Chapter 1598: If You Want to Talk, Don’t Get Handsy

  • Next Chapter

Seeing Alice Turner finally smile, Anthony was thrilled and turned to hug her, "Sis! I knew you couldn’t be too mad at me..."

"Talk if you want, but don’t touch." Thomas Fisher had been holding back for a long time. This guy was already holding his wife’s arm, and now he was hugging her. He quickly pulled Anthony away from Alice’s side.

He knew this kid was a woman disguised as a man, but others didn’t, and the looks they were getting from those around them were already quite strange.

If he didn’t pull the kid away, the three of them would really be seen as a spectacle.

Suddenly being pulled away from a good hug, Anthony was quite displeased, but when he saw Alice’s relaxed face, he suddenly felt it didn’t matter anymore.

"Sis! I’ll handle the boarding myself. You and my brother-in-law don’t need to come." Cheering up the angry Alice, Anthony got serious and said.

Upon hearing Anthony say this, Thomas knew Anthony hadn’t realized what was going on and gave him a big eye roll, "Can’t you see my wife and I are going with you to the Derry Kingdom?"

"What?! Didn’t I tell you there’s no need to go?"

It was at this moment that Anthony finally realized that Thomas and Alice weren’t there to see him off, but to accompany him and Grace Young to the Derry Kingdom.

He hadn’t thought of that at all; he couldn’t agree. He couldn’t let the two of them follow him back into danger.

This time going back, he was planning to give those people a ’fight to the death.’

Thomas glared at him, "Stop dawdling, or else we won’t be going today."

"If we don’t go, then we don’t go. I actually don’t want to leave."

Whether they went or not today, Anthony really didn’t care; he essentially didn’t want to leave.

He came to the airport just to avoid upsetting her.

Alice raised her hand and slapped Anthony’s shoulder, scolding sternly, "What nonsense are you talking about? If you don’t go, I’ll pack you up and send you back."

This wasn’t his turf; he was hesitant about everything, but it would be safer for him once he was back.

She wasn’t just scaring him; if he dared to mess around, she really would knock him out and carry him onto the plane.

"I got it, don’t be upset; I’ll go handle it now." Seeing Alice put on a stern face again, Anthony dared not say any more nonsense and immediately walked towards the boarding procedures.

Seeing this, Alice immediately called Thomas to help, then she walked over to Grace Young.

Earlier, she had been too focused on arguing with that kid and actually forgot about the luggage; she and Grace dragged the suitcases and followed Thomas and Anthony.

After exchanging boarding passes and checking their luggage, the four went through security and entered the departure lounge.

Thomas initially wanted to book business class, but Alice stopped him, saying economy class was crowded, and those who were after Anthony wouldn’t dare make a move there.

He thought it made sense; with more people around, chances of encountering someone kind increased too, and if anything unexpected happened, they’d likely receive assistance.

For their safe journey to the Derry Kingdom, he agreed with her suggestion, and the four of them sat in economy class together.

Seeing the ticket at that moment, Anthony felt strange but didn’t say anything more, nor did he ask any random questions.

He decided to be a good boy and listen to his sister and brother-in-law along the way so he wouldn’t be disliked.
