"Has everyone arrived?" Wu Yun asked, seated at the head of the table.

Zhang Cheng looked at the laptop connected to the projector and said, "President Wu, all the branch managers are online."

Wu Yun nodded at Li Qiuliang, signaling that he could start the meeting.

Li Qiuliang stood up, walked over to the computer, and announced, "This morning, we attended a rectification meeting with the Modu Urban Management Bureau regarding the issue of haphazardly parked shared bikes. Our company and the Modu Urban Management Bureau have reached a consensus on this issue, and we will be assisting them in planning designated parking spots."

"The rectification plan for Little Red Car in Modu is as follows: ..."

Li Qiuliang calmly laid out the details, reiterating the plan that had been prepared during the morning meeting.

"Alright! That's the gist of the plan for Modu. Tomorrow or the day after, Modu will issue corresponding management measures and handling procedures."

"While our Modu branch implements these changes, we will upgrade the system to narrow the range of available return locations."

All branches and offices must prepare in advance! The plan is already in place. By the time the meeting ended, it was already seven in the evening.

Looking at the dark sky outside, Wu Yun said with a smile, "Sorry for keeping you all past quitting time! How about this? I'll treat everyone to a late supper."

By the time they left the office and arrived at a place to eat, it was indeed almost time for a late-night snack.

Including the receptionist and administrative staff who had stayed behind, the group of ten found a large, lively barbecue restaurant and sat down.

Although they were split between two tables, Wu Yun noticed the atmosphere wasn't very enthusiastic. On second thought, he understood why—they felt a bit awkward eating with their boss.

Ignoring his employees' protests for him to stay, Wu Yun had Wang Hao remain behind to pay the bill, then got in a car and hurried home.

When Wu Yun rushed home, he saw Qi Fei, all dressed and ready, sitting on the sofa watching TV. On the balcony, her assistant Liu Xin and bodyguard Li Fengying were looking at the night view of the Bund, occasionally murmuring something to each other.

By the shoe cabinet near the door were four suitcases. Wu Yun could tell from a single glance that two of them belonged to Qi Fei.

Seeing her ready to depart, Wu Yun smiled. "Senior! I'm back late!"

Qi Fei turned and shot Wu Yun a look. "If you hadn't come back when you did, we were about to call a cab and leave! Hmph!"

Wu Yun chuckled. "I was busy with the company! Today was a big deal, so I couldn't get away!"

Hearing this, Qi Fei stood up, hands on her hips. "What could possibly be more important than taking me to the airport?"

"Little Red Car business! It's about whether we can land a blow against Mobike and Little Yellow Car. It's complicated; you wouldn't get it if I explained! You'll see it on the news in a few days!" Wu Yun said, not even stopping to change his shoes. "Let's go! Wei Wu is already in the basement!"

Qi Fei stretched, her lovely belly button and toned abs peeking out from under her base layer shirt.

Noticing Wu Yun's gaze, Qi Fei pouted. "What are you looking at? You never look when I let you, but now that I'm leaving, you suddenly can't bear for me to go!?"

Wu Yun nodded, pretending to be pitiful. "That's right! Senior! If you leave, I won't be able to sleep alone at night!"

Qi Fei didn't buy his nonsense for a second. As he helped her into a long down jacket, she said, "Yeah, right! I bet if I leave tonight, there will absolutely be a 'bed-warming maid' next to you tomorrow!"

Qi Fei glanced at Liu Xin and Li Fengying waiting by the door, then patted Wu Yun's shoulder and whispered, "I don't care if you flirt with other little girls, but if you get dirty, be careful I don't snip it off! Also! I'll be conducting surprise inspections! If you can't get it up for me then, we'll see how I deal with you!"

Wu Yun chuckled as he listened to Qi Fei's fierce threats, then pinched her cheek and said with a smile, "Don't worry, my little manager! Let's go!"

The four of them, each pulling a suitcase, walked into the elevator.

Tomorrow was the opening ceremony for *Disguiser*, and Qi Fei would officially begin filming the TV series.

*Disguiser* was being filmed on location in Modu, Hengdian, and Jiaxing.

Since a majority of the scenes were to be shot there, the *Disguiser* production team decided to hold the opening ceremony in Modu.

Qi Fei could have actually stayed at home, but the filming location was at least an hour's drive away, making it far less comfortable than staying at the hotel the production team had arranged.

Besides, following the production team's arrangements would prevent people from accusing her of acting like a big shot, even if no one dared to say it to her face.

Therefore, what Qi Fei had just said about coming back for surprise inspections wasn't an empty threat.

After they got in the car, Wu Yun said with a smile, "Senior! If you run into any problems while filming the show, just tell me! If anyone bullies you, tell me that too!"

Wu Yun added with a nonchalant expression, "If it weren't for President Wei's shares in this investment, I really wouldn't care about these tens of millions! In the future, when you're famous, I'll have TV shows and movies custom-made just for you!"

Qi Fei was very moved; she knew Wu Yun wasn't joking.

Qi Fei leaned on Wu Yun's shoulder and gave his cheek a quick, light kiss, leaving behind a lipstick mark.

In the back seat, Liu Xin was playing on her phone, seemingly oblivious to the couple's intimate moment. However, her head bent lower and lower, as if her shoelaces had suddenly come undone.

"Xiaoyunzi, unless it's absolutely necessary, don't interfere! I'm here to learn and gain experience. If you do that, who will be willing to act with me in the future?"

Qi Fei was thinking long-term. To achieve success quickly, she had to be able to endure hardship, not just rely on her connections.

Just then, Wu Yun received a message on his phone from Li Bin: "President Wu! We have concluded our negotiations with the relevant departments! The day after tomorrow, on the morning of January 8th, we will issue a joint announcement and begin a complete overhaul of the shared bike market!"

A smile touched the corner of Wu Yun's mouth as he quickly replied, "Understood! Thank you for your help, Mr. Li!"

Afterward, Wu Yun relayed Li Bin's decision to Li Qiuliang, then turned off his phone screen and looked at Qi Fei with a wide grin.

Qi Fei felt uncomfortable under his gaze, so she covered his glasses with her hand. "What are you looking at! Haven't you seen a beautiful woman before?"

Wu Yun chuckled. "I really have never seen anyone as beautiful as you! So I've decided! I'm not leaving tonight!"
