The aura surrounding Stan continued to grow stronger with every passing moment.

Camilla watched in silence. Her crimson eyes gradually widened as she relied on the heightened perception granted by her Royal Blood lineage to observe the changes taking place within his body.

She could clearly see the Qi flowing through his meridians.

At first, the process had seemed straightforward. Stan was simply absorbing the dense energy filling the chamber. But the longer she observed, the more she realized that something far more profound was happening.

His Qi was not merely becoming stronger.

It was becoming purer. Cleaner and more refined.

Almost none of the energy entering his body was wasted. Every trace of Qi was being drawn through his meridians, stripped of impurities, compressed, and transformed into an increasingly profound form of energy.

It was as though Stan was not merely cultivating with Qi.

He was refining the very essence of Qi itself.

Camilla’s lips parted slightly. "He’s refining the Qi itself..."

Stan gave no response. He had already entered a deep state of meditation, his awareness gradually withdrawing from the physical sensations of his body as the Void Sovereign Sutra continued circulating.

His consciousness sank deeper. The chamber disappeared.

The sound of Camilla’s movements vanished.

Even the sensation of his own body gradually faded until only his consciousness remained within an endless expanse of darkness.

Then the Void Sovereign Sutra unfolded before him.

It no longer appeared as a simple cultivation technique.

It resembled an ancient scripture written across the darkness of existence itself.

One Dao character after another emerged before his consciousness, each carrying a meaning so profound that ordinary language could barely describe it.

Space.

Void.

Distance.

Existence.

Nonexistence.

The boundary between them.

Stan’s comprehension slowly deepened as he contemplated each concept.

Previously, he had understood space primarily through practical application. He could manipulate spatial laws, distort distances, open passages, and move between locations, but his understanding had largely remained limited to what he could perceive and control.

Now, that perception was beginning to change.

Space no longer appeared empty.

Instead, it seemed layered.

Countless invisible planes appeared to overlap one another, each existing within a structure far more intricate than he had previously imagined. He could sense the distance between objects, but as his comprehension continued to deepen, he began perceiving something even more fundamental.

The distance between spaces.

The invisible boundaries separating one location from another.

The countless laws that determined why two points could be considered distant in the first place.

And eventually, a strange realization surfaced within his consciousness.

If distance was governed by laws...

Then perhaps distance itself could be erased.

The thought caused his consciousness to tremble.

His comprehension of the Dao of Space began rising.

There was no explosive phenomenon.

No surge of power.

No dramatic breakthrough.

It simply happened gradually, almost imperceptibly.

Every cycle of the Void Sovereign Sutra brought him a little closer to understanding the true nature of space.

Outside his meditation, Camilla continued watching him.

Minutes passed.

Then an hour.

Then several more.

Yet time seemed strangely difficult to perceive inside the chamber. The environment remained so peaceful that Camilla eventually realized she had spent far longer observing Stan than she had intended.

Even the coffee beside her remained warm.

She glanced at the cup before looking toward Stan again.

He had not moved even once.

Camilla finally sighed and rose from her chair.

"Ridiculous. Who cultivates like this?"

She decided there was little point in continuing to watch someone sit motionless for hours.

Instead, she began exploring the chamber.

The further she walked, the more unusual the room became.

At first glance, the walls appeared completely smooth. But once she paid closer attention, she began noticing faint traces of ancient inscriptions embedded within their surface.

Dao markings.

Some were so subtle that they were almost impossible to notice. Others were partially concealed beneath layers of spatial laws.

Camilla examined several of them carefully.

Even with her bloodline-enhanced perception, she could not decipher most of what she saw.

The inscriptions were simply too profound.

They were not ordinary characters carved into stone.

Each marking seemed to contain a fragment of law.

A concept.

A principle.

Something that could perhaps take an ordinary cultivator decades, or even centuries, to comprehend.

Camilla’s expression gradually became more serious.

Whoever had created this place had possessed an understanding of the Dao far beyond anything she had encountered before.

Eventually, she stopped before one particular inscription.

It was partially concealed within the wall, surrounded by several intricate spatial patterns.

Camilla leaned closer.

"What exactly are you hiding?"

She raised her hand and slowly brought her fingers toward the inscription.

The moment her fingertips approached it, the ancient markings suddenly illuminated.

Camilla immediately pulled her hand back.

"What was that?"

A faint ripple spread across the wall.

Then a small projection appeared above the inscription, formed from pale energy.

A single line of text emerged.

[Authorization insufficient.]

Camilla stared at it. For several seconds, she remained completely silent.

Then her gaze slowly shifted toward Stan.

He was still sitting in meditation, completely unaware of what had just happened.

Camilla looked back at the inscription. Understanding gradually dawned on her.

"Of course..." She folded her arms across her chest. "Even the walls recognize him."

A helpless expression appeared on her face.

Clearly, this place possessed some kind of authority system, and whatever permission Stan possessed was far beyond hers.

Rather than waste time attempting to force her way through an ancient formation she barely understood, Camilla continued exploring.

A few moments later, something else caught her attention.

A transparent panel was embedded within another section of the wall.

Its surface was so perfectly integrated into the surrounding structure that she had initially mistaken it for another layer of the chamber’s architecture.

Curiosity got the better of her. Camilla reached out and touched it.

The panel flickered and a faint wave of energy spread across its surface.

Then several words appeared.

[Void Sovereign Inheritance.]

Camilla froze. Her eyes widened. For several seconds, she simply stared at the words.

"The Void Sovereign..." She whispered the name.

Her gaze slowly moved toward Stan..A strange thought surfaced in her mind.

He has to be the Void Sovereign. The possibility suddenly seemed far more plausible than it had moments earlier.

She began mentally piecing together everything she had witnessed since arriving.

Stan possessed an extraordinary understanding of spatial laws.

He could traverse enormous distances almost instantaneously.

He could enter this strange chamber without causing any disturbance.

The space itself seemed to respond to his presence.

Even the walls recognized his authority while rejecting hers.

And now, right before her eyes, she had discovered a system identifying this place as the Void Sovereign’s inheritance.

The pieces seemed to fit together too perfectly.

If Stan truly was the Void Sovereign, then his strange behavior suddenly became much easier to understand.

His mastery of spatial laws. His mysterious abilities.

The unfathomable depths hidden beneath his seemingly casual personality.

Even his confidence whenever he manipulated space.

Camilla’s thoughts accelerated.

If he’s void Sovereign and this is his inheritance theb his strength was even more unfathomable that she thiught..

And people of such level loves to leave behind a legacy. A cultivation ground. Perhaps even several inheritances scattered throughout the world, waiting for suitable successors to discover them.

Camilla’s gaze returned to the panel. But another question immediately followed.

’hen why did he ask me if I knew the Void Sovereign?’

Was he testing whether her vampire lineage contained information about the Void Sovereign?

Was he trying to determine whether her ancestors had encountered him?

Camilla frowned slightly. There were too many unanswered questions.
