Rebirth: Clinging to My Possessive Magnate
Chapter 1350: Falling Out of Favor
Chapter 1350: Chapter 1350: Falling Out of Favor
"I’m a bit lazy, but when it comes to getting things done, I either don’t do it, or I do it the best." Sophie Wilson is quite aware of herself.
She’s lazy, but only after everything is properly arranged.
"Alright." Patrick Grant laughed, "Boss, go ahead and recruit people. I’ve made sure there’s plenty of money here, so I won’t hold you back!"
"With Uncle Grant handling things, I’m at ease." Sophie Wilson said with a smile.
If someone wants to be lazy, it’s crucial to find the right people. For instance, the ones she’s chosen are incredibly responsible. They ensure that everything operates smoothly without her having to manage things directly, and they keep the bank balance growing.
This is the ultimate goal of a lazy person.
Anyway, there are a few days left, enough time for her to arrange everything.
So Sophie Wilson starts getting busy. By evening, after dinner, she kisses little Bao’s cheek and heads to the study to work.
"Mommy’s work is tiring." Bao clutches Charles Seymour’s trousers, looking up and accusingly staring at him.
Charles Seymour looks at Bao speechlessly, then bends down to pick him up: "Mommy is having some fun."
If it weren’t to deal with the Chapman Family, he truly believes Sophie wouldn’t bother with these things. Forget about organizing a seminar; she probably wouldn’t even run a hospital.
With the proceeds from jewelry and other incomes, Sophie would never run out of money.
"Fun?" Bao obviously didn’t understand the word, staring blankly at Charles Seymour.
"Mommy is playing a game." Charles Seymour chooses a term Bao can easily understand, "An adult game."
"Mommy is amazing." Bao marvels, clenching his little fist.
Charles Seymour looks at his son in his arms, wondering why he feels he’s about to lose favor?
The little one he’s holding might not be his son, but rather a little flatterer.
Sophie Wilson wasn’t aware that Mr. Seymour already harbors a bit of grudge towards their son. She was having quite an enjoyable conversation.
Talking international long-distance left her quite delighted.
"I’ll have them fax the documents to you, then you sign them and fax back," Sophie Wilson said with a smile, glancing at the time, "It’s already morning there, so you should receive the fax when you get to the hospital."
The person on the other end of the call laughed: "Sophie, you’re really impatient."
"Can you blame me? I’m about to get surrounded, of course, I need to think of solutions." Sophie Wilson chatted casually with the person over the phone, exchanged a few more words, and then hung up.
Following that, Sophie Wilson called the Dean, "There are several invitations for medical exchanges. Prepare them and send them over, waiting for counterparts to sign and fax back."
The Dean froze, then said, "Boss, these exchanges need advance planning, right?"
"Ah, yes, planning in advance. The fastest they can come is next week, while some might need ten days. They have their own patients and surgeries to arrange before they can come over." Sophie Wilson replied.
Dean: "....."
Why does he recall such exchanges between different hospitals needing at least one or two months of preparation?
"Which hospitals?" The Dean knew the boss wasn’t familiar with such matters, so he said no more as long as the arrangements were made.
