Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito
Chapter 2885 - 28: Receiving [For Subscription at Qidian]
Those who knew the intelligence remained calm, but those who didn’t were panicking. Countless creatures were looking up at the sky, watching the gigantic object, comparable to a small planet, arrive at this commercial star, and each felt a sense of horror.
It’s terrifying.
"Is this the commercial star we’ve conquered? It’s slightly more backward than I imagined, especially in terms of powerhouses. There aren’t as many strong ones as I thought."
Jia Yan stood at the sky’s edge, gazing remotely at the massive planet beneath his feet.
A myriad of ships and battleships were rapidly ascending from the planet. Some were loaded with cargo, others with creatures attempting to flee.
"Lord Jia Yan, it’s not that they lack strong ones; those powerhouses have already fled or were driven away."
"Oh, that’s right."
Prompted by an administrative person nearby, Jia Yan understood the situation, feeling slightly embarrassed for not having realized such a simple fact before speaking.
Indeed, after they’re conquered, why would they leave their strong ones behind? To fight? Or have they all surrendered?
That would be too exaggerated, conquering a planet and getting a few Galactic Level Powerhouses as a bonus. People wouldn’t recruit subordinates, they’d just conquer planets—in each one, there could be a Galaxy Level, even two. It would be too easy to get subordinates.
"I hadn’t thought it through. Okay, now what should we do? Should we go down directly or what?"
Jia Yan observed that indeed, there were a few places on that planet accommodating Galaxy Level beings, but places where he could settle weren’t abundant, and even if there were, they weren’t that large.
"Lord, let’s go down directly. After all, this planet has just been reclaimed. We should head to the ocean of that planet; it’ll provide us sufficient space."
Several Stellar Level beings spoke to Jia Yan with utmost respect.
"Alright."
Of these arriving Stellar Levels, only one was destined to reside here permanently, while the others were to assist in the initial transition.
After all, attacking or destroying a planet is relatively simple, but occupying it and ensuring it doesn’t collapse instantly involves numerous complex issues. Matters concerning civil life, administration, and public sentiment require professionals to handle.
Jia Yan had no understanding of these matters. He was here to support the surrounding Stellar Levels and to assert his position: this planet belongs to his domain. If any Galaxy Level scout harbors intentions against it, they’d better think twice; otherwise, he would certainly cause trouble in the future.
Jia Yan’s actions were indeed effective, especially since he found several Galaxy Level avatars on this planet.
He didn’t need to reveal himself directly but simply snorted, and most avatars were instantly destroyed.
Except for a few, who looked extremely grim and shouted while fleeing, "Jia Yan, don’t push it too far. There will be consequences for you in the future."
Jia Yan observed these avatars and, after contemplating, chose not to pursue them.
These avatars managed to survive his slight exertion of Brainwave Power, indicating their true bodies possess Galaxy Middle Stage Strength.
Thus, the identities of these avatars’ true selves were immediately clear: around this battlefield, there are enemies with Galaxy Middle Stage Strength. Aren’t they the ones he fought?
After thinking it through, Jia Yan decided not to directly tear face with them.
Such is war. The high-level figures don’t fight as fiercely as lower-level ones and sometimes even turn foes into friends.
Therefore, Jia Yan refrained from chasing them directly. Despite the seemingly intense battles, he was always observing higher norms and frameworks, similar to how an Existence of the Peak Mid Galactic Level couldn’t touch him, he also had to give the other side some face. Provoking them to the point of anger, requesting to unleash a thunderous attack and kill him, would be a significant issue.
Of course, Jia Yan knew these enemies would likely want to annihilate him long ago, but they just lacked justification. After all, he played strictly by the rules, however sometimes cruel, it was merely pushing the boundaries a bit.
Destroying their avatars would be inappropriate because here on this commercial star, people discuss "transition." It means that the enemies currently on this planet are not wrong. If they remain in the future, then it could be said they can be eradicated, but not now, unless he wants to give them a reason to trouble him.
Thus, Jia Yan refrained from making further moves against these Galaxy Middle Stage avatars. Surely, they would appreciate Jia Yan’s friendly attitude.
As for those of the Early stage?
Sorry, to someone like him at the Galaxy Middle Stage, those of the Early stage are merely insignificant figures. Jia Yan wouldn’t care about their opinions or grievances.
In the universe, it’s always been like this: might makes right. Moreover, Jia Yan was at the Galaxy Middle Stage. Even in the Central Starfield of the Milky Way, there are many far stronger than him, his status and power at the Galaxy Middle Stage must not be trampled upon. Wherever he goes, weaker beings at the Early stage of Galaxy have no standing.
