[Andy Tsukishiro]

• Rental BF Alias "Adam."

• Before isekai, full Filipino. Now a hafu mix of Filipino and Japanese
• Height of 5'6

  -Inherited his lavender hair and eyes from his mother. His face and body resemble his deceased father who he never met.

• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in hospitality.
• Relatively fit post-recovery. Dying to a heart attack at age 22 really taught him to take care of his body more.

  -Dying once also taught him to be more expressive and loving towards others. Especially family which is now just his mother.

• He is very loving towards his mother Hana. Frequently kissing her on the head and cheek and hugging her.
• Personality: Free-spirited, quirky, open-minded, kind but cautious. Still as much of an otaku as he was in his past life, though.
• Recently discovered how much he likes to cosplay and put on different costumes.
• He is genetically compatible to reproduce with his mother, Hana Tsukishiro.

• Had Andy from a very, very expensive brothel visit with a Filipino prostitute who was found horribly dead a few years later.
• She has always been a fool her son, even before when he treated her poorly and didn't respect her. Now she's a giga fool after Andy became incredibly affectionate.
• She can be a cold, ruthless woman to anyone that isn't her beloved son.
• After discovering she's genetically compatible to reproduce with her son, Andy, she began seeing him as a member of the opposite sex.

  -To Andy, Hana smells like wine. Even though she has never drunk a sip of alcohol since she was pregnant with Andy.

  -She loves Andy very, very much and hopes for the incest law to be abolished so she can legally marry him.

[Hinano Takamine]

• 28 years old.
• Height of 5'8
• Likes hotpot, anime, and going to cosplay conventions.

  -Doesn't cosplay herself. She's a "Kamera Komachi"; women who use expensive cameras to take pictures of cosplayers (mostly male).

• Hobbies: anime, manga, and conventions.
• Personality: She used to be meek and easily flustered, but after she started working out regularly, she became more confident.
• First name has meanings of "sun, sunlight, positive, daytime."
• Newbie at using rental boyfriend apps. Has 3 bad prior experiences.

  -Aggressive online, but irl she's a coward. Can cuss out someone by calling them a "fatherless bitch" online.

• She was Andy's first client and she hopes to make him fall for her one day.

[Karina Yokoyama]

• 34 years old.
• Height of 6'0 (183cm). Same height as Hana.
• She has a mature, motherly vibe.
• Likes it when Andy calls her "mommy" in English
• First name has meanings of "fragrance, aroma, scent, cool, refreshing"
• Her mother is a wealthy Japanese woman

  -Chose to be artificially inseminated with American sperm.

  -Spoils and treats Karina like a princess. Resulting in her having bad habits like overindulging in food. Resulting in her being chubby when Andy first meets her.

• Works as the General Manager of one of her mother's hotels.

  -Doesn't explicitly say she's not a "normal Japanese" so that she's not treated differently online and so she can fit in.

[Isami Isozaki]

• Name in kanji is "勇観"

  -"勇" means "brave, valor, strong."　

  -"観" means "view, outlook, appearance."

• Shameless otaku neighbor & friend of Andy.
• Cowardly personality, but tries to act tough and dominant.
• Lives next to Andy.

  -She first met Andy on the day she moved in. The old Andy picked up her spilled porn on the ground and called her disgusting. This traumatized her and she became a shut-in again.

• 25 years old
• Petite stature (153cm)

  -Got bullied by both girls and boys in the past for her height which contributed to her becoming a shut-in.

• Works remotely as a doujin artist.
• She met the new Andy as he's saying goodbye to Karina.

  -She scoured several Rental BF apps to find Andy with the goal of blackmailing him. But after remembering Hana is a prosecutor, thought otherwise.

[Touka Hayashi]

• Hana's highschool friend
• Doctor
• Personality: a true professional
• Trusted by Hana. Confides in her sometimes.
• She knows about Hana's "dark mistake"
• Delivered Andy to Hana.
• Age 47; same age as Hana.
• Similar to Hina, she chose to focus on her career.
• She has no children, yet.

[Akari Takamine]

• Hinano's little sister
• 26 years old
• Policewoman.
• Likes to laze around in her down time.
• Serious when on the job.

[Mina Takamine]

• Hinano's mother.
• 46 years old
• Appearance: Hinano if she was older and had huge breasts.
• Had Hinano when she was 18
• Birthed Hinano and Akari through artificial insemination.
• Salarywoman.

["Shopkeeper"]

• The owner and shopkeeper of "Self-defense goods, crime prevention goods, police goods." 

  -Andy bought stun guns and alarms from her.

• She can flip between chill & friendly to serious & intimidating within a second.
• Age 29.
• Ex-military background.
• A hardened fighter.

[Haruto Suzuki]

• Andy's one and only male friend. They met at an otaku convention (chapter 29) when they were both hired as cosplayers for an anime booth.
• 5'6 height (same as Andy)
• He hides the fact that he's a famous online cosplayer. Every picture he posts has his phone's flash covering his face. Besides Andy and the production company that reached out and hired him, nobody knows this side of him.
• Just like Andy, he is a rare male otaku who consumes anime and manga even though those two outlets are catered heavily to the female consumerbase.
• He got into anime after seeing a clip of a strong, handsome swordsman character in a VRMMO anime. He looks up to confident male characters and hopes to one day be like them.
• He lives with his highschool student little sister and his mother who owns a traditional Japanese restaurant.
• At home, he is emotionally closed off from his imouto and mother. Quiet meals, and holing himself up in his room.
• With Andy's suggestion, he mustered up the courage to talk to his family normally and asked them out on morning jogs together. To which they were ecstatic about.
