Finally, the third authority that Rio came to possess was ’True Anomaly.’

There was not even a need to explain this aspect; it was basically a manifestation of Rio’s third identity, which was ’Anomaly.’

Aside from being a Rio from a different world and this world, he also had an origin that lay in absolute uncertainty due to his nature as an ’Anomaly.’

From the very beginning, Rio was and is a being that cannot be understood and framed by common sense.

His existence itself is so bizarre that he himself cannot fully explain what he is.

The world authority ’True Anomaly’ represented this ’bizarre’ and ’unfathomable’ aspect of Rio’s existence.

This world authority was generated from the ’Third Path’ or the ’Third Choice’ that Rio had created with his own hands before ascending to rank SS.

If Rio had ascended without going on that pilgrimage across the Demon Continent and making his own new choice, he would have likely only awakened ’Defect’ as the only ’world authority’ in his possession.

Rio had actually already sensed beforehand that hastily advancing was not a good idea, and only when he had made a proper choice would he be able to achieve ’perfect ascension.’

If Rio had ascended right when he first arrived at the threshold, he couldn’t have achieved a ’perfect ascension,’ and his foundations would have been left weaker in the future.

Only when Rio possessed all ’Three’ of his authorities together could he control all three aspects in the perfect sync.

Any mistake would have caused Rio to lose all of his qualifications in the future and would have caused a bad change for him.

Just from the perspective of Lia, if Rio only had ’Defect,’ he would have never managed to retain his emotions, which only ’Eccentric Dream’ could do.

Originally, Rio only had two choices, and the outcome of them was that either Rio could attain ’Defect’ or ’Eccentric Dream.’

He was only going to get one out of these two authorities.

But.

Rio changed his own ’path’ from the fundamental level by creating a ’third choice.’

The creation of the third choice represented the fact that Rio wished to retain all three of his aspects and did not want to lose any of them.

In a multiple-choice question, choosing this third option basically meant ’All of the above and more.’

By choosing this ’Path,’ Rio defied all existential shackles and phenomena binding himself; he broke away his own anchors to the world, risked losing Lia, and risked his own life to forge a new ’Path.’

Rio had almost failed when his heart collapsed into pieces, but Lia once again saved him from that outcome and became his final beacon of hope that guided him forward.

Without knowing herself, Lia had once again helped Rio accelerate his growth and provided a massive help in Rio’s ascension!

In the end, with Lia’s help, Rio ascended to the demi-god realm and gained control over the aspect of ’Anomaly’ completely, thus awakening the world authority ’True Anomaly’!

The world authority ’True Anomaly’ only granted one power to Rio, but that alone was enough.

It granted Rio the power to ’choose.’

Yes, using ’True Anomaly,’ Rio could basically ’choose’ to manipulate, create, destroy, mold, merge, fuse, accept, or reject all and every phenomenon or existence in reality, virtuality, or even at a conceptual or dimensional level.

Basically, Rio could just do whatever he wanted just by a thought!

’True Anomaly’ granted Rio the ability to create anomalies or changes into anything and everything at his own free will, which almost granted Rio a power almost at the level of ’Omnipotence and Omniscience’!

It was not true ’Omnipotence and Omniscience’ in the truest sense, but ’True Anomaly’ was extremely close to that level of power.

The only thing Rio could not do was create new concepts out of nothing like creating new strings of destinies similar to what the ’Origin’ does.

Aside from these extreme things, Rio could basically do almost anything!

Rio’s arsenal of various types of skills and various types of mastery in various domains and fields became fused with this skill!

In the future, if Rio ever used this world authority in sync with his skills and sword techniques, they would all be enhanced to an absurdly insane level of power!

’True Anomaly’ not only boosted the power of normal skills and techniques; it granted an overall boost to his other ’World Authorities’ too when used in sync with them.

Originally, Rio could have only utilized one ’World Authority’ at a time, just like any other being, due to the load it caused on the user.

But due to the existence of ’True Anomaly,’ Rio could simply just ’Reject’ the ’Concept’ of bearing a load or burden on himself and eliminate all restrictions by refusing to ’Accept’ them.

This way, Rio could utilize all three of his ’World Authorities’ together at once without needing to spend a single point of mana, miasma, or mental power!

Even when not activated willingly, when encountering danger or any sort of disturbance that tried to kill, affect, or disturb Rio’s state, Rio’s three world authorities could react independently on their own and force activate themselves depending on the situation!

This was also an application of the ’True Anomaly’ world authority, as it was semi-conscious by itself and could function even without the support of Rio’s own consciousness!

"I finally understand who that A??m??? was all along..."

Finally, the mystery that had haunted Rio for so long had been solved.

The true identity of that mysterious entity who had interfered with Rio’s ascension and changes so many times was revealed.

"It was my own ’World Authority: True Anomaly’ all along..."

When the knowledge about the world authority appeared in his head, Rio realized what this authority was capable of, and he also understood what this power meant for him.

’I see... So it was basically manipulating the ’concept’ of past and future to turn the world in such a way that I would awaken and create it in the future...’

The world authority ’True Anomaly’ of the future interfered with the past and created many changes in reality itself so that Rio could walk a path where he would eventually go and create a ’choice’ of his own and make this authority come into existence!

’A semi-conscious world authority that can interfere with the life of its own owner just to come into being is truly terrifying...’
