessly beating heart, her cheeks as red as apples.

She had just had a dream. In the dream, she and Caden were doing something quite embarrassing.

And in the dream, she was outrageously proactive.

Evelyn quickly covered her face, feeling that she was completely a pervert now.

Why did she think of tackling Caden both in dreams and reality?

Caden returned quickly, and when he entered the bedroom, he saw Evelyn using her hair to cover her face, looking down guiltily as if she had done something wrong.

He didn’t ask much, and together they finished their dinner. Watching her eat to her heart’s content, he felt especially satisfied.

The night was very quiet.

Julian Keaton had taken Cecilia Lynch out to play and hadn’t returned yet.

Ashley Sutton was also pestering Logan Shaw to go out and look for fireflies; the two of them hadn’t been heard from either.

In the villa, besides Evelyn and Caden, there was only one servant and Eleanor Keaton.

After understanding the general situation, Evelyn looked at Caden, who was sitting on the balcony reading a book, and her heart suddenly stirred, becoming more and more fascinated by his appearance.

This man, handsome, wealthy, and without any bad habits, though a bit short-tempered, that could be totally ignored!

He’s short-tempered, she’s good-tempered—they complement each other perfectly, don’t they?

"Honey," Evelyn called softly, "I’ll... take a bath first!"

Caden glanced back, "Alright, then I’ll go to the study." A hint of embarrassment flashed in his eyes.

"No going to the study!" Evelyn almost shouted the words.

Realizing she was too tense, she quickly put on a smile and explained, "It’s so late at night, and we’re in the deep woods. I’ll be scared being alone."

Caden was stunned, then nodded, "Okay, I won’t leave. I’ll stay here."

Upon hearing this, Evelyn’s eyes curved into crescent moons with her smile.

Taking the clothes she wanted to change into, she went into the bathroom, turned on the water, and washed herself thoroughly.

Today, while playing outside, she’d gotten all sweaty, feeling sticky and uncomfortable all over.

Looking at her naked self in the mirror, Evelyn tidied her hair, looked left and right, assessing her appearance.

Next, she was going to do something incredibly important!

Once it succeeded, her happy life with Caden Lockwood would be assured!
