"Nothing much." Han Ruochen walked out of the house and said calmly, "Since someone is being too cheeky, I am just thinking of chopping their tongue off to prevent future trouble."

As she spoke, she walked toward the courtyard of her second uncle. Her eyes were filled with a look of rage, as if she wanted to kill Second Aunt Han.

Second Aunt Han was so frightened that she ran out of the yard in a flash. As she ran, she shouted for help, "Someone go and call my mother-in-law! Han Ruochen has gone mad. She wants to kill me!"

As soon as she finished speaking, people who were still inside their houses rushed outside to see what was happening.

Han Ruochen looked at her second aunt. For the first time in her life, she realised that people really did have some great potential. Whenever Second Aunt Han was at home, she would often complain about waist pain and leg aches, but now, when her life was on the line, she was running as fast as a sprinter.

However, no matter how fast she was, she was still older than Han Ruochen. She could not run as fast as Han Ruochen, and thus Han Ruochen was able to catch her very soon.

"Ruochen, Ruochen...this...this is all... a joke. Don’t...don’t take it too seriously..."

"Ruochen, I am your...your aunt...aren’t I?"

Second Aunt Han retreated to the base of a large tree, her back slamming directly against the trunk. She winced in pain but dared not move.

Many people from the village gathered around and looked at the sight in front of them.

Chief Xiao came running and caught up with her. "Ruochen, let’s talk this out. What are you doing?" He wiped the sweat off his forehead and looked at Han Ruochen worriedly. "Drop the knife, Ruochen. There is no need for such a thing."

Han Ruochen turned to look at the man and said loudly, "Uncle Xiao, this is a family matter. This woman is my aunt. I will talk to her and make sure she no longer meddles in other people’s business in the future."

Second Aunt Han was sweating profusely, and her face turned deathly pale.

"Ruo...Ruochen, let’s talk this out." 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ

As she spoke, she swallowed hard.

Han Ruochen stared at Second Aunt Han. "Auntie, I think I need to make things clear to you. I will make my own decisions about my own affairs; you better not interfere... or else..."

As she spoke, her eyes swept across the woman’s body.

"If anyone talks too much, meddles in other people’s business, or makes me uncomfortable, I am not sure what I might do now."

Second Aunt Han repeatedly nodded and agreed. "I will not care; I will not care. I definitely won’t care..."

"If you say another word..." Han Ruochen said slowly.

Second Aunt Han immediately said, "I won’t say a word; I will not say a single word."

Han Ruochen smiled and stepped back.

Second Aunt Han suddenly felt that she could breathe again. Her legs gave out, and she collapsed onto the ground, and her pants started to soak.

Han Ruochen stared at the woman and coldly snorted. "Auntie, where is your courage? There is no need for you to start making fertiliser for no reason. Who is going to use your pants that are soaked with your manure?"

The onlookers, recovering from their shock, started to laugh. They all turned to look at Han Ruochen and then at Second Aunt Han.

Seeing this, Old Man Xiao heaved a sigh of relief. However, before he could breathe in relief, he heard Han Ruochen say, "Uncle Xiao, since when did Aunt Xiao become a matchmaker? I had no idea that she did such a good job. If she did, then I would have asked her to look for a match for my elder sister."

Old Madam Xiao, who was hiding behind the crowd, heard her words and was left stunned. "Good heavens! This girl is like a mad dog."

If she was not careful, then she was worried that she would lose her life.

"Old Xiao, what are you thinking?" Chief Xiao was speechless. He turned to look at his wife and asked angrily, "What were you thinking?" As soon as he thought of this, he watched Han Ruochen walk over to the man whom his wife had brought over and then raise the knife in the air. She asked, "I am curious. Why would a man like you be willing to give me five hundred yuan? Tell me what kind of thing you are hiding?"

Sun Sangu swallowed hard. "I... I didn’t. I am not hiding anything." He was worried that if the woman found out the truth, then she would skin him alive.

However, Sun Sangu did not even get a chance to say anything. Someone in the village ended up blurting out, "Aren’t you, Sun Sangu? You are from the Sun family. The one who has a crippled elder brother...he has polio, doesn’t he? I heard that you are looking for a shared wife."

He turned to look at his wife speechlessly. This woman had gone crazy! She actually brought such a match for Han Ruochen; was she trying to send herself to the police station? Han Ruochen would definitely send her over for lying and scheming against her.

Han Ruochen nodded knowingly. Wasn’t this woman just trying to ruin her?

"Fourth Aunt, why would you do such a thing? Did Ruochen offend you in any way?"

Aunt Xiao could not bring herself to say that it was because she was upset with Han Ruochen for bewitching her son, so she could only lower her head in silence.

Seeing this, Han Ruochen raised the knife in her hand and hurled it at Aunt Xiao. The knife landed just a few metres away from Aunt Xiao’s feet, causing her to stagger. "So you want me to be a shared wife, Aunt Xiao? I will repeat what my sister has asked you, why did you harm me like this?"
