Rejected by My Fiancé, I Accidentally Carried His Mother's Heir (GL)
Chapter 6: Why Was She So Gentle?
The air was thick with the mingled scents of heat and desire, a heavy perfume that clung to every breath and seemed to settle against the skin like a physical weight.
Moans, soft and trembling, rose and fell in the darkness, punctuating the stillness with raw, unguarded sound. Eiravelle lay exposed upon the massive slab of ancient stone that dominated the secluded grove, its surface cool and unyielding against her bare back even as her skin burned with feverish warmth.
The Alpha had stripped away every layer of fabric that had shielded her, leaving her completely vulnerable to the night air and to the hungry gaze that traced over her curves with predatory patience.
The stone had become her anchor in this whirlwind of sensation, a makeshift bed that grounded her even as her mind threatened to drift away on currents of alcohol and arousal. It was rough beneath her, weathered by centuries of wind and rain, yet she barely registered the discomfort against the overwhelming awareness of the woman between her parted thighs.
"Pray tell," the Alpha murmured, her voice was a low rumble that vibrated against Eiravelle’s throat as she pressed hot, open-mouthed kisses along the sensitive column of her neck.
"You can still say no to this. Right now, in this moment, you have that power." She paused at the hollow of Eiravelle’s collarbone, her breath scalding against damp skin. "But once I put it in, there’s no taking things back. No reversing this decision. Do you understand?"
Eiravelle’s breath hitched, her chest rise and fall in shallow, desperate gasps. She didn’t understand why, exactly, but the way the Alpha held her—firm yet somehow tender, possessive yet careful—made something deep in her chest ache with a strange, confusing sense of safety.
It didn’t make logical sense. This woman was a stranger, a powerful Alpha who could take what she wanted without asking, and yet the restraint she showed felt like a shelter against a storm Eiravelle hadn’t realized she was weathering.
She turned her head, meeting those dark, intense eyes that seemed to see straight through her bravado. Her voice came out smaller than she intended, trembling despite her efforts to sound certain.
"O-okay... I... I know now. But I want this. I do."
The Alpha sighed, a long exhalation that carried weight and conflict. She leaned closer, her nose brushing against Eiravelle’s throat, and inhaled slowly.
The action was intimate, almost animalistic, and Eiravelle felt her pulse jump beneath the attention.
"You’re drunk," the Alpha stated flatly, pulling back with something like regret darkening her features. She began to shift her weight, to pull away and create distance between them.
"I can smell the spirits on your skin, in your blood. You reek of tavern wine and poor decisions."
Panic flared hot and sudden in Eiravelle’s chest. She couldn’t bear the thought of being abandoned now, not when she had finally worked up the courage to cross this threshold, not when the Alpha’s warmth felt like the only thing keeping her from shattering.
Before she could think better of it, she surged upward, her hands finding the Alpha’s neck and pulling her down into a kiss that was clumsy with desperation and fermented fruit.
The Alpha stiffened for a fraction of a second, surprise evident in the tension of her shoulders. But she didn’t pull away. Instead, her arms came up to encircle Eiravelle’s waist, holding her firmly yet with a gentleness that contradicted the strength in those muscled arms.
When Eiravelle finally broke the kiss, gasping for air, her lips felt swollen and her head spun with more than just alcohol.
"Please," she whispered, her fingers trembling where they still gripped the Alpha’s shoulders. "I’m sure you have the proper magic so you wouldn’t get me pregnant, right? You must have protections. All powerful Alphas do."
The Alpha’s throat worked visibly, a hard swallow that suggested a lump had formed there. Her expression shifted, becoming complicated in ways Eiravelle couldn’t decipher in her intoxicated state.
"You’re so complacent," the Alpha said, her voice was rougher than before, touched with something like wonder or perhaps frustration. "Where did you even learn this kind of shamelessness? You speak of protections and coupling with the casualness of a courtesan, and yet..." She stopped herself, shaking her head slowly. "Where did you acquire such boldness?"
Eiravelle frowned, the question striking a nerve she didn’t want to exposed. She turned her face away, staring up at the canopy of leaves overhead where moonlight filtered through in silver patterns.
"Let’s just start," she mumbled, her earlier confidence was faltering. "Please. Don’t make me think anymore. I don’t want to think."
For a long moment, silence stretched between them, broken only by the sounds of the night and their mingled breathing. Then the Alpha lifted Eiravelle’s chin with two fingers, forcing her to meet that searching gaze once more.
She leaned close, her lips brushing against the shell of Eiravelle’s ear, and her next words sent a shiver down the omega’s spine.
"This will hurt," she whispered, the warning was delivered with a softness that somehow made it more terrifying. "Your body is not ready for what I’m offering. Do you want to test yourself on my fingers first? I can prepare you, stretch you slowly so the pain is manageable. Or we stop now, while you still have the clarity to choose."
Eiravelle didn’t know what to say. She had been shameless enough tonight to proposition a stranger, to strip herself bare on a stone in the wilderness, to beg for intimacy she had no right to demand.
But this—this consideration, this choice offered without mockery or judgment was unfamiliar territory that stripped away her bravado and left her feeling small and uncertain.
"Uhm... fingers?" She stammered, her cheeks were burning. "O-Okay... I... uhm... what do I do? What should I do?"
The Alpha chuckled, a low sound that rumbled through her chest and into Eiravelle’s own. It wasn’t cruel, exactly, but it was knowing, and it made Eiravelle’s flush deepen until she felt like her face might actually combust.
"H-Huh? W-Why are you chuckling?" She demanded, her embarrassment was making her defensive. "Stop laughing at me!"
The Alpha shook her head, her wine hair was falling forward to curtain their faces in a private shadow. "Nothing," she said softly, though her eyes held warmth that hadn’t been there before.
"I just find you very innocent despite your bold words. And I am starting to question where exactly you learned this shamelessness of yours, when everything about your reactions suggests you have never done this before."
"Don’t say that," Eiravelle groaned, covering her face with her hands. She couldn’t bear the scrutiny, the way this Alpha seemed to see through every layer of her pretense. "Let’s just finish this. Please. I can’t stand the waiting."
The Alpha’s expression shifted instantly, the momentary softness evaporating like morning mist. Her jaw tightened, and when she spoke again, her voice had dropped to a register that vibrated with command.
"No," she said simply, and the word landed like a stone. "You don’t get to decide that. You started this game, little omega. You approached me, you stripped yourself bare, you begged for my attention. But I will be the one to finish it. I will set the pace. I will determine when you are ready. Is that understood?"
In that split second, the atmosphere between them transformed from tentative negotiation to something charged with dominance and submission.
Eiravelle’s breath caught in her throat, and she felt her body respond to the command in ways that terrified her—ways that had nothing to do with logic or dignity.
When the Alpha’s hand slid down between her thighs, calloused fingers finding the sensitive bud of her omegahood with unerring accuracy, Eiravelle’s face transformed. Her expression shifted from anxious uncertainty to something slack and lewd, pleasure washing over her features even as her back arched involuntarily off the stone surface.
She threw her head back, exposing the long line of her throat, and a sound escaped her that she didn’t recognize as her own voice.
"Ngh~"
"Enjoying yourself?" the Alpha teased, her thumb circling the sensitive nub with devastating precision. "Don’t be so complacent, little omega. This is just the beginning. Because the next part... Will hurt."
With her other hand, she positioned one finger at Eiravelle’s entrance, pressing gently but insistently against the tight ring of muscle.
Eiravelle gasped, the sound was sharp, she immediately tensed up the moment she felt it. Her hands flew to the Alpha’s shoulders, gripping hard enough to leave marks as a sudden flood of pain washed through her.
"Ngh! Ugh! Haah! H-Hurts~" she gasped out, tears springing unbidden to her eyes. The sensation of intrusion, even just a single finger, burned in a way she hadn’t anticipated. Her body resisted, tight and unprepared, and the stretch felt like too much even though she knew rationally it was just the beginning.
"Shhh," the Alpha soothed, her free hand coming up to stroke Eiravelle’s hair with a tenderness that contrasted sharply with the intrusion below. "I know it hurts. But I will be gentle. Trust me, little one. Breathe for me. In and out. Let your body accept me."
She continued to tease Eiravelle’s bud with her thumb even as she slowly, carefully pulled her finger back and then pressed forward again, establishing a gentle movement of shallow thrusts that allowed the omega to gradually adjust.
Eiravelle didn’t understand why this Alpha was being so careful with her. In her very limited experience—Alphas took what they wanted without regard for comfort or readiness. They were creatures of instinct and dominance, not patience and gentleness.
And yet this woman, this stranger whose name she didn’t even know, was treating her like something precious, something worth protecting even as she violated the most intimate parts of her.
It’s not really about the sex, Eiravelle realized through the haze of pain and pleasure, her thoughts coming in fragmented bursts. It’s about the vulnerability. It’s about being completely exposed and having that exposure met with gentleness instead of cruelty. It’s about being seen at your most defenseless and not being destroyed for it.
"Hng~ Alpha~ urgh~" she moaned, the honorific slipping out naturally, her hips twitching involuntarily as the sensations mixed and swirled.
The pain was still there, a burning stretch that made her eyes water, but beneath it was building something else—something warm and electric that made her toes curl against the stone.
"It’s not too late yet," the Alpha reminded her, her voice was strained with her own restraint. "You can still back out. Say the word and I stop. I will leave you here with your virtue intact, and we can pretend this never happened."
Eiravelle shook her head violently, her hair tangling against the rough surface beneath her. "I want to finish this," she insisted, her voice was breaking on the words. "Please~ Just... Don’t be gentle anymore. Stop preparing me and just put it in. I can’t bear the waiting. I need... I need..."
She didn’t finish the sentence, but the Alpha understood. She understood that Eiravelle was speaking from pain—not just physical pain, but the deeper ache that had driven her to this stone in the first place.
The Alpha paused in her ministrations, studying Eiravelle’s face with an intensity that seemed to peel back layers of pretense.
"Someone hurt you," she said quietly, and it wasn’t a question. It was a statement of fact, a deduction drawn from Eiravelle’s desperation, from her willingness to endure pain to feel something else, from her confusion at being treated with kindness.
Eiravelle looked away, unable to hold that perceptive gaze. "Everyone does," she whispered, and the admission cost her something.
It laid bare the truth she had been trying to drown in alcohol—the succession of disappointments, the betrayals, the accumulated weight of being treated as disposable by people who claimed to care.
The Alpha was quiet for a long moment, processing this information. When she spoke again, her voice had changed, carrying a new weight of understanding. "Then I will be different," she said simply. "Not because you asked, but because you deserve it."
She shifted their positions, moving with careful deliberation as she spread Eiravelle’s legs wider and positioned herself between them.
The cool night air hit overheated skin, making Eiravelle shiver. She watched with wide eyes as the Alpha reached down to loosen the ties of her own trousers, and then—
Eiravelle’s breath stopped. Her eyes went wide, and she instinctively turned her face away, squeezing her eyes shut against the sight.
The size was... It was impossible. It was terrifying. It would split her in two.
The Alpha noticed her reaction immediately. She paused, her hand coming up to gently turn Eiravelle’s face back toward her, though Eiravelle kept her eyes squeezed shut.
"Still shy about it?" She teased gently, though her voice was rough with her own arousal. "Open your eyes, little omega. Look at what you asked for."
Eiravelle gasped, shaking her head stubbornly. "Haah~ I’m scared," she admitted, her voice was small and trembling. "I didn’t know it would be that huge. I thought... I don’t know what I thought, but not that. Never that."
The Alpha didn’t move forward. Instead, she guided Eiravelle’s arms up to wrap around her own neck, creating a support system, a connection that was about more than just the physical joining.
"I know you’re scared," she murmured against Eiravelle’s temple, placing soft kisses there. "And I won’t hurt you more than necessary. I will go slowly. I will stop if you need me to. But you must trust me now. Can you do that? Can you trust me to take care of you?"
The words were Eiravelle’s undoing. Tears spilled from her closed eyes, tracking down her temples into her hair. "Don’t say that," she choked out, her fingers tightening in the Alpha’s hair. "Don’t say things like that. I might start to think you actually care about me. I might start to believe that this means something, when we both know the only reason you’re here is because you pity the drunk omega throwing herself at you."
The Alpha pulled back just enough to look into her eyes, and what Eiravelle saw there made her breath catch—something fierce and possessive and terrifyingly real. "Whatever I feel about you in this moment," she said, each word was firm and weighted, "it should entirely be on me, not your assumptions about my motivations. You don’t get to decide what I feel. You don’t get to diminish your own worth by claiming the only reason I’m here is pity. I am here because I choose to be. Because I want to be. Because something about your desperation calls to something in me that wants to answer it."
She leaned down then, capturing Eiravelle’s lips in a kiss that was meant to distract, to occupy her mind while her body prepared for what was coming.
As their tongues tangled and their breath mingled, the Alpha positioned herself at Eiravelle’s entrance, the thick head pressing against the tight ring of muscle that had barely adjusted to a single finger.
Eiravelle felt the pressure building, the impossible stretch beginning, and she tensed automatically. The Alpha broke the kiss but kept her face close, her eyes locked on Eiravelle’s as she began to push forward.
"Relax," she commanded softly. "Push out. Let me in, little omega. Trust me."
Eiravelle tried to obey, tried to relax muscles that wanted desperately to clamp down and resist. The burning was immediate and intense, a stretch that felt like it was tearing her apart even though the Alpha was moving with excruciating slowness.
She cried out, the sound echoed in the clearing, and her nails dug into the Alpha’s shoulders hard enough.
The Alpha didn’t flinch. She continued her slow, steady advance, feeding inch by impossible inch into Eiravelle’s resisting body, watching her face for any sign that she needed to stop.
It seemed to take forever, the pressure building until Eiravelle felt impossibly full, stretched to her absolute limit around the intrusion.
And then, suddenly, something gave way. The Alpha felt it too—a sudden resistance that broke, a barrier that shattered. She froze, her eyes widening slightly as she felt the magical protection she had activated earlier—the contraceptive barrier, the safeguard against pregnancy—shatter simultaneously with Eiravelle’s virginity.
The magic dissipated, leaving nothing between them anymore. No barriers. No protections. Just raw, unfiltered connection.
Eiravelle whimpered, feeling the fullness, the ache, the strange sense of completion that came from being filled so completely. She was crying openly now, tears streaming down her face, but she wasn’t sure if they were from pain or relief or something else entirely.
The Alpha held perfectly still, giving her time to adjust, her own breathing ragged with the effort of restraint. "I’ve got you," she whispered, pressing kisses to Eiravelle’s tear-stained cheeks. "I’ve got you, little omega. You’re safe. You’re here with me. Just breathe."
And in that moment, impaled on stone beneath the stars, Eiravelle felt the last of her defenses crumble. Whether it was the alcohol, the pain, or the terrifying gentleness of this stranger, she didn’t know.
But she let go, surrendering completely to the sensation, to the moment, to the Alpha who held her like she mattered.
And none of them realized that the night was just beginning.
