Samsara Tower: Only I Know the Plot!
Chapter 477 476: The Man Who Can't Be Move~
Facing Sunlin's sudden strike, Fenric didn't bother to dodge.
He didn't even feel the need to summon his haki or unleash any hidden power.
With his current physique, this kind of attack was nothing more than a scratch. At best, Sunlin's blow felt like a tickle.
Whoosh!
Sunlin's tiger claw landed squarely on Fenric's shoulder. With a twist of his arm, he immediately tried to drag Fenric down and give this arrogant youth a painful lesson.
But no matter how much strength he poured in… Fenric remained motionless.
It was as if his fingers weren't clutching flesh and bone, but gripping a block of reinforced steel.
"Are you massaging me?" Fenric asked lightly.
Sunlin's expression froze. Startled, he quickly leapt back, his playful demeanor vanishing as his face grew serious.
The students who had gathered around gasped, their skepticism fading.
Coach Sunlin was famous in the gym for his finger strength. They had all seen him bend an iron plate with a single claw strike during a demonstration. Yet this young man hadn't even flinched?
Interest sparked in their eyes. Many quickly pulled out their phones, eager to record what was happening.
Seeing the phones pointed at him, Sunlin's heart sank.
If he lost, and the video went online, his career would be finished. Not only would Dragon and Tiger Hall fire him, but no other martial arts hall would dare take him in.
Gritting his teeth, he steadied his breathing and narrowed his eyes at Fenric. His stance shifted, his aura growing heavier.
"Coach Sunlin's momentum has changed!" one student whispered.
"He's getting serious now!" another said excitedly.
"Quick, record this!"
The buzz of whispers filled the training ground, but neither fighter paid them any mind.
"HAAH!"
Sunlin roared, dashing forward with explosive speed. His feet slid sharply across the floor, carrying him behind Fenric. With a twist of his waist, he launched a Tiger Cannon Punch, slamming it hard into Fenric's back.
Thud!
The strike landed cleanly. Many students cried out in shock at the sheer force.
But Fenric… didn't even budge.
Sunlin staggered back, his fist throbbing with pain as if he had just punched a slab of iron. Cold sweat beaded his forehead.
This guy… he's a real monster!
Still refusing to yield, Sunlin swept forward again. His right foot hooked Fenric's ankle while his shoulder drove in with a Shoulder Mountain Crash—a move strong enough to topple a cow.
The result was humiliating.
Fenric stood rooted like a mountain, completely unmoved. Sunlin, however, was jolted by the recoil and stumbled, crashing onto the ground himself.
The training hall erupted in chaos.
"Coach Sunlin… fell?"
"He couldn't even make him move!"
"He didn't even try to fight back. Coach Sunlin looked like a child against him!"
Even the other coaches grew restless.
"Go and inform Master Qian," the leading coach ordered in a low, grim voice.
One of the staff immediately slipped upstairs to deliver the message.
Meanwhile, another coach leaned in close. "Old Zhou, that kid's body is like iron. He's clearly mastered some high-level hard body technique. He's dangerous."
Coach Zhou nodded, his face dark.
Sunlin, struggling to rise again, looked desperate. But before he could step forward, Coach Zhou barked, "Enough, Sunlin! You've already lost. Step down!"
Sunlin's face went pale. The words hit like a death sentence.
He knew his career was over. Even if Dragon and Tiger Hall showed mercy and kept him, no student would ever want to study under him again. His meager base salary wouldn't even be enough to live on.
But he had no choice. Head bowed, Sunlin stepped out of the ring in silence.
Fenric remained expressionless, watching faintly.
He wasn't here to sympathize or save anyone. Sunlin's fate was none of his concern.
Still, his thoughts wandered.
So this is the martial arts of this world? Just now, Sunlin's strength surged beyond ordinary limits. I could even hear his heart racing, pumping blood faster through his body… fascinating.
If I could learn techniques like this, would they boost my power further?
Fenric recalled stories of martial masters who cultivated true energy (Qi or Ki), capable of unleashing devastating force. If he could master something similar, his strength would surely multiply.
But almost immediately, he shook his head.
Unlike the protagonists of those tales, he had no heaven-defying system that let him grow stronger with a single breath. Even if he spent years training, he might see little progress.
Time was better spent clearing dungeons and raising his power directly.
While Fenric pondered, the crowd's excitement boiled over.
"He won! He really won!"
"Coach Sunlin is one of the strongest here, and he couldn't even make the guy flinch!"
"Who is this kid? No wonder he dared to come challenge Dragon and Tiger Hall!"
"He must have trained some kind of ultimate body-refining technique. Nothing else explains it!"
"A real master has appeared… this is going to be good!"
The chatter filled the air as the other coaches exchanged uneasy looks.
"Old Zhou, should we stop the students from filming?" one whispered.
Zhou shook his head, frowning. "It's after class. They're free to film. If we try to stop them, and they make a fuss online, it'll only damage the hall's reputation further."
The other coach fell silent.
Less than two minutes later, a middle-aged man descended from the upper floor.
He looked plain—ordinary features, unremarkable build. But his hands were wide, thick, and heavy, like a pair of giant fans.
This was Master Qian, the one Coach Zhou had mentioned. The true disciple of Dragon and Tiger Hall's owner.
And when the master was away, it was Master Qian who held the authority of the hall.
