Ranaway From Wedding, Fell into Tycoon's Love Trap
Chapter 1602: Don’t Let Me Down
Hearing Alice Turner’s words, Thomas Fisher suddenly straightened up and gently pushed her out of his embrace, "All you need to do is be my wife, nothing else. Don’t think about anything else."
Getting married was something between the two of them, and he didn’t want those messy things to affect their happiness.
"You may not think much, but I have to. In the future, when your mom calls me, you’re not allowed to answer the phone for me, or else you’ll be as far away as um..."
Thomas Fisher suddenly lowered his head and sealed Alice Turner’s lips tightly. He didn’t want to hear her say that word; it made him unhappy and even fearful.
Alice just wanted to scare Thomas a little, but she didn’t expect to really frighten him. His lips trembled with panic.
What a fool!
To soothe the man she had scared, she didn’t push him away, nor did she care if others might point fingers at her. She closed her eyes and kissed him back.
Alice’s initiative was a great comfort and brought courage to Thomas. His panic gradually dissipated, and he was filled with a tingling sensation.
This kiss lasted a long time before they broke apart...
Thomas lingered on Alice’s lips, unwilling to part, "Alice! Don’t ever say that to me again."
"Got it, Young Master Dalton!"
Alice’s beautiful eyes widened, and then she held the man’s face with both hands, stopping him from endlessly nibbling on her.
Thomas allowed her hands to cup his face. He didn’t forcefully lower his head to kiss Alice again, nor did he struggle against her hands. He just lowered his eyes, looking at her with a face full of joy and happiness.
"Cough!"
Anthony didn’t really want to interrupt the two full of happiness, but he needed to leave for a bit, so he couldn’t help but fake a cough to interrupt their affectionate moment.
Hearing Anthony’s voice, Alice immediately withdrew her hands from Thomas’s face. When she was about to push him away, he instead held her even tighter.
"What are you doing? Let go of me."
She glared at him, wanting him to release her, but not only did he not let go, he tightened his arms around her even more.
"Mr. Anthony! Your timing for popping up is really bad." It seemed Anthony didn’t notice Alice glaring at him. He looked directly at Anthony, who had just walked out of the house, with a face that only had two words written on it: dissatisfaction.
Thomas’s dissatisfaction was ignored by Anthony, who calmly closed the door and walked toward him and Alice. Their hugging scene didn’t seem to affect him at all, "Sis! I need to go out for a bit. You and your brother-in-law can hug however you want. Your room upstairs is still there. You and your brother-in-law... don’t worry, no one will disturb you."
"You brat! What nonsense are you talking about? Do you believe I will..."
"I don’t believe you’ll beat me to death. You and brother-in-law continue; I’m leaving now. Brother-in-law! Don’t let me down, okay?"
Anthony smiled at Alice and waved to Thomas, then under Alice’s embarrassed and angry gaze, he strode toward the courtyard gate, followed closely by Finn.
Thomas, however, was thick-skinned and didn’t feel ashamed or embarrassed at all. He spoke cheekily to Anthony’s retreating back, "Thank you! Little brother! I certainly won’t let you and your sister down."
"Good!"
Anthony waved his hand with his back to the two of them.
