With Erica making a few phone calls, she promptly asked him, "How many actresses do you want to meet?"

"The recent actresses appearing in the short drama as of late, especially those who caught your attention." Xu Feng declared.

The more the merrier. It wouldn’t hurt him to rope in more potential actresses, even if they weren’t well-known in the past timeline.

In their current timeline, anything could be altered.

"You got that much stamina and energy?" Erica appeared to be astonished. She glanced at him up and down, almost as if she was inspecting whether he could handle so many women.

"I’m not trying to make love with them!" Xu Feng finally snapped and clarified the situation. "I only want them to be under the Vanguard Guild, so that I can continue to self-advertise without needing to be in the clutches of other forms of media."

"I believe you." She said, but her expression said otherwise.

"Just make sure to remind me if you plan on bringing them to the apartment. That way, I’ll just go somewhere else to not intrude on your businesses."

She made sure to emphasize the word businesses before standing up and taking her leave.

"The relevant information is sent to your phone. I reckon you would want to meet with them immediately, so I had a VIP table set up in the Oasis Hotel. Make sure to drink some more Life Water so you won’t be drained."

At this moment, Xu Feng didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. He could tell she was clearly teasing him ruthlessly, but he couldn’t do anything about it either.

He picked it up and smiled awkwardly. "What’s up, Kai?"

"Why does your face look so face?" On the opposite side of the video call, Zhao Kai’s eyes narrowed suspiciously.

"It can’t be that you plan on ditching our meetup, right? You already left me alone throughout the duration of the city competition. And now that it’s about to be over soon with the awarding, you still want to ghost me?"

"Ghosting you?" Xu Feng raised an eyebrow. "How could that be? I just wanted to change the venue to your sister’s hotel."

"Change to my sister’s hotel?" Zhao Kai was startled.

"Yeah, and it just so happens your sister has many VIP private rooms. I’m certain you want to continue your bedroom activity with your girlfriend after our meetup anyway."

"Ahem, what are you talking about? I just want you to know her better at the meetup and nothing else. Besides, she banned me from further activity after I made her exhausted to hell."

Xu Feng shook his head in response.

’This damn braggart!’ He knew Zhao Kai was boasting about his romantic life.

The meetup between them was an introduction for him to get to know Lynette better.

"Anyway, you should really find yourself a girlfriend. I doubt we will have much time to play together. And even fatty Ning Yi managed to woo Catherine." Zhao Kai called him out.

"Possibly," Chen Kexin didn’t voice out the possibility and placed a hidden camera near the flower vase.

"It’ll be recording, and if it’s really that situation, then I have it become a livestream with a click of a button. If these wealthy old men think they could still have their ways with new actresses, then they’ll be dreaming."
