The Ring Annihilation

The deafening, tribal roar of sixteen thousand rabid boxing fans inside the MGM Grand was a physical entity. It pressed against Elias van Kempen’s chest, heavy and suffocating, thick with the scent of spilled stale beer, expensive cologne, and the electric anticipation of violence. The heavy, distorted bassline of "Seven Nation Army" had successfully infected the arena, leaving the crowd vibrating with a feverish, stomping adrenaline that Don King’s broadcast cameras were currently beaming into millions of living rooms across the globe.

The extortion was complete. The trap was set. Now, Elias just had to survive the physical combat.

DING! DING!

The opening bell shattered the remaining tension.

Elias’s opponent, a hulking, heavily tattooed juggernaut billed as "The Detroit Brawler," did not bother with a feeling-out process. Fueled by the visceral, blinding hatred that only a seasoned fighter could feel for an arrogant, pretty-boy fashion model stepping into his domain, the Brawler charged across the canvas like an enraged rhinoceros.

He lunged forward, throwing a massive, looping overhand right aimed directly at Elias’s million-dollar jaw.

Elias didn’t panic. He didn’t blink. He instantly brought up a tight, fundamentally sound high guard, planting his feet into the canvas.

CRACK!

The impact was horrifying. The ten-ounce leather glove slammed into Elias’s forearms with the concussive force of a swinging baseball bat. The shockwave traveled straight through his radius and ulna, rattling his shoulder sockets and vibrating his teeth. A spray of sweat exploded from the Brawler’s forehead, glistening under the blinding ring lights.

Elias was shoved backward by the sheer kinetic weight of the blow, his custom obsidian-black boxing boots skidding across the canvas.

The Detroit Brawler didn’t stop. He unleashed a savage, relentless barrage of hooks and body shots. Thud! Thud! SMACK! Elias’s ribs screamed in protest as a left hook dug into his liver guard. The physical reality of professional boxing was a terrifying, suffocating nightmare of localized trauma.

Paul Rudd, gripping the ring apron from the outside, was practically tearing his own hair out. "MOVE! ELIAS, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, YOUR FACE IS YOUR COLLATERAL! MOVE YOUR FEET!"

Elias was surviving, but he was trapped in a defensive shell, backed into the red corner. He could feel his forearms bruising rapidly. He possessed the physical stamina of a Greek God thanks to his systemic investments, but his operational liquidity in this specific arena was desperately lacking.

He needed to end this. He needed the knockout skill.

The retro-green stock ticker interface violently materialized across Elias’s vision, flashing right through the leather gloves currently trying to separate his head from his neck.

Elias’s jaw locked. The loan shark was an absolute, unapologetic sadist.

A heavy right cross grazed the top of Elias’s headgear, ringing his ears. He didn’t have time to negotiate with the digital parasite. He needed capital, and he needed it now.

With a deeply shameless sigh that was entirely masked by his mouthguard, Elias van Kempen deliberately dropped his hands to his waist.

The crowd gasped. The commentators ringside started screaming into their microphones. The Detroit Brawler, momentarily confused by the sudden surrender of defense, hesitated for a microsecond.

Elias took a step toward the center of the ring and began to dance.

It was not a graceful display of footwork. It was a bouncy, loose-limbed, utterly ridiculous shoulder-shimmy—a bootleg, bargain-bin imitation of the legendary Ali Shuffle. Elias looked less like a professional boxer and more like an inebriated man trying to navigate a crowded nightclub dance floor.

"WHAT IS HE DOING?!" Paul Rudd shrieked, burying his face in his leather portfolio. "HE’S GOING TO DIE! HE’S DOING THE MACARENA WHILE BEING PUNCHED!"

The Detroit Brawler let out a roar of absolute, unhinged fury at the blatant disrespect. He rushed forward, throwing a wild, looping left hook.

Elias, relying entirely on his innate athleticism, leaned back. The punch grazed his cheekbone, slicing the skin and drawing a thin bead of crimson blood. The crowd erupted into a bloodthirsty cheer.

But Elias used the momentum of the glancing blow to step inside the Brawler’s guard, wrapping his long arms around the heavier man’s torso, tying him up in a tight, inescapable clinch.

They slammed together, chest to chest. The smell of cheap Vaseline, old leather, and aggressive perspiration filled the air.

"You’re going to die in here, model," the Brawler snarled, his voice a ragged, spit-flecked whisper directly into Elias’s ear as the referee jogged over to break them apart. "I’m gonna smash that pretty face until your own mother doesn’t recognize you."

Elias didn’t cower. He didn’t brace for impact.

He activated his passive Playboy Alpha Aura, letting the dense, suffocating weight of his god-tier charisma flood the intimate space of the clinch. He smiled—a dark, wickedly arrogant, utterly shameless smirk that dripped with lethal condescension.

Elias spat a tiny glob of blood onto the canvas, leaning his mouth directly next to the Brawler’s ear.

"Your punches are weak, friend," Elias whispered, his baritone voice a chilling, melodic hum of absolute superiority. "No wonder your girlfriend has been staring at my hips from the front row since the first round."

The Brawler stiffened in Elias’s arms, his brain struggling to process the sudden, bizarre shift from physical combat to deeply personal psychological warfare.

"After I put you to sleep on this canvas," Elias continued, twisting the psychological knife with elegant, R-18 precision, "I’ll show her what real male stamina looks like in my penthouse tonight. But don’t worry..." Elias let out a low, dark chuckle. "...I’ll still send you the invoice for her room service breakfast tomorrow. I am a capitalist, after all."

The Brawler’s eyes widened to the size of dinner plates. The sheer, terrifying audacity of the NTR taunt—delivered by a devastatingly handsome multi-millionaire model who was currently bleeding on his shoulder—completely bypassed the fighter’s professional training and struck the most fragile, primal core of his masculine ego.

Pure, unadulterated, blinding rage flooded the Brawler’s system. He didn’t see an opponent anymore. He saw a predator who was claiming his territory.

"I’LL KILL YOU, YOU BASTARD!" the Brawler roared, violently shoving Elias backward, completely ignoring the referee’s command to break cleanly.

[CHA-CHING!][ABSURD QUEST COMPLETED: THE SHAMELESS SHUFFLE & NTR TAUNT.][EVALUATION: YOU SACRIFICED YOUR DIGNITY TO DANCE LIKE A FOOL, THEN COMMITTED PSYCHOLOGICAL HOMOCIDE BY LIQUIDATING YOUR OPPONENT’S ROMANTIC CONFIDENCE. TRULY DIABOLICAL.][REWARD: +20 CP DEPOSITED. CURRENT BALANCE: 25 CP.]

Elias stumbled back two steps, his boots squeaking on the canvas. The blood trickling down his cheekbone only added to the sheer, terrifying aesthetic of his dark smile.

The Detroit Brawler charged. He wasn’t boxing anymore. He had abandoned all technique, all defense, and all logic. He was swinging massive, wild haymakers, desperate to separate Elias’s head from his shoulders.

Elias didn’t run. He opened the digital storefront in his mind.

[PURCHASING SKILL: REFLEKS & EKSEKUSI BRUTAL MIKE TYSON (MIKE TYSON REFLEXES & BRUTAL EXECUTION).][COST: -15 CP]

[CHA-CHING!]

The transformation was instantaneous. The goofy, dancing teenager vanished entirely. The air around Elias seemed to drop ten degrees. His dark eyes turned into the cold, empty voids of a sociopathic executioner looking at a spreadsheet of bankruptcies.

The Brawler threw a monstrous, unhinged right hook, putting every ounce of his two-hundred-and-twenty-pound frame into the punch. It was a blow designed to kill.

Elias didn’t block it. He slipped.

Executing a flawless, textbook Peek-a-boo movement, Elias dipped his knees and slipped his head to the outside of the incoming fist. The heavy leather glove whistled past his ear, missing by a fraction of an inch. The Brawler’s momentum carried him forward, leaving his entire left side exposed, his chin hanging in the air like a neon sign.

Elias planted his back foot firmly into the canvas. He didn’t swing wildly. He executed a movement of pure, mechanical, homicidal efficiency.

He transferred the kinetic energy from the floor, rotating his hips, snapping his obliques, and driving his right fist upward in a perfectly calculated, devastating counter-uppercut.

CRACK!

The sound was sickening. It wasn’t the thud of leather on flesh; it was the sharp, violent snap of bone grinding against bone. Elias’s glove connected flush on the exact anatomical button of the Brawler’s jawline.

The impact violently snapped the heavyweight’s head back, a spray of sweat and saliva erupting into the stadium lights.

The Brawler’s eyes rolled instantly into the back of his head. His nervous system shut down upon impact. His knees buckled, and his massive, tattooed frame went entirely rigid. He hovered in the air for a surreal, weightless second before crashing face-first into the canvas with the heavy, unceremonious thud of a demolished building.

He did not move. He did not twitch.

The MGM Grand, which had been screaming for blood just seconds prior, fell into a state of stunned, breathless silence. The sheer, brutal finality of the single punch had sucked the oxygen out of the arena.

The referee dove in, waving his arms over the Brawler’s unconscious body, screaming for the ringside physician. "It’s over! It’s over! Bring the doc in!"

Elias did not raise his arms in victory. He did not jump on the turnbuckles and scream like a savage. He slowly lowered his right fist, standing perfectly still over the fallen heavyweight with the terrifying, clinical detachment of a man who had just closed a successful merger.

He mentally triggered a minor, vain expenditure as the referee counted.

[SYSTEM SHOP: FLAWLESS HAIR MAINTENANCE (AUTO-STYLE).][COST: -$5.00 USD]

Elias ran a gloved hand through his dark, thick hair. It instantly fell into a perfectly disheveled, effortlessly stylish sweep, completely unbothered by the sweat and violence of the ring. He looked less like a prizefighter and more like a Calvin Klein model posing over a crime scene.

"One... Two... Three..." the referee counted loudly, though it was merely a formality.

Elias turned away from the carnage. He glided across the canvas, his breathing steady, and leaned casually against the top rope of the red corner.

His dark eyes scanned the front row of the VIP section until they landed on a gorgeous, heavily made-up woman wearing a tight red dress—the now-unconscious Brawler’s girlfriend. She was standing up, her hands covering her mouth in shock, staring at Elias with a mixture of terror and undeniable, magnetic fascination.

Elias didn’t break eye contact. He offered her a slow, deliberate, incredibly shameless wink.

The woman visibly shivered, a heavy blush creeping up her neck, completely forgetting about her boyfriend currently being revived with smelling salts on the floor.

"Eight... Nine... TEN! YOU’RE OUT!" the referee screamed.

The arena finally shattered. Sixteen thousand people erupted into a cacophony of deafening roars, cheers, and sheer disbelief. The pretty boy hadn’t just survived; he had executed a veteran heavyweight with a single, terrifyingly elegant punch.

Paul Rudd vaulted over the ropes, slipping on the canvas, tears of pure relief streaming down his face as he ran toward Elias. "YOU’RE ALIVE! ELIAS, YOU’RE A GOD! YOU ACTUALLY KILLED HIM!"

Elias smoothly stepped aside, letting Paul hug the turnbuckle instead.

"I did not kill him, Paul. I merely forcefully restructured his consciousness," Elias murmured, his eyes moving away from the crowd.

He didn’t look at Don King, who was staring at him from ringside with a look of terrified awe. He didn’t look at the screaming celebrities.

Elias van Kempen locked his dark, predatory gaze directly onto the primary broadcast camera lens mounted on the crane sweeping over the ring. He stared down the barrel of the lens, projecting his devastatingly handsome, slightly bloodied face directly into the living rooms of millions of paying Showtime and HBO subscribers.

He offered the camera a slow, wicked, deeply capitalist smile.

The knockout was just the appetizer. The unauthorized, global broadcast of "Seven Nation Army" was complete. The trap had been sprung on live television, recorded on VHS tapes across the country.

Tomorrow morning, Elias was going to walk into an executive boardroom and commit a legal robbery that would make Wall Street weep.
