Everyone was chatting when they saw the bus coming up.

"Sister-in-law, you get on first," Liu Qiao Lian supported Liu Xiaoqin and said, "Don’t push, everyone, there’s a pregnant woman here."

Gu Lingling and Mo Hongying stood at the back of the line.

If the bus is full, they’ll send another one, so no need to worry about not having seats.

However, when they got on, most seats were taken, leaving only the last two rows.

"Oh dear, the mountain road is hard to drive on. Sister Qin, good thing you’re in the first row; sitting in the back would make your stomach flip,"

As soon as they boarded, they heard Liu Qiao Lian gloating.

Gu Lingling stayed silent.

Sitting in the first row isn’t always great; she remembers a bus accident from later years when a mother and daughter in the front row were thrown out, and the girl was lost instantly.

So, she’s never sat in the first row since then and always fastens her seatbelt.

But right now, these buses don’t have seatbelts.

"Don’t worry, sister-in-law, we’ll drive slowly on the rough roads," the young warrior said, blushing, "And sitting anywhere will feel bumpy on rough roads."

Liu Qiao Lian, "..."

Mo Hongying laughed mischievously.

Then she walked over.

"Ah..." Liu Qiao Lian suddenly screamed, "My foot hurts."

"Oh, sister-in-law, I didn’t see your foot in the aisle," Mo Hongying pretended to be surprised, "You knew we had to walk here, why put your foot in the aisle?"

"I was just looking at seats and didn’t notice your foot in the aisle. Sorry about that," Mo Hongying said with a smile.

Not see it?

Liu Qiao Lian glared at Mo Hongying, clearly seeing her doing it on purpose.

"You did it on purpose," Liu Qiao Lian said outright.

"Well, sister-in-law, did you put your foot in the aisle to trip us intentionally?" Mo Hongying’s smiling face turned cold.

Don’t think she didn’t notice; Liu Qiao Lian deliberately put her foot out to trip Gu Lingling. Mo Hongying boarded before Gu Lingling and stepped on her on purpose.

"You..." Liu Qiao Lian angrily glared.

She saw Gu Lingling getting on and tried to trip her but Mo Hongying got there first and stepped on her.

"Um... sisters-in-law, please sit down, the bus is about to depart," the young warrior said urgently.

These are all senior officers’ wives; a young warrior like him can’t afford trouble.

The main concern is avoiding a fight on the bus.

In the past, there have been fights over seats or disputes.

This time it’s better; everyone queued.

"So she steps on me and that’s it?" Liu Qiao Lian vented at the young warrior.

"If you don’t want to leave it at that, you two can get off and settle it outside, don’t delay other sisters-in-law on the bus," the driver said calmly.

"You’re bullying me," Liu Qiao Lian said, close to tears.

"Sister-in-law, are you going or not?" the driver said, "The aisle is meant for walking, it’s normal if someone accidentally steps on your foot."

Mo Hongying glanced at her, then walked with Gu Lingling towards the back seats.
