He knew that his anger was misguided and that he shouldn’t have blamed it on her but maybe if she wasn’t so kind then none of this would have happened to her if she was callous and rude like the other woman then maybe she wouldn’t have gotten his attention.

"Actually I change my mind maybe it is your fault and maybe you are the reason this is happening." He called out suddenly.

She looked towards him in confusion as the others also turned around to look at him strangely.

"What?" she managed to say in a small voice. She knew that he was right but this entire time he had been telling her that she was wrong and it wasn’t her fault.

She felt her heart sink slightly as she dreaded what he was about to say.

She could only hope that it would result in him kicking her out or in him asserting even harsher punishment for her,

"Yes it is all your fault. maybe if you had been stronger this wouldn’t have happened." He said to her.

"what do you mean stronger." One of the people said to him suddenly.

"If you had tried to stand up for yourself and told him no or even punched him then you would have set him straight. Or better yet if you hadn’t acted like some sort of lost lamb when we had gotten there he wouldn’t have shown his interest in you in the first place and we wouldn’t even be here but this is all your fault. we are in this mess because of you." He said to her in a raised voice as he pointed an accusing finger at her.

His voice held anger as the room fell into silence once more. She couldn’t help but gasp at his words as the last thing that she had expected was for him to say something like that.

"Don’t be so shocked. you know that too. If you weren’t so weak and stupid and you had actually decided outstand up for yourself rather than cowering away like a scared little girl then we wouldn’t be in this mess and I would not be here trying to look for a way to drag us out of this hole and this problem that you have managed to put us in. that is why you have to be strong. You can’t simply wait for others to protect you and take care of you. You have to wake up to reality at some point and realize that you have to be the one to save yourself because no one is coming to try and help you. I am not going to always be there for you and Carol isn’t always going tr be there either." He said to her in a hissing tone.

She widened her eyes at his words as she hadn’t expected for him to say something like that.

He had never lashed out on her that way and she hadn’t thought that he ever would.

Zach looked towards the others as she watched as they stared at him in shock. "don’t look at me like that I know that all of you are thinking the same thing." He yelled.

"That is enough." Carol spoke up suddenly.

"What do you mean? Let me guess you want to find a reason to defend her. You know that she is willing to sell herself for this family. Why would she say something like that. Why would she be willing to fold so easily. You can’t win a war by simply bowing down and agreeing to everything that the man says. If you do so then you are going to be in. for quite a rude awakening." He said to her.

He shrugged his shoulders after that and he held an unapologetic look in his yes. "I am not trying to target you or trying to be rude without reason I am just starting the fact s and I am trying to get her to face reality before it is thrown in her face and she is forced to confront it head on." He said to her.

"Burt she isn’t being weak. She is only trying to defend her family the dame way that you are, I don’t know why you don’t see that. She is doing all of this for the smiths and for you. She is doing what she can the same way that you are trying to do everything that you can. No one judges you for your methods and she also thought that she is doing the right thing so you have no reason to blame her either." She said to him in a hissing tone.

She watched as he gulped at her in response as he knew that she was right but he was just so frustrated that he found himself struggling to justify everything and her was unable to understand why or how she would think that doing something like that was okay.

"Nevertheless she shouldn’t have done that. If she wants to defend the family there are other way for her to be able to do that and that doesn’t include giving herself out. He may have asked for your body now but what happens when the next guy asks for more. Are you going to keep continuing to hand yourself over. You have to learn how to be strong and push away your weaknesses. It isn’t how it used to be and things are very much different from. How you remember them being. You have to wake up and realize that things have changed and therefore the people have to change as well." He said to them.

They let out sighs as they knew that his words were true and although he was callous about them and that he could have said them in a much nicer tone they were still the truth and it was something that they would simply have to open their eyes up to.

"We have enemies that are growing by the day and it isn’t enough for me to eh the one who is protecting everyone any more. Everyone had to work hard and try to do their part to protect the family." He said to them in a harsh tone.

"Well that is what she is. Doing in the only way that she knows how to so how about instead of you criticizing her you try to understand and toughen her up hand she isn’t weak. She is one of the strongest people because she is willing to put aside her own happiness for that of the people and that is one of the largest signs of strength so the next time you want to think of calling her weak you might want to think about it again. Before you call any of us weak you are going to want to think about it thoroughly. You should know that everyone here is trying to help you out and the family and we are the ones that who know you. Can trust. If you try to push us away tell me who you will have left and tell me who will continue to stay by your side and continue to put up with you." Carol said to him.

Her words were true and he knew that he had to go easier on them but the last thing that he wanted to do was for him to admit that. He knew that he had to appreciate them more.

"Well I think that is sweet and all and that in a way Brittany was sort of brave but Zach was right." Clara said suddenly.

The people turned around to look at her as they stared at her strangely before furrowing their brows as though they were waiting for her to explain what she meant further.

"Well it is true that if she was strong and if she wasn’t so held back by her own weaknesses then we would have been able to solve all of our problems. If she had agreed to spend the night with him. She would have been able to. Just kill Ronaldo and get it over with. But we know that she can’t do that because she would never have what it too k for her to be able to do that. It is sad but it is the truth and although you want to think that there is some level of strength in her weakens we both know it is strength that takes you places and it isn’t your weaknesses that get you far. We know for a fact that if she wasn’t so skittish ad if she tried to stand up for herself more than none of this would have happened." Clara said.

The people were silent as they looked towards her with hesitant looks. She on the other hand didn’t care for the way that they looked at her, she shrugged her shoulders at them.

"I know and you know that what I said is the truth. The lot of you are just too afraid to say it out loud but we all know that I am the one who is right. And we can’t continue like this feeding each other lies we have to be willing to tell ourselves the truth and the truth is the fact that we have to toughen up and we can’t allow ourselves to wallow in weaknesses. We are only as strong as our weakest links and that means that our weakest links have to toughen up or they have to get out." She said to them harshly.
