Seeing the pleading look on Fanfan’s face, Gu Hengzhi couldn’t bring himself to refuse, even if he wanted to. Besides, he had always given Gu Zifan whatever he asked for.

"Okay, Big Brother will go pick some out for you."

It was hard to say whether Gu Zifan genuinely liked the clothes Gu Hengzhi picked out for him, or if he just had complete faith in his brother’s taste. Either way, after changing into the outfit, Gu Zifan finally stopped being picky.

It never occurred to Gu Zifan that Gu Hengzhi could have forgotten to ask for Shen Nian’s whereabouts. He just thought his brother was worried he’d get anxious, so he simply looked at Gu Hengzhi without tugging on his sleeve to hurry him along.
