Saint Saiya: The Hunter chosen by the Reincarnation Space

Chapter 47: Chapter 24: The Pantheon of Gods, Athena Descends (Part 1)
There was still a stretch of buffer time before the climactic War of the Underworld—the moment when the Gold Saints would burn their very souls to shatter the Wailing Wall.
Alex gazed at the floating phantom of the Godhead. His current Divinity was a mere 0.2, far from enough to activate a Godhead or ignite the Divine Fire. Moreover, the hundred Origin Crystals required to exchange for it were like distant stars—visible, yet utterly unreachable.
"One hundred Origin Crystals for a single Godhead... isn’t that pricing a bit steep?"
The moment this thought crossed Alex’s mind, the Reincarnation Space immediately offered an explanation.
[The Origin Crystals obtained from repairing high-tier worlds are far more than just one per world!]
Alex raised an eyebrow, understanding dawning on him. It seemed that when choosing Reincarnation Worlds in the future, he couldn’t just look at the difficulty; he had to calculate the cost-performance ratio.
’Time to head back to the Saint Seiya world,’ he thought. ’The Sagittarius Gold Cloth has gone missing; Shion is probably pulling his hair out right now.’
He also needed to observe Athena’s reaction to properly set his next move.
Alex’s figure transformed into motes of golden light, dissipating into the white radiance of the Reincarnation Space.
Meanwhile, in an isolated chamber deep within the Reincarnation Space, dozens of hooded phantoms sat around an obsidian round table. Candlelight flickered before them, stretching their shadows like ghouls.
The figure in the center, clad in a black-and-gold robe with the number "001" embroidered in gold on his chest, spoke slowly. His deep voice sounded like grinding sandpaper.
"I assume you have all heard? Number 042, the Thunder God, and Number 033, the Corpse God, have both fallen."
The sound of sharp intakes of breath echoed beneath the hoods as the phantoms stirred in agitation.
"How is that possible?" a sharp female voice rang out. "The Thunder God hadn’t reached the Divine Tier, so his fall is somewhat expected. But the Corpse God had one foot in the Divine Domain. Who could possibly kill him?"
Number 001 nodded slowly, his gaze sweeping the room from beneath his hood. "Their Life Fires in the Pantheon have been extinguished. The news is confirmed."
With a flick of his finger, a holographic screen materialized in the center of the table.
"Ten days ago, the Reincarnation Space recruited a new Hunter. This is the recording of his initial entry."
The screen played the scene of Alex’s arrival—showing him walking step-by-step into the sky, touching the central light orb, and vanishing along with the system.
Every phantom in the room fell into a heavy silence.
After a long while, someone finally sighed. "This is... just too strong. It’s hard to imagine anyone possessing such terrifying power the moment they enter the Reincarnation Space."
The Reincarnator labeled Number 004 shook his head. "The efficiency of this generation’s Hunter is absurd. In just ten days, he’s taken out two of our members. What is his actual tier? Tier 11? Or Tier 12?"
Number 001 tapped his fingers rhythmically against the table. "Unknown. But considering he took down the Corpse God with ease, he shouldn’t be lower than Tier 11..."
Number 036 cried out in shock, "Tier 11? Starting out at Tier 11? Since when did the system recruit such a monster?"
"What do we do now? If he keeps killing like this, our Pantheon will collapse!"
Number 001 propped his chin on his hands, his eyes turning cold. "For now, everyone stay low. Do not let yourselves be chosen as targets. Simultaneously, investigate his true identity in the real world as quickly as possible. We will initiate a counter-hunt."
He waved his hand, and dozens of gold-rimmed cards flew toward the phantoms.
"If any of you are attacked, activate your Pantheon Card. I will lead the Heroic Spirits of the Pantheon and descend upon your world personally. I will be the one to deal with him."
The phantoms caught the cards, which instantly dissolved into tattoos on the backs of their hands.
"With those words from the you, we can rest easy."
