[R18] King's Domination

Chapter 301: Her Majesty Slipped In

  • Next Chapter

Toward morning, though it was still dim, I could tell someone had come into the room. I had not been awake before that. The door opened without a sound, someone entered, and that woke me. The lights were down, so I could not see a face, but the air told me it was Her Majesty.

She had come in, and somehow Lily did not wake. Her Majesty was not moving in total silence either, and Lily still did not react. Strange.

I sat up slowly. Moving fast felt a little scary, so I tested it slow. Nothing odd in the body.

"Ufufu. Lord Robbie, you seem better. I was worried too, but if you can sit up, you will improve bit by bit as long as you do not force it."

At that I looked at my hands. Open, close. No strange feeling. No catch.

"You seem all right. If you yourself do not think anything is wrong, there should be no problem. Ah, good. Truly good."

Her Majesty put a hand to her chest and smiled.

"Your Majesty, I caused you worry this time. And you treated my mana depletion. I have no way to thank you enough. Thank you. Truly."

I lowered myself to the floor slowly, bent a knee in front of her, and bowed my head.

She set a hand on my shoulder.

"Lord Robbie, that is not so. For me it was only the natural thing. Because of what I asked of you, even if your life had not ended, you could have been ruined, and slept on from here without ever waking."

The hand on my shoulder was hot. Not the heat of a hand. More like something being poured in.

"Even so, I think the depletion was also my carelessness. I had never run dry before, and it came to this."

"Yes. Normally it is not that severe. You get something like a head rush, and you yourself should notice. You must have poured out so much mana that there was no time to feel that warning."

"That may be. Before that I had been washing away the blood the people I fought had spilled, and I had been storing the corpses of the people who died in that house, and I may never have used that much mana in one stretch. I got carried away and did those things."

"You were doing that many things!? ...Well. Take the failure as a lesson and use it next time, Lord Robbie. Saying this, I have started to feel like Lord Robbie’s mother. Fufufu."

Then let us play mother and son!

"Mother!"

I said it and wrapped my arms around her waist! A filthy move that put the join of her thighs right against my face.

"My! Stop that! You will wake Lily!"

Wake Lily? I froze. I lifted my face.

"Lily is asleep and will not wake. Is that because Your Majesty is doing something after all?"

She laughed.

"Yes. I did not want her awake for a bit, so I am keeping her asleep. The soldiers outside the room as well. No one knows I am here."

"Amazing..."

"But I cannot use it for long. Last night, pulling Lord Robbie up was hard."

"That... Your Majesty was fully naked?"

At my question her face went red.

"That is how it looked to Lord Robbie? So a person’s own wish is reflected after all? I had no such awareness."

She murmured it.

"How did you do that? Was anyone around? Did you do it in this room?"

"Pulling Lord Robbie up? Yes. I did that here. Though I had them leave me alone so I could concentrate. Lily said she did not want to leave you and thrashed, but I settled her and put her out of the room."

Settled her... I see. That figures. I could not imagine Lily leaving me even for a moment.

"Lord Robbie, you must not speak of that time. Ordinary treatment for mana depletion is not that hard. So what I did then was something special."

She was sealing my mouth. Maybe she really had been naked then, wrapping me. Whether that part was the special thing, or whether what came after was the real part. It had started to feel like a world where dream and reality were mixed. Leaving it unclear might leave more to hope for later.

"Take your hands off."

She ordered it. Right. I was still wrapped around her waist, and I had put a finger into the cleft of her backside. Over the skirt, of course, so the feel was only so-so.

I let go as told and sat on the floor. In front of a master, like a dog told to wait?

"Lord Robbie, I will say it as many times as needed. You must not force yourself. There will not always be someone nearby with the power to pull you out of mana starvation."

She set a hand on my head, patted, and lectured me.

As Her Majesty’s dog, all I could say was,

"Understood. I will be careful."

But if I ran dry again and got carried to her, I might be able to take this further.

The instant Her Majesty left the room, I was hit with the sense that time had started moving. I had not felt it stop before that, but I thought so anyway.

It was like color coming back into the room, like stepping out of a noise-canceled space into ordinary sound. Had she stopped time? Could mental magic use time magic too? And making a marked target glow, was that dark magic? Thinking that far, Her Majesty seemed to have higher ability than even Division Head Hütter. She could not show it in public because she sat as queen. There was something about her that made you think she could do anything. People are frightening. Women especially. Her Majesty even more! I could already hear someone asking what I was talking about at this hour.
