Chapter 1402: Chapter 1502: You Are Mine, and So Is Your Weight

His fingertips pinched her chin, warning coldly, "Summer Sutton, remember, your body is mine. Without my permission, don’t you dare ruin it!"

Summer Sutton really wanted to say that controlling weight is a management of one’s figure, an act of beauty, how could it be considered ruining it?

But facing such a serious Watt Bennet, her words churned in her throat and couldn’t come out.

Forget it, forget it, if she’s going to be fat, then so be it. Anyway, if the two had a baby, she’d have to gain a few pounds.

The two hadn’t even started an argument, and Summer Sutton conceded in front of Watt Bennet.

Watt Bennet withdrew his gaze from her, lowered his eyes to pick up the knife and fork, and continued serving her food, "Eat well! No matter how you eat, I love it."

Summer Sutton gave him a glare, resignedly continuing the battle with the food on her plate.

By the time they left the restaurant, it was already quite late.

Outside, snow was still falling softly, turning the streets white, transforming the entire world into a canvas of snow.

Summer Sutton felt a bit cold and kept rubbing her hands together as she stepped out of the restaurant building.

Watt Bennet pulled her over, his large hands enveloping hers, rubbing them together, placing her hands in his pocket, and leading her towards the parking area.

Summer Sutton glanced at their hands clasped together, then looked up at his finely carved profile adorned with snowflakes, her lips curved slightly.

Walking alongside him in the snowy night, the weather was chilly, but Summer Sutton felt warmth in this moment.

"Honey, I want to take a walk before heading back!" Summer Sutton suggested as they walked.

With the snow still falling, the outdoor air was unusually cold, making Summer Sutton’s ears and cheeks flush red.

There were only a few pedestrians on the road, those few they passed were in a hurry, eager to return home quickly to enjoy the warmth.

Summer Sutton’s suggestion seemed almost insane.

Yet, Watt Bennet didn’t object.

He removed his coat and draped it over her, wrapping her tightly, ensuring she was warmer, and his hands held hers again, "Alright."

Holding her hand, he continued walking down the street.

He wore very thin clothing, just a shirt.

In the snowy weather, dressed like that, it looked cold just watching.

But he seemed unfazed, standing straight, leading Summer Sutton leisurely on the sidewalk, the falling snowflakes accentuating his handsome features.

Summer Sutton began to feel sorry for him.

Watt Bennet never feared the cold, she knew that, a man who could take cold showers in winter, what was it to him to dress like this?

Yet, Summer Sutton still felt sorry for him.

Afraid he’d catch a cold, she took off the coat, handing it back to him, tugging him as they walked towards the parking area, "No more walking, I suddenly feel staying home is better."

Watt Bennet turned his head to look at her oddly, allowing her to lead him towards the car.

Once in the car, he took charge of driving while Summer Sutton, with nothing else to do, stared out at the scenery.

In her childhood, living in River City, she hardly ever saw snow.

Starting from college, when she arrived in Northtown and met Adrian Walyon, the first snowfall she watched with him was actually her first snow experience.

To Summer Sutton, snow was novel, rare, but more than anything, it was the happiness of memories.

Adrian Walyon once said that every snowy day in the future, he hoped to watch it with her.
